An anon who claims to have been in the chat at the time of the "fake suicide sent in this comment:
Ummmm, Murt....the fake suicide attempt by you?? I was there on your chat that night and even you admitted to it and apologized for it.
Now, what this has to do with Michelle Mckee charging me with the murder of Trenton Duckett and insisting that The Leesburg Police department investigate, I do not know.
However, I will go over this one more time so everyone can understand just what exactly happened the night of this so called fake suicide.
There were two clowns, Renzolovescake and Kfcfan who would pester me night after night on AOL IM wanting me to commit suicide on video and do something called a barrel roll.
On one occasion, they had made a death threat, which I also informed the room about. I called the Lake County Sheriff's department and informed them of the threat.
Now, on the night of the FAKE SUICIDE I was broadcasting as usual when RENZOLOVESCAKE AND KFCFAN started contacting me again on AOL IM and by phone. I would end the session and hang up the phone and they would contact me again. This went on for a while until I got fed up.
This was the start the whole mess.
There reached a point where I went ahead and gave in and engaged in an AOL IM SESSION. AT NO POINT DID ANY AUDIO CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND THE TWO TAKE PLACE. IT WAS ALL IN TEXT.
After some time of them insisting that I commit suicide on cam, to "do it for the lulz." I cut off the video AND ALSO THOUGHT I HAD CUT OFF THE AUDIO feed to the room. Ustream has a console where you have to choose to do both. I had turned off the video already and had hit the command to turn off the audio. I ASSUMED the audio had been turned off. AT THAT TIME I DID NOT HAVE AN AUDIO CHAT. THE CHAT IN THE ROOM WAS STRICTLY TEXT. THE ONLY AUDIO AND VIDEO WAS FROM ME THROUGH USTREAM.
AT THAT TIME, MY COMPUTER I WAS USING TO STREAM WAS SET TO WHERE THE MONITOR WOULD BLACK OUT IN ORDER TO PREVENT SCREEN BURN. I HAD TO HIT THE SPACE BAR TO TURN IT BACK ON IF I DID NOT TYPE ANYTHING.
I did not find out UNTIL AFTER THE DEPUTY ARRIVED THAT THE AUDIO HAD NOT BEEN TURNED OFF AND THE FOLLOWING EVENTS HAD TRANSPIRED.
Near the end of my AOL IM session with the two clowns, I TYPED in "I have had enough." and ceased all contact with them at that point.
They would type in again and again, trying to get me to say SOMETHING, ANYTHING.
Shortly after that, the phone began to ring. At the same time Renzo and KFC would still be typing for me to say something. My caller id kept saying, "unknown caller" so I did not answer it. In fact, I quit looking at the phone entirely.
The phone would ring until it switched over to voice mail (through embarq so I did not hear any voice messages and in order to hearANY VOICE MESSAGES. I would have to call my voice mail.
SINCE RENZO AND KFCFAN WERE ALREADY IN THE ROOM I chose to remain QUIET. I did not type ANYTHING.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE SO CALLED "FAKE SUICIDE" WAS INTENDED TO BE DIRECTED AT KFCFAN AND RENZOLOVESCAKE ONLY!!!
Prior to this incident, the chatters were used to me having to take a phone call and turning off the audio and video feeds.
The only difference was that this time, the audio feed did not turn off.
Now, just to be clear, at some point my screen saver kicked in and I was no longer seeing the chat. I had no idea what was going on in the room.
I went to reach for something and knocked something off my desk. That was the noise the audience heard.
The phone began to ring and I did not answer it assuming it was Renzo .and KFCFAN calling.
This went on and on until the deputy arrived soon afterward. It was AT THIS TIME I became aware the entire episode had been fed into the room (NOT THE TEXT)
Now WHAT I ALSO DID NOT KNOW WAS THAT SOMEONE IN THE CHAT DECIDED TO CREATE A LITTLE DRAMA.
SHE BEGAN TO TELL THE ROOM THAT SHE CONTACTED SOMEONE SHE KNEW WHO LIVED NEAR ME TO GO TO MY HOUSE TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON.
SHE TOLD THE ROOM HER FRIEND ARRIVED AND THERE WERE A NUMBER OF POLICE CARS AND TWO MEN WHO LOOKED LIKE FBI AGENTS TALKING TO DEPUTIES OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.
I NEVER INSTRUCTED ANYONE TO PULL SUCH A HOAX. THE PERSON DID SO ON HER OWN.
THE PERSON CONTINUED THE HOAX TO THE POINT WHERE SHE HAD THE ROOM ALL STIRRED UP.
SINCE I WAS DEALING WITH THE DEPUTY, FILLING HIM IN ON WHAT HAPPENED, I WAS NOT AWARE UNTIL MUCH LATER WHAT THE PERSON HAD TAKEN UPON HERSELF TO DO.
I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE ROOM AND DID APOLOGIZE FOR NOT FILLING THEM IN SOONER. HAD THE MONITER BEEN ON AND I HAD SEEN THE COMMOTION IN THE ROOM, I WOULD HAVE REACTED MUCH SOONER.
So there you have it, for the last time.

AT NO TIME DID I ANNOUNCE THAT I WAS GOING TO COMMIT SUICIDE.
AT NO TIME WERE THE WORDS SUICIDE USED.
THE INCIDENT WAS TO HAVE REMAINED BETWEEN ME, RENZOLOVESCAKE AND KFCFAN.
