NOT SO, DOWN BELOW.
I have had a number of nasty filth laden comments that I will not post regarding the closing of the previously mentioned blog.
First: I did not close the blog, the owner did.
Second: I am not celebrating the closing of the blog. I consider it a hoax. I fully expect to see it back within a week with some kind of excuse for it being opened and I do not care.
Third: The ONLY issue I ever had was the constant LYING by the owner of the blog, about me.
Fourth: I DO NOT HAVE THE POWER OR THE WILL TO CLOSE THE THING DOWN. This is perhaps the smallest and least read blog on the internet.
So commentors, get this crystal clear. To see what caused the blog to close down, go look at the owner and you will find the cause.
For someone who has closed down a blog, the owner sure has some interesting "banned" messages up. How do you BAN someone from a closed blog?

THE CHILDREN LIED?
This rather curious statement came up recently at a roundtable that I have from time to time with a group I am a member of that follows true crime blogs.
This comment was regarding the subject of a tag line of a member of Paltalk where her name shows up on a list of subscribers that are on the service.
"The children lied" was in refrence to a Florida case involving two adult defendants charged with a lewd act in the presence of minors on, of all things, a kitchen table.
The panelist, who had been looking at the case having to do with the children that were mentioned asked "How does this woman know that for certain?"
I had no answer except that she does not. As we discussed the matter it was pointed out that this woman was from an entirely different state than where the incident involving the children ocurred and that, as far as I knew, the woman did not know ANY of the people involved in the case at the time it ocurred.
The ONLY person she knew that had anything remotely to do with the case is an on line acquaintance with the SISTER of one of the defendants of the case. This internet friendship was, as far as anyone knows less than 2 years old. The case in question was considerably older.
In the court records that were being examined was testimoney that the male defendant had instructed on of the children who witnessed this "event" to photograph the vaginal area of the female defendant with a camera he provided.
Now the final question is this:
If the children or child LIED, then who took the pictures???

THERE IS A CERTAIN CRACKPOT WHO LIKES TO WRITE A LITTLE READ BLOG SMEARING ME. IN A RECENT COMMENT SENT TO ME BY A READER OVER THERE, THE UNIDITENTIFIED SHAMED ONE CHIDED ME OVER A FEW POINTS AND ALSO SEEMS TO STILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH READING COMPREHENSION.
FIRST, THERE ARE BILLS BEING CONSIDERED. REMEMBER THAT I HAD SAID THAT CONGRESS IS CONSIDERING LEGISLATION. WELL, IT HAS STARTED. THERE IS A BILL WORKING THROUGH CONGRESS THAT IF PASSED WOULD END THE PRACTICES SUCH AS THOSE BY THE SHAMED ONES:

YOU DO NOT SIMPLY GO TO A JUDGE AND SAY "GIVE ME A COURT ORDER, JUDGE, I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS SAYING THOSE THINGS ABOUT ME."
THERE IS A PROCESS, A LONG, EXPENSIVE AND CONVOLUTED ONE TO GET SAID COURT ORDER.
AND YES, DEAR AUTHOR, CONGRESS IS CONSIDERING REQUIRING THAT THE HOSTS OF BLOGS (SUCH AS BLOGGER) CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE AND THAT THE HOSTING COMPANY BE MORE LIABLE FOR THE CONTENT OF BLOGS ON THEIR SITES.

A SINGLE HAIR
The case of The State of Florida vs Casey Marie Anthony may now hinge on a single human hair. It seems that there was one strand of hair found at the location where Caylee's remains were found.
This single strand of hair was found by the FBI to be from a white female. Hair samples from everyone who worked the scene were submitted for testing and NONE matched.
The defense can now argue that someone OTHER than Casey murdered Caylee as NO samples of hair or other biological evidence of CASEY was found at the scene.
The recent discovery evidence also indicated that there was NO forensic evidence of Caylee was found in ANY of the vacuum cleaners seized by law enforcement from the Anthony residence.
These were vacuum cleaners used by Cindy Anthony to clean out Casey's car shortly after it was recovered from the tow yard.
It now appears that the case may not be the "slam dunk" most of us wished it to be.
With the mountain of evidence out there, a single strand of human hair may stand in the way of all of it.

Or both perhaps.
Second: What sins. Be reminded that the vast number of charges out there are fabrications or all out lies on the part of the accusers.
There are the sins of the ashamed that are far worse than even the false accusations levied against ME. I would advise, Sinner, you do your homework.
Next, Sinner complains about the LANGUAGE he/she alleges that I use.
AGAIN, I advise you to look at the first notice that you see when linking to this blog. The notice makes it CLEAR that the occasional F bomb and other expletives may appear from time to time, not only by me but others who may choose to use that language from time to time.
What you will NOT see me using are terms such as:

And other terminology to describe certain parts of the female anatomy.
Now that other blog you seem to be fond of has the owner and some of her most ardent fans using course language and the terms above in abundance.

The "HELL" : of SHAME
We have all had it wrong. All this time we had thought a certain blogger had wanted to keep her name a secret out of fear. It turns out we were all wrong.
It is not fear that wants her to keep her name out of the limelight, it is shame. She is ashamed of who she is, she is ashamed of her name.

