Michelle McKee, editor of In Cold Blog claims to be a " Forner White Collar Crimes Analyst" for this outfit.
I do not think she has bothered to explain to her fellow skirts just exactly what this Not for Profit outfit is or what it is that they do.
The second she mentioned this org. I knew exactly what it was and what it is that they do. I have had information sent to me by this org for years.
You see, theNCIB.ORG is a Not For Profit org set up for the investigation, prevention and prosecution OF AUTOMOBILE RELATED INSURANCE FRAUDS AND CRIMES.
While there are other departments within the NICB that deals with other insurance related issues, AUTOMOBILE related issues remain their main focus.
From what I have been able to gather from talking to local insurance agents and others in the field of accident investigation, what Michelle REALLY did was akin to a data entry clerk or, at best, an insurance adjuster. She way over inflated her resume beyond what even I thought she was capable of.
She, in other words, was nothing more than a minion, or low level clerk for a large non-profit trade org.

AN ADMITTED STALKER
Well, "Prinnie or Princess," or whatever name she comes up with at the moment HAS ADMITTED TO STALKING ME.
CASE IN POINT:
I have screamed about that booger eater in Florida for over two years now: "PRINNIE FROM HER "OTHER " BLOG"
HMM, OVER TWO YEARS, EH? LET'S SEE, THE CASE OF CAYLEE'S DISAPPEARANCE DID NOT OCCUR UNTIL AROUND JULY 25TH WHEN THE FIRST 911 CALL BY CINDY ANTHONY WAS MADE.
THE SECOND AND THIRD CALLS AFTERWORD. I DID NOT START TO FOLLOW THE CASE UNTIL AT LEAST THE SECOND WEEK IN SEPT, OR AROUND THE TIME OF LEE ANTHONY'S FIRST PRESSER AT THE HOUSE.
IF WE WERE TO TAKE HER WORDS LITERALLY, THAT WOULD PLACE HER STALKING WELL BEFORE CAYLEE EVEN VANISHED, SAY MARCH OR APRIL OF 2008?
AT THAT TIME I WAS HARDLY ACTIVE ON ANY FORUM AND I CERTAINLY DID NOT HAVE ANY BLOGS OR FORUMS OF MY OWN THAT DEALT WITH ANY CRIME TOPIC LET ALONE MISSING AND MURDERED CHILDREN.
IT NOW SEEMS THAT PRINCESS/PRINNIE STALKER HAS BEEN ON MY CASE FOR LONGER THAN SHE FIRST CLAIMED. I SEEM TO REMEMBER WHEN THE DEBATE ABOUT HER STALKING ME FIRST CAME UP, SHE CLAIMED NOT TO HAVE EVEN HEARD OF ME UNTIL AFTER I STARTED STREAMING WHILE MAKING THE "ROAD TRIPS."
IT LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER ONE OF HER LIES HAS BEEN EXPOSED.
