Whoops again. To serve or not to serve
I, for the life of me, cannot figgure out why the heck this even matters. As a matter of fact both me and my wife were called along with just about every person who is eligable for jury duty. We both declined serving and it is a moot point since the venue was changed out of Lake county.
I have always declined jury duty since I frequently travel and cannot take the time off. My wife declined due to not being able to be impartial in hearing the case.
The bimbo wrote;

What’s interesting about this is the lady you were referring to DID NOT drive the black SUV anywhere near your property, because even though a vehicle of that description was registered in her name, it was not the vehicle that she drove - but the vehicle another member of her family drove on a regular basis.
You f**ked up with that one, Murt. Because at that point WE knew that you had run her name - illegally I might add - through you dealer database.
THIS IS WHERE THESE PEOPLE MESSED UP. I NEVER IDENTIFIED BY NAME WHO THE DRIVER WAS. I SIMPLY SAID A WOMAN DRIVING A BLACK SUV.
IT WAS THEY WHO CAME BACK AND SAID THAT "SHE" DOES NOT DRIVE A BLACK SUV.
ANOTHER POINT HERE. I AM ACCUSED OF CHECKING THE INDIVIDUAL'S TAG USING MY DEALERSHIP. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN FOR TWO REASONS:
FIRST: FLORIDA HAS A SYSTEM CALLED TAG TALK. IF I MAKE A TAG OR VIN CHECK USING THIS SYSTEM, IT IS RECORDED SINCE I HAVE TO PAY A FEE FOR THE SERVICE AND IT IS THE LAW. IF I CHECKED THAT TAG THERE WOULD BE A RECORD OF IT, THERE IS NOT.
SECOND: IN ORDER TO CHECK THE TAG, I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE THE TAG NUMBER. SINCE I DO NOT, TO THIS DAY,KNOW WHERE THE PERSON IN QUESTION LIVES, I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK THAT TAG UNLESS THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN AT MY RESIDENCE.

The names most prominent in an odd new trend. Mothers who kill children. One statistic has it that 200 women kill their children each year. I am not sure where Melisa Huckaby fits into this stastic but she might as well have been a second mother to Sandra.
No longer is the predator only a man who kisses a 6 year old, or the man who lures children with ice cream and money or to help him find a lost puppy.
The predator is now the mother of a child's best friend, the mother of your grandchild, the mother of your child or the sunday school teacher where your daughter goes to play with her best friend?
We all know the warnings. Be aware of where your child is at all times. Know who the child is and know all you can about the adults around the friend she plays with.
The question now is, If you cannot trust a female sunday school teacher from your church with whom your daughter plays with her daughter, who can you trust.
The ultimate answer we now await is why Sandra? What is it about her that sealed her face at the hands of yet another alleged female killer?
We now impatiently wait.

NIGHT GAMES
Well, Kfcfan. Renzolovescake and their resident whore are at it again. Another useless phone call at 3:30 in the morning. Another call that is of a useless nature. The paychecks must be flowing again. Interesting how this picked up just as this blog started up.

An update here.It seems apparent that the person having the continued debate with me did not read the subject header of the post he/she is commenting under. That iis quite telling since the individuals responsible for "the fake suicide" incident were the ones who woke me up at 3:30 in the morning with another of their pranks.
Rather than post his/her comments in the appropriate topic, he/she posts in this one.
The poster cares not about that but rather in continuing yet another scamfest at my cost.
This should tell you all something about the character of this individual.

LET THE THREATS BEGIN..................
Another pattern emerges from the crowd who insist on coming to and reading the blog of someone who "does not matter" or "is not important" or whatever.
The old tired, "Do as I say or else." thread regarding some idiot sending an e-mail to some mysterious government offical regarding a matter settled a long time ago.
I am not suprised that the so called "sleuthers" did not check the one source out there that would have answered this recently asked question. Or perhaps they did and did not like what they found out.
It should be interesting when someday, someone stumbles onto this little tid bit.
This threat also carries with it another piece of breaking news. Yet another smear site, this time supposedly by former posters to my current chat site.
This ought to be interesting since the chat was public and probably the most archived out there.
It will be also interesting to see to what extent the chat is altered as it has always been on the other smear sits.
It is amazing what one can do with the text and photo editors that are employed by the experts of this craft nowdays.
Unlike the old days, a picture is no longer "worth a thousand words" since most photos that appear on the smear blogs have been altered in some way.
Posts on chats and message boards fall under the same catagory. The latter is rampant as I have found out recently. There was a case that is a prime example how easily this is done. You need only to Google Melinda Duckett and look for the refrences to this subject to see how easily this is done.
This was over two years ago and the ability to do this has become easier and more sophisticated to the point where even the most expert out there are having diffaculty proving "what is real or what is memorex."
But go right ahead. This seems to be what the Internet has come to. One big playground fight fest.

The night you begged Murt to kill himself on camera was the final straw for me, BUT you topped yourself with that one when you went after SBD's daughter.