I have been getting a number of comments that I am not going to publish by request regarding the mysterious Mr. Smith.
This new phony username came into being over the weekend and just as quickly vanished. Now Mr. Smith and I engaged in a bit of a debate and Mr Smith seems to have gotten bent out of shape that his/her comments did not get published and that he/she did not like my interpretation of them.
Well, Mr. Smith, two thoughts here.
First. I view your comments as a CONFESSION based on a scenario of YOU playing the role of the guilty no matter how you tried to twist the comments around.
Remember it is YOU that contacted me and CREATED the session that went on between us. I probably should have ignored you and not commented AT ALL as should have been the case with the hoax PM'S.
Remember, MR. Smith that the PM'S were CREATED SITUATIONS as well. I tried time and again, at least a dozen times to block the OTHER person in the PM'S and that person just kept coming back again and again using different usernames.
The rest, as they say is history.
Are we now going to see HOAX COMMENTS as the new "got ya" being put on the slander blogs?
Probably.
Oh, by the way, if that is the REAL Cubbies, I CHALLANGE her to call me and varify that. You have the number.

DO OVER
In another one of those strange twists, the defense in the case of Casey Anthony, won one today, or did they?
Judge Strickland has stepped down from the bench after the Defense filed a motion to have him removed from the case after it was reported that he has been reading the blog by Marinade Dave and commented to Dave on the quality of his blog.
I think that sometime down the road the defense is going to realize that they had one of those "be careful what you wish for" moments and might wish they had not been quite so fast to get rid of judge Strickland.
Orange county has some VARY conservative judges and Strickland was probably the least conservative of all. He is also much more patient than other judges will be when it comes to the antics of Mr. Baez.
One thing that might come out of this is a big "do over."
It is most likely that the defense will get to file the motions that Strickland denied ALL OVER AGAIN, citing the bias of the judge that got him to step down to begin with.
So we all face having to go through the hearings from scratch and get to see Bozo in front of a less patient judge to boot.
It certainly looks like 2010 is shaping up to be a REAL interesting year.

IT IS NOT ME WHO SAYS THAT, IT IS PRINCESS NOBODY. THAT STATEMENT INCLUDES NOT ONLY ME BUT HER FOLLOWERS AS WELL. THEY ARE ALL FOOLS.
Ever since Princess first mentioned me almost two years ago there has been this ongoing game of finding out just who this woman is.
Princess soon declared that I was stalking her, contacting her family and God knows who else to find out who she is and where she lives.
She accused Windchime, Tinkerbell's sister of giving me her name and went after her to the point she got her thrown off Websleuths after her background became known.
She accused Websleuths of giving me her name, naming it's owner Tricia Griffith as the source.
She accused her "aunt crazy" of giving me her name.
Well, all she has to to is look in the mirror for the person who gave out her name for all to see. She put an autobiography on her blog even before she wrote the article about me.
Her name has also been out in the public long before I even came along. I found this information out within a couple of days after she wrote the article about me. It took me about 5 minutes to find it.
I decided to make a game out of this, back then, to see if anyone else would find this clue.
I have always been amazed at the lack of ability by those who are on true crime blogs, chats and forums to see and find obvious clues that would solve such things as the real life identity of the infamous Princess.
Every once and a while someone stumbles across this information. Lately, quite a few have done so. What these people have not understood is that Princess knows this information exists. She is responsible for the information GETTING released.
I have had a couple of comments under the cease and desist article I was asked to published regarding the use of her name on a public blog. This article is a result of those comments.
As for the source of this information? I am going to keep quiet about it for now. There is a reason. I want to see if anyone else "gets it" I want people to see how much of a liar Princess is. How she manipulates people into spreading her lies.
When you find this obvious source of information ask yourself this: "If this has been out there for the public to see for this length of time and she lied about how I got her name: WHAT ELSE HAS SHE DONE AND LIED ABOUT???"

Now, perhaps there is another reason for the comments. Could Mr. Smith, in fact be CONFESSING not only to being a PEDOPHILE and the CREATOR OF THE HOAX PM SESSIONS BUT A BABY KILLER AS WELL????
I do not seem to recall anyone discussing missing BABIES here or on any of the other blogs as of late. Certainly no DEAD ones.
Missing or murdered CHILDREN perhaps, but not BABIES.
It seems to mean that "Mr. Smith" had a slip of the tongue and confessed to the murder of a baby that none of us (or law enforcement for that matter) are aware of.
This, of course, may be a hoax on the part of "Mr. Smith" but it is up to law enforcement to answer that question.

THE SLANDER QUEEN STRIKES AGAIN
Like a commenter (another slander queen) likes to say "I knew it would not last."
It seems my nemises crybaby blogger is at it AGAIN.
She is blabbering about how a former member of her room has brought her family into an ongoing feud between her and 90% of those on the internet.
Based on her past record, I highly doubt that her latest tirade has any bearing of anything close to the truth.
Lying and smearing total strangers seems to be a hobby of this "woman."
As for bring her family onto the internet, it was the subject of her blog when it first appeared on the internet. It started out at her whining and crying about just about everyone around her where she was living at the time.
A while back she closed her blog for "remodeling" and when it reappeared, it had a different look and everyone thought she FINALLY got back on track and started writing about what the blog was supposed to be about.
Well, today, she slid right back into her old habit of lying about everyone she does not like. The blog has gone largely ignored after her changes since most of those who visit that site are shit stirrers who care about nothing other than how much trouble they can cause to others on the internet.

