NANANC called me to complain about the article where someone had sent me a web page that had almost the same identical name as hers, was from the same city as hers, had grandchildren and was almost the same age (I still do not know her exact age.
The original article contained only the link without comment.
NANANC pointed out to me that she is a licensed RN in the state where she lives. I had already posted the information sent shortly before her call. After a short period of time the call was ended and I printed a retraction based on what NANANC told me.
Then something interesting happened. Someone sent me a comment stating that there would be an audio link that I would not like and neither would Kari.
As It turns out, there is audio of the call somewhere "out there." Now NANANC puts a tag line on Paltalk that read something like "news flash, I gave permission."
Then the comments and information start coming in that Princess is airing the call on You Make My Butt Hurt. Since I am unable to access the site, I cannot listen to the call to see why my offer to NANANC to put an UNEDITED letter on this blog explaining her side of the RN story did not get heard or recorded.
If NANANC would have handled this like an adult instead of a ranting ASSHOLE, she could have sent the letter if she wanted to. Rather then do that she has kept up her idodic tirade. .
Now, two things.
A call was made to my phone. I have the number of who made the call. The person later admitted she made the call after first LYING about it.
Second SOMEONE recorded the call. Someone put that RECORDING on a website.
For the uneducated out there IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO RECORD ANY COMMUNICATION THAT WOULD BE ASSUMED TO BE PRIVATE UNLESS ALL PARTIES AGREE TO ALLOW IT.
I DID NOT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO RECORD OR OTHERWISE MAKE A RECORD OF THE CALL.
THE LAW IN FLORIDA IS VARY CLEAR ON THE MATTER. I CITED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND ANYONE WHO HAS "GOOGLE AS THEIR FRIEND." CAN LOOK IT UP.
Now someone think about some of the comments that have already been posted. There are claims that this was not a phone call. Well, ok, how did it get sent to my PHONE? How did the TELEPHONE NUMBER of the person who CALLED me get in my caller ID and also is recorded at Embarq, my PHONE company?
If the call was NOT recorded, how was one comment made where the person listened to the call THREE TIMES?
That must have been one remarkable feet of engineering.

MURTHAVEN FLORIDA
As of 12:00 NOON Dec, 11 2009, MURTHAVEN FLORIDA is now the official blog of
Murthavenflorida.com and Murtwitnessone.com.
This blog will remain as a source of information limited to the few followers here and the off the web forum members that read it.
The tone and content of the blog will change as time goes on.
Another change will be that comments to whatever has or will be written on this blog will be more strictly moderated. I have been lax for far too long in allowing comments that no other blog owner would or does tolerate. That ends now. I do read all comments, both published or unpublished. What comments do and do not pass muster will be apparent as time goes on. As I have always stated, thiis is not a bash MURT site, so that should give potental commenters insight as to what will and will not be allowed.
From this day on, however, what I choose to be published will be much more restricted than in the past.
It is my blog and I will run it the way I see fit.

I GUESS IT IS TIME TO PUT A SORT OF "PLAN B" INTO ACTION. OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS AS I HAVE TRIED TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE OF HOW AND WHY THE "HACKERS" AS I CALLED THEM DECIDED TO MAKE ME THEIR TARGET AND ANSWER THE WHO WHAT WHY AND WHERE OF ALL OF THIS.
THE COURSE OF ACTION THAT ME AND THE GROUP TOOK IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS DID GO ALONG WAY TOWARD THAT GOAL. I SEE NOW THAT SOME IDEAS AND ADVICE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME RECENTLY NEEDED TO BE HEEDED AND PUT INTO PLACE.
IT IS CLEAR THAT CERTAIN THINGS WILL NOT WORK AND CERTAIN PEOPLE DO NOT APPRECIATE FAVORS DONE FOR THEM.