It seems my nemises crybaby blogger is at it AGAIN.
She is blabbering about how a former member of her room has brought her family into an ongoing feud between her and 90% of those on the internet.
Based on her past record, I highly doubt that her latest tirade has any bearing of anything close to the truth.
Lying and smearing total strangers seems to be a hobby of this "woman."
As for bring her family onto the internet, it was the subject of her blog when it first appeared on the internet. It started out at her whining and crying about just about everyone around her where she was living at the time.
A while back she closed her blog for "remodeling" and when it reappeared, it had a different look and everyone thought she FINALLY got back on track and started writing about what the blog was supposed to be about.
Well, today, she slid right back into her old habit of lying about everyone she does not like. The blog has gone largely ignored after her changes since most of those who visit that site are shit stirrers who care about nothing other than how much trouble they can cause to others on the internet.

MARINADE DAVE VS BOZO THE CLOWN
As the ever increasing weirdness of the case of The State of Florida vs Casey Marie Anthony works it's way through the court system, yet another blogger has found himself in the news as part of the case.
Bozo the clown apparently feels that Judge Strickland should not read blogs or at the vary least not tell the authors of these things that he thinks they are doing a good job. To that I say "bullshit."
As long as a judge can remain impartial on the stand, he should be entitled to voice his opinion on something he reads in a blog as long as he does so in a manner that does not indicate a prejudice of any case he may be presiding.
I certainly do NOT feel this is the case regarding Marinade Dave.
Dave does an outstanding job writing his blog. Like all of us out there, he does so for the pure enjoyment of the blogging experience. He is not in it for the money or to take advantage of the circumstance or is he seeking fame. Fame, unfortunately, has come knocking at his door and he seems to be handling it well.
It does help that the mainstream media has a favorable opinion of him.
I am certain that Marinade Dave will do as the rest of us on the internet will do and "keep on truckin."

HALEIGH
It seems like we are headed for the end of the Search for Haleigh Cummings. It is an end we all feared. It is an end we did not want. Those adults around little Haleigh are starting to cooperate. People are starting to talk.
The police are narrowing down their list of "people of interest." Arrests are forthcoming. The police are searching. They have found items that they say are "part of the case."
Soon there will be a trial and those responsible will answer for what has been done.
Another young life has been taken from us. Another life for us to ponder what has been lost. Could Haleigh gone on to become a Doctor, Scientist, a teacher, perhaps?
We now will never know. There are the grandchildren that will not be. There is a wife that will not be, a mother that will not be.
All this because of those around her. Those charged with the duty to protect her. Those who created her have destroyed her.
Ponder all of this and pray for Little Haleigh and for all those children like her, who have suffered her fate.
May we, through our tears, our heartbreak , strive to find the answers to prevent another child from joining them.
There is a ray of sunshine in this week that is ending. Little Nadia, demonstrated the strength of the young.
She went missing for four days. Suffered the worst the harsh Florida climate has to suffer. She was surrounded by the creatures that children fear, snakes, gators, skeeters, bears, and all sorts of animals that could harm her.
She turned out to be one tough little girl. Stronger than the adults who found her and who were exhausted after only the two hours or so it took to bring her out of the woods, so close to her home.
And once again, it turns out, it was a lone individual, who felt compelled to go, on his own, to search for her.
First it was a meter reader. A man who was drawn to one spot. A man who just knew it was the place to look. A man who ultimately found Caylee. Not law enforcement, Not Texas Equusearch. Just someone driven to find the answer and found the answer he did.
Then it was the salesman. A member of the church Nadia and her family attends. A man who prayed and based on the answers he received from those prayers went straight to Nadia and found her less than a couple of hours after he entered the woods.
Nadia was a miracle. One of too few miracles we have in the world of the missing. We need to savor these miracles as they balance the tragedy of the loss of the other children.
Pray for the children, pray for the sadness of the loss and the miracle of the found. Pray for their protection and pray that the losses will stop.

WHAT THE HELL IS A BLOG ANYWAY?
I am somewhat puzzled by all the carping going on about this blog. Some nut pokes fun of it and others insist on dictating the content of it. Why is that?
Do these people understand what a blog is? Where these things came from?
Wikipedia has one answer, perhaps two, and I feel both are wrong. The format we now know as blogs were actually products of three extranets: America on Line. Prodigy, and Compuserve.
Back in the mid to late '80s the only way to have an on line experience with large numbers of people was through joining large extranets such as the three mentioned above. You were not on the internet per say, but on a vary large extranet. You were confined to the content that each service offered. You also could not interact between the services except by a method some used to call duplexing. This was a means where someone would have a subscription with one or more of these extranets and communicate between them. One of the ways this was done was through something called a Weblog.
Someone would post a diary of sorts, or even notes for friends when they would check in on their diary.
The owners of the extranets saw this activity and soon began to offer subscribers their own personal "webpage" where they could post their "diaries" as well as have additional content, restricted, however, by the technology of the day.
When public access to the internet became widespread, more and more content providers appeared and the power of the "big three" soon faded.
The current "blog" format soon appeared. They started out and for the most part, remain as sort of an on line diary or journal.
The commercial and media interests soon took this format over. More and more of these blogs have taken on the look of newspapers than that of the personal journals that were their origin.
Now that brings us back to THIS blog. To an extent, I suppose it could be looked at all of the above.
That is beside the point, however. This blog is one of millions upon millions of them all over the internet. The topics covered vary from the mundane to the important matters of the day.
I consider this blog one of the mundane ones. Yet, as unimportant and mundane as it is, certain "people" seem hell bent on stopping me from writing it or at least DEMANDING that I change what I write about.
I started out covering current events mainly the plight of missing children. They DEMANDED I STOP doing that and have done everything in their power to PREVENT me of doing any of that.
Now, I do not even have the right to tell my side of the story HERE and ONLY here. I do not have youtube sites regarding this subject. I do not have Flicker sites with an archive of information on this subject. I do not have any secret or private sites where I have gathered information. All I have is this mundane little blog and yet I get criticized for that little bit.
Something is vary wrong and one sided about this. Someone wants me silenced and it has nothing to do with "creating drama."
If you were so concerned about "the drama" then you would not create that drama yourself with all the blogs, youtube, blogtv and similar sites out there.
If this blog were to stand alone with none of that other content, nobody would know or care about it.
By having all that content out there, readers and viewers are COMPELLED to come here and see what all the fuss is about.
It is therefore not ME that is creating the drama it is YOU OUT THERE. If you want me to stop, YOU STOP. Remove all the material that draws people to this blog it would fade away into being read by only a few people and not the masses out there wanting to know why all the smear sites.

MR LONELEY
WELL, THE POOR LITTLE SHORT BUS IS GETTING ALL ALONE OVER THERE. HE KEEPS ASKING FOR ME TO COME TO CLEARWATER ON A DATE.
HE WANTS TO TREAT ME TO DINNER AS HE CELEBRATES THE DOWNFALL OF HIS TRASH THE BUS SITE.
RATHER THAN CREATE ORIGINAL MATERIAL THE WAY HE USED TO WHEN HE STARTED, HE HAS REVERTED TO BECOMING THE NEW DRAMA QUEEN ON THE BLOGS.

WHY WAS I BORN ME?
As I approach the end of the sixth decade of my existence in this world, I find myself asking this question and others. Why was I born me? What am I doing here? What am I supposed to accomplish? What is my purpose in life?
In the end, I have accomplished nothing. I have lost more than I have gained, and yes, I have done more harm than good. My life, in short has been a complete and utter waste of time.
Another year has gone by and where am I? A young boy is missing and likely dead by the hands of his mother.
A young girl, not even able to get a start in life is dead by the hands of her mother.
Another young boy is missing and his fate is unknown.
Another young girl is dead at the hands of a stranger.
Another young girl is missing, her fate unknown.
All the plans and goals I had to try and make a difference have gone unmet.
In the end I should not have tried for it seems to fail was the only outcome meant to be.
As I now face the reality that my life has been an utter and complete waste of time I also face this reality:
In this world there are those who do great things.
There are those who accomlish great things.
There are those who contribute a lot to society.
There are those who make a difference.
There are those who leave their mark.
In whatever time I have left I now see that I will not be one of them.

A CERTAIN "INDIVIDUAL" CALLED MY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND MADE A NUMBER OF QUITE SERIOUS CHARGES AGAINST ME INCLUDING BEING AN ACCESSORY TO MURDER.
WELL, RATHER THAN ANSWER MY REPEATED REQUESTS FOR AN ANSWER, THIS "PERSON" WENT SCURRYING OFF TO HER LAWYER.
SOON AT THE WEBSITE OF ANOTHER COWARD, THE DOCUMENT APPEARED. (I DID NOT GET IT YET AS IT CAME WHILE I AM OUT OF TOWN AND DOES NOT GO INTO EFFECT UNTIL I SIGN FOR IT) COMPLETE WITH THE PERSON'S FULL REAL LIFE NAME ALL OVER IT. NOW EVERYONE ON THE INTERNET IS GOING TO KNOW WHO IT IS AND THE GENERAL AREA WHERE THIS PERSON LIVES.

WELL, IT SEEMS THE BRAIN DEAD CROWD ARE AT IT AGAIN WITH THEIR FALSE ACCUSATIONS. IT SEEMS THAT EVERYONE IS AN EXPERT ON HOW TO FIND OUT WHO DID WHAT WITHOUT EVEN BEING IN THE STATE WHERE THIS ALLEGED INCIDENT TOOK PLACE.
WHAT IS CURIOUS HERE, IS THAT NO INFORMATION HAS BEEN RELEASED AS TO THE GENDER OF THE CALLER OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION, JUST THAT IT WAS A CALLER.

REPEAT BEHAVIOR, THE MAKING OF AN INTERNET SMEAR.
A vary few of you may remember back when I first set up my Murtwitnessone.com website, I had posted a brief message there entitled "Anatomy of an Internet Smear Campign."
Some who saw it probably thought that it had to do with those who were after me. You have to remember, however, that that website was created BEFORE all of the games began.
It is also needed to be remembered that I had stated early on that what was being done was a well organized effort involving a group.
The main reason for the efforts as it turns out was, as it is now, because someone befriended me. In this case it was a Forum and Blog. It turns out one of the largest and most respected of it's kind on the internet:
Websleuths.com
We first must go back a bit in time to around the time of the disappearence of Jessica Lundsford. At that time there were a number of Forums and Blogs following this and other cases of missing children as well as other crimes prominent in the news.
Me and a group I am a member of began to notice that there were a group of trolls out there who thought it was some kind of joke to go around and screw around with these forums and blogs.
They would engage in disruptive behavior, making outrageous statements, and eventually start to use "hacker" tricks in order to bring down whatever website was their target for the day.
One of the earliest sites to be victimized by these antics was a Forum and Blog combination out of Tampa, Florida. While this was mainly a site to promote the city of Tampa, there was contained within it, a forum.
Several cases of interest broke out at roughly the same time. One was the disappearence of Jessica Lundsford and another child. The Ramsey case was also prominent as well as others.
Another forum and blog was also beginning to make itself known on the internet, Websleuths.com.
As many of you know Tricia Griffith is the owner of Websleuths.com. What many of you may NOT know is that she did not CREATE Websleuths.com, she purchased it. Now, there is nothing wrong with this, it is done every day. The problem lies with the person who DID create Websleuths and sold it to her.
I have seen things like this happen in the business world. Someone will start a business and then want to retire. The person sells the business to someone else and has an understanding with the new owner that may not necessarily be a condition of the sale. A "gentleman's agreement" so to speak.
For whatever reason, the new owner brakes this legally non-binding agreement and the former owner feels compelled to take some kind of action. In a lot of cases the former owner simply starts a new company and competes with the old one.
Something of that nature did happen.
Enter the website JusticeQuest.net.
It seems this site was started by the person who sold Ms. Griffith Websleuth. This person created Websleuths.com and built it up to where it was at the time of the sale. The details of the how and why of the sale are sketchy but the outcome is a common one as I described above.
It seems there was an agreement of some kind between the former owner and Ms. Griffith that Websleuths.com was not to be commercialized.
When I came across the posts about this, I was puzzled to say the least. Why would someone pay good money, and I understand that this was not pocket change, for something with that kind of restriction? No matter, it is said to have been the case according to the former owner.
Then, sometime after the new owner took over Websleuths.com, that is precisely what did occur. Other changes began to take effect that the former owner took issue with. I am not certain if this is the exact reason for the appearence in October of 2006 of JusticeQuest.net, but appear it did.
ONE POINT I MUST MAKE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR HERE. I AM NOT ACCUSING THE OWNER OF JUSTICEQUEST.NET OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY OF WHAT IS BEING WRITTEN HERE. THE OWNER WOULD WIND UP BANNING SOME OF THE SAME WEBSLEUTH REFUGEES.
THE WEBSITE IS A SOURCE OF INFORMATION, NOTHING MORE.
The history of what went on from that time forward is told through the posts and comments left at that site. They are there for you to read, if you are not banned, that is.
At this point, I have to remind the readers that I am not taking sides here. All I am doing is pointing out how circumstances that started years ago, found me in the center of one of the largest and most intense blog wars on the internet.
To continue, JusticeQuest.net as I understand it is made up largely of those who were banned from or have left Websleuths because they have issues how it is operated. Nothing unusual about that. This happens all of the time on the internet.
What IS interesting is something that is found in an area on JusticeQuest, called "Back in the day."
The two topic areas are a history lesson of the complaints the former followers have of Websleuths.com.
It makes for an interesting read as does the entire website in regards to their feelings about Websleuths.net.
What was interesting, however was one part of this saga that was brought out. The mass bannings from Websleuths.com.
The story of this has been circulating around the forum and blog community for quite some time. There are other blogs that have written about certain elements of this event. It has been the topic of discussion from time to time in various forums and chat sites.
I first came onto the scene in Websleuths.com during the case of Trenton Duckett. At that time I did not know the history of Websleuths or the internal problems it was having. I read and posted like everyone else and like a lot of others, I wound up getting myself banned.
I understood at the time, why I was banned and agreed with it. I held and still do not hold any grudge against Websleuths.com in regards to this matter. A forum and blog is the property of it's owner and they are free to run their site the way they see fit. This includes who they allow to join their site as well as who they feel like banning from their site.
It was annoying, yes, but I got over it and moved on. Some people, however, did not. There always seems to be those out there who feel that there is some kind of law that states that a website is obligated to run things a certain way. They feel that a webmaster has to have some justification to explain why they make a decision that does not sit well with some people.
Sorry to burst the bubble of some, but there is no such rule. The owners of these websites are free to do what they damn well please as long as they stay within the confines of the law.
None of these sites are obligated to allow people to join them nor are they obligated to tell someone why they are banned. Most sites do give some reasons for their bans out of courtesy others do not.
As it turns out, by the way, I am also banned from JusticeQuest.net. Not quite sure why, but it is what it is.
The site, however turned out to be a treasure trove of information and has been observed over the last 16 months as the group I have been working with researched the problems that came out of the incidents starting in the fall of 2008.
The activities of the trolls, I alluded to when I first started this article started to migrate from the Tampa website to Websleuths and then on to other sites such as Usleuths.com, Courttv.com, a scattering of the smaller blogs and forums, as well as the various Topix forums, the latter being a breeding ground for these kind of people.
Websleuths.com was one of the websites hit hard by the trolls. A lot of it had to do with an alliance that began to be formed over the growing opposition to the changes made to the site after Ms. Griffith purchased it.
Things soon came to a head when it was found out that a secret forum had been operating within Websleuths without the owner's knowledge.
Out of this came a mass banning of both new and long time members of Websleuth's including some names that sent shockwaves throughout Websleuths. Ms. Griffith sent out a letter. Contained within that letter are names of members that I wish I had known about back in November. I might have been able to prevent a lot of what has happened to this date.

It came to our attention recently that there is an on going effort to try and bring WS down. Here are the ways they dicussed bringing us down.
1) Hacker attack on the site because they think the new start page is ugly and they are mad about Jaded being banned.
2) Recruit as many posters as possible to their private forum, mostly on Jeana's and Amrann's " GOOD NAMES" at WS and long term relationships with posters there. Also invite people to Jaded's forum.
3) Post flaming posts with their version of the truth and have themselves and anyone who replies to them in a supportive way banned.
4) Aggravate Adnoid with questionable statements, then act like he attacked them. ( This wonderful idea came from Golfmom).
Now, I must act.
I am going to list for you the posters who are participating in this forum and therefore are participating in the effort to stop us. They are now banned for life. You are going to be shocked.

I would like to apologize to Melissa Harris. Amber Harris' mom. You see, I have been meaning to call her back and be there for her but because of the time I have spent on this crap I have not been able to find the time to talk to her.
Amber Harris was kidnapped, beaten, raped, and killed. Her killer is behind bars but that doesn't end the pain of her family.
Amber's family turned to us for help.
I would like to ask people like Amraan, Jaded, Tylin, Jeana, Golfmom, Jules, and others what they would say to Melissa Harris. Explain to her why they are trying to cause us problems. Perhaps one or more of you have a drinking problem. I know one does. It is affecting her home and her children. I hope she can recover and make amends.
Please understand that many of these long time members will be trying to email you and tell you it's not true. It is.
If any of these people email me to explain I will not read their words. They are vapor as far as I am concerned.
Again, my apologies for those of you who come her for help or to be helped. I am truly sorry. This is a sad day for all.

What does matter is the CONTENTS of this letter and what was to come later.
We now move to the month of September of 2008. The coverage of Caylee Anthony was in full swing. I was taking the pictures that are now on my Photobucket site and following the case like a lot of other people.
I came up with an idea how to bring this case to those who do not live in this area. Murtwitnessone.com soon came about and the road trips started. Almost immediately my problems started.
Unknown to me at the time was that a group of trolls from the Duckett days was feeding false information to Texas Equusearch and other principals in the search efforts.
This group also started to engage in pranks such as talking me into going to the KOA campground south of the Orlando International Airport to meet with volunteers who were staying there. I was given a password and told that they wanted to see me.
This, of course, turned out to be a lie.
Someone also decided it would be amusing to contact Texas Equusearch and tell them I intended to photograph Caylee if she were found and sell the photos to the National Enquirer.
These and other lies would soon be spread around the internet.
The one event that seemed to have triggered all of this was the growing interest in what I was doing by members of Websleuths.com.
During the time while I was still banned from there, it seems an interest was being generated of my coverage of the case. At some point I was contacted and informed that my ban from Websleuths.com was being lifted.
This, as it turns out, was to have a profound effect on both Websleuths.com, an administrator there, me, and some other, smaller Forums and chats.
Immediately after this event things really started to go down hill. It soon became obvious that a well organized smear campaign was in full swing.
A smear campaign, by the way, far different that I eluded to on my Murtwitnessone website.
At the center of this effort were members of a group of refugees consisting of those banned from Websleuths.com and other websites. The person leading this group is someone that we are all too familar with. This person is perhaps the most spoiled child to ever grace the forum/chat community.
Princess.
She had blindsided me with a most annoying article and I could not understand why she took the tone that she did. In an effort to understand her point of view, I sent her a polite letter asking why she took the stand she did.
What I got back was a profanity laced and quite rude response. It is almost like hearing back from a girlfriend who was enraged that I broke up with her.
I said "oh well, so much for that" and moved on. She did not. Over the months that followed, she engaged in an ongoing campaign to "bring me down" and get me off the internet.
To those who drone on that I keep blaming Princess for everything, the record speaks for itself. Google is your friend and so is the Wayback machine. Try as she might, she is not able to erase EVERYTHING on the internet. Her history is out there. All one has to do is research it. It is an interesting history indeed. It is a history of similar actions by her that had far more reaching effects on her innocent victims that are much worse than against me.
Moving on.
Out of nowhere came someone using the name of Renzolovescake and another Kfcfan. These two take the credit for causing all the damage to my websites starting early in November of 2008 and continuing on until about two weeks ago when they decided to quit contacting me.
Another piece of work in this group is a person called Monoxidemmac, who also has ties to both Websleuths.com and to JusticeQuest.com.
This person, now accused of distributing child pornography, did his part to make things miserable for me and those wanting to follow the case of Caylee Anthony. He added fuel to the fire.
He is credited with being behind the infamous PM's that found their way into the hands of Dominic "the dunce" Casey and the Florida State Attorney's office. His name, interestingly, did not make the cut. I wonder why?
Another nut to join in on the fun was none other than Shortbusdude. His antics are well known.
So, from November on we have this intense and sustained effort to bring down someone who is guilty of nothing more than associating with a website that their leader was banned from.
To go into the exact details of what was done and by who would take a book (now that is an idea) of great length to go through.
I am getting help, however, from an unlikely source. Those who took part.
Every once and a while, someone who had been part of this "take down" effort would be bothered by what was being done and start sending me information. These people would be anonymous "moles" from within a number of websites where some of these actions were being planned.
Some of the "moles" wrote blogs about certain people, Monoxide being one of them, and others fed me and other people information as to what had been going on and what was planned.
Within the last few months some came forward who had been my most harsh critics. One in particular, the owner of FBS, had come down on me quite hard. Her and I had long and bitter arguments.
Something happened, however. For reasons of her own, FBS decided enough was enough. She did not like what she had done and did not like seeing what was being done by others. She changed her mind.
She has paid a stiff price for doing so as have others. Personal histories are being looked into of those who are nothing more than friends. RL names of innocent victims are being posted in chats.
Judges and attorneys are being contacted regarding matters these people have no business being involved in.
FBS and others have seen this and have decided that it is time something is done about it. The silence stops.
QB has come foward and now FBS has come foreward. STCB had been out already.
And no, I must not forget Kari and those from Paltalk who have been there for me no matter what. This small group still pays a heavy price for just being a friend. They are made fun off in cruel ways on a daily basis by those who once were their friends.
The childhood sandlot bullies are now grown mothers and grandmothers who are employing the same tactics of the geek hackers and cyber bullies.. They are adopting tactics used mostly by teen aged bullies.
So there we have it. This is how just having an association with someone or a website can come at a huge cost.

There always seems to be those out there who feel that there is some kind of law that states that a website is obligated to run things a certain way. They feel that a webmaster has to have some justification to explain why they make a decision that does not sit well with some people.
Sorry to burst the bubble of some, but there is no such rule. The owners of these websites are free to do what they damn well please as long as they stay within the confines of the law.
None of these sites are obligated to allow people to join them nor are they obligated to tell someone why they are banned. Most sites do give some reasons for their bans out of courtesy others do not.
As it turns out, by the way, I am also banned from JusticeQuest.net. Not quite sure why, but it is what it is.
The site, however turned out to be a treasure trove of information and has been observed over the last 16 months as the group I have been working with researched the problems that came out of the incidents starting in the fall of 2008.
The activities of the trolls, I alluded to when I first started this article started to migrate from the Tampa website to Websleuths and then on to other sites such as Usleuths.com, Courttv.com, a scattering of the smaller blogs and forums, as well as the various Topix forums, the latter being a breeding ground for these kind of people.
Websleuths.com was one of the websites hit hard by the trolls. A lot of it had to do with an alliance that began to be formed over the growing opposition to the changes made to the site after Ms. Griffith purchased it.
Things soon came to a head when it was found out that a secret forum had been operating within Websleuths without the owner's knowledge.
Out of this came a mass banning of both new and long time members of Websleuth's including some names that sent shockwaves throughout Websleuths. Ms. Griffith sent out a letter. Contained within that letter are names of members that I wish I had known about back in November. I might have been able to prevent a lot of what has happened to this date.
A letter, written by Ms. Griffith, appeared on her website:

"It is with a very sad and heavy heart that I must tell you this.
First, my apologies to all the members, readers and crime victims through out the world who come to Websleuths for help and guidance. And of course those of us all who really do care about justice. I am going to have to explain to you what is going on behind the scenes that has nothing to do with anything Websleuths stands for.
It came to my attention a while back that there was a "secret forum" where current and past members of WS went to complain about us. Fine. Whatever. Childish but so what. Several of their most trusted members would send me posts but it was just petty crap.
The posters on this "secret forum" thought our attention to crime victims and the missing was a joke. How many of you are laughing about the Missing Forum? Or the Crimes in the News forum. No one I am sure. Just this group.
It came to our attention recently that there is an on going effort to try and bring WS down. Here are the ways they dicussed bringing us down.
1) Hacker attack on the site because they think the new start page is ugly and they are mad about Jaded being banned.
2) Recruit as many posters as possible to their private forum, mostly on Jeana's and Amrann's " GOOD NAMES" at WS and long term relationships with posters there. Also invite people to Jaded's forum.
3) Post flaming posts with their version of the truth and have themselves and anyone who replies to them in a supportive way banned.
4) Aggravate Adnoid with questionable statements, then act like he attacked them. ( This wonderful idea came from Golfmom).
Now, I must act.
I am going to list for you the posters who are participating in this forum and therefore are participating in the effort to stop us. They are now banned for life. You are going to be shocked.

Since I know many of these posters real names I want to tell them something:
If Websleuths so much as hiccups I will know where to turn. You have been outed. It is illegal to try and bring a forum down. Just FYI.
What is ironic is these people will try like crazy to get back in. Why? Because they are lowlifes with nothing better to do then to try and stop us. Why do they want us stopped? Because they had their feelings hurt at some point. I swear, that is it. They had their egos hurt and so it's time to bring WS down.
None of this has to do with true crime but it has everything to do with running a forum.
I would like to apologize to Melissa Harris. Amber Harris' mom. You see, I have been meaning to call her back and be there for her but because of the time I have spent on this crap I have not been able to find the time to talk to her.
Amber Harris was kidnapped, beaten, raped, and killed. Her killer is behind bars but that doesn't end the pain of her family.
Amber's family turned to us for help.
I would like to ask people like Amraan, Jaded, Tylin, Jeana, Golfmom, Jules, and others what they would say to Melissa Harris. Explain to her why they are trying to cause us problems. Perhaps one or more of you have a drinking problem. I know one does. It is affecting her home and her children. I hope she can recover and make amends.
Please understand that many of these long time members will be trying to email you and tell you it's not true. It is.
If any of these people email me to explain I will not read their words. They are vapor as far as I am concerned.
Again, my apologies for those of you who come her for help or to be helped. I am truly sorry. This is a sad day for all.
The date of this letter is significant in that it was in the summer of 2008. This was to prove to be a centerpoint for all events to follow as well as a highlight point for events that had been traced to as far back as the Troll activity in Tampa.
As I stated before there are names on there that stunned me to say the least. One of the names on there, is that of a person who claims that it is not her name. Well, if this is not the name of this person, then someone has a twin in another universe who has the exact same life history as well as other matching information. No matter, I will leave it to you, the reader, to decide.
What does matter is the CONTENTS of this letter and what was to come later.
We now move to the month of September of 2008. The coverage of Caylee Anthony was in full swing. I was taking the pictures that are now on my Photobucket site and following the case like a lot of other people.
I came up with an idea how to bring this case to those who do not live in this area. Murtwitnessone.com soon came about and the road trips started. Almost immediately my problems started.
Unknown to me at the time was that a group of trolls from the Duckett days was feeding false information to Texas Equusearch and other principals in the search efforts.
This group also started to engage in pranks such as talking me into going to the KOA campground south of the Orlando International Airport to meet with volunteers who were staying there. I was given a password and told that they wanted to see me.
This, of course, turned out to be a lie.
Someone also decided it would be amusing to contact Texas Equusearch and tell them I intended to photograph Caylee if she were found and sell the photos to the National Enquirer.
These and other lies would soon be spread around the internet.
The one event that seemed to have triggered all of this was the growing interest in what I was doing by members of Websleuths.com.
During the time while I was still banned from there, it seems an interest was being generated of my coverage of the case. At some point I was contacted and informed that my ban from Websleuths.com was being lifted.
This, as it turns out, was to have a profound effect on both Websleuths.com, an administrator there, me, and some other, smaller Forums and chats.
Immediately after this event things really started to go down hill. It soon became obvious that a well organized smear campaign was in full swing.
A smear campaign, by the way, far different that I eluded to on my Murtwitnessone website.
At the center of this effort were members of a group of refugees consisting of those banned from Websleuths.com and other websites. The person leading this group is someone that we are all too familar with. This person is perhaps the most spoiled child to ever grace the forum/chat community.
Princess.
She had blindsided me with a most annoying article and I could not understand why she took the tone that she did. In an effort to understand her point of view, I sent her a polite letter asking why she took the stand she did.
What I got back was a profanity laced and quite rude response. It is almost like hearing back from a girlfriend who was enraged that I broke up with her.
I said "oh well, so much for that" and moved on. She did not. Over the months that followed, she engaged in an ongoing campaign to "bring me down" and get me off the internet.
To those who drone on that I keep blaming Princess for everything, the record speaks for itself. Google is your friend and so is the Wayback machine. Try as she might, she is not able to erase EVERYTHING on the internet. Her history is out there. All one has to do is research it. It is an interesting history indeed. It is a history of similar actions by her that had far more reaching effects on her innocent victims that are much worse than against me.
Moving on.
Out of nowhere came someone using the name of Renzolovescake and another Kfcfan. These two take the credit for causing all the damage to my websites starting early in November of 2008 and continuing on until about two weeks ago when they decided to quit contacting me.
Another piece of work in this group is a person called Monoxidemmac, who also has ties to both Websleuths.com and to JusticeQuest.com.
This person, now accused of distributing child pornography, did his part to make things miserable for me and those wanting to follow the case of Caylee Anthony. He added fuel to the fire.
He is credited with being behind the infamous PM's that found their way into the hands of Dominic "the dunce" Casey and the Florida State Attorney's office. His name, interestingly, did not make the cut. I wonder why?
Another nut to join in on the fun was none other than Shortbusdude. His antics are well known.
So, from November on we have this intense and sustained effort to bring down someone who is guilty of nothing more than associating with a website that their leader was banned from.
To go into the exact details of what was done and by who would take a book (now that is an idea) of great length to go through.
I am getting help, however, from an unlikely source. Those who took part.
Every once and a while, someone who had been part of this "take down" effort would be bothered by what was being done and start sending me information. These people would be anonymous "moles" from within a number of websites where some of these actions were being planned.
Some of the "moles" wrote blogs about certain people, Monoxide being one of them, and others fed me and other people information as to what had been going on and what was planned.
Within the last few months some came forward who had been my most harsh critics. One in particular, the owner of FBS, had come down on me quite hard. Her and I had long and bitter arguments.
Something happened, however. For reasons of her own, FBS decided enough was enough. She did not like what she had done and did not like seeing what was being done by others. She changed her mind.
She has paid a stiff price for doing so as have others. Personal histories are being looked into of those who are nothing more than friends. RL names of innocent victims are being posted in chats.
Judges and attorneys are being contacted regarding matters these people have no business being involved in.
FBS and others have seen this and have decided that it is time something is done about it. The silence stops.
QB has come foward and now FBS has come foreward. STCB had been out already.
And no, I must not forget Kari and those from Paltalk who have been there for me no matter what. This small group still pays a heavy price for just being a friend. They are made fun off in cruel ways on a daily basis by those who once were their friends.
The childhood sandlot bullies are now grown mothers and grandmothers who are employing the same tactics of the geek hackers and cyber bullies.. They are adopting tactics used mostly by teen aged bullies.
So there we have it. This is how just having an association with someone or a website can come at a huge cost.
Who knows what would have been the outcome if I had not been associated with Websleuths.com, a website where I am still banned from and whose owner still refuses contact with me.
It is hard to tell. Hindsight is 20/20. Tomorrow is another day.
