LIARS AND THEIVES
It is interesting to read all the posts in regard to the letter that was sent to me, and how I was trying to "get the goods" on Princess, which, is obstensively the excuse for the hoax that the letter turned to be. Up until now, I had decided to keep who was behind this stunt private. The continued rantings of the ANON posters have changed my mind.
The person who wrote the letters, including the one that had the porn link contained within it was Princess, of Beaconhell. She found and included the porn link that was complained about here.
On a phone call with a member named MISTRESS, she said "when I came up with this hairbrained ides, she was cracking up. Who wants to set up a fake Gmail account and be "Roger Leonard." That's the name I used. LOL."
Several letters of a highly threatening nature regarding knowing Princess for 12 years and going on with a rather winded resume of how great princess was came from........Princess.
One of her members praised her for sending that letter.
It is also apparent that Princess and her group ALSO sent the "former McDonalds" employer letter.
All of the complaints to me about the incident had to do with all of the questions I asked Mr. Leonard in order to attempt to see if the letter was legitimate. The questions I asked came FROM THE CONTENT OF BEACONHELL.COM. If one were to read the blog from start to finish (including anything that had been removed) all the answers to the questions I asked were in there.
When the McDonalds letter came, that was an indication to me that everything was a hoax. Her biography and content of her blog said nothing about any place that she did work.
The letters also point out the vary reason I did not contact her with this information. She is, in my opinion, dangerous and cannot be trusted.
What is odd about all of this is that this stunt seems to have been triggered by my recent travels. She seems to think this is about HER. She is sadly mistaken. I have OTHER fish to fry and do not need to be going all over the country because of HER rantings.
This is only a small sample of what these people have been up to.
Beaconhell has also been stealing the content of my chat and reposting the content in their private areas.
They also alter the content. This is important since most of the complaints against me on the blogs points to posts I have supposadly made on message boards and forums.
The changes made to my content by Beaconhell points out how easily these posts can be altered.
That makes the "evidence" that is constantly cited in the negative posts regarding me highly questionable.
People like Monoxide,Renzolovescake,KFCfan, UKMOD and others have shown how easy it is to break into internet accounts and change the content as well.
It comes down to this simple point.
If Beaconhell is capable of sending fake e-mails misrepresenting who they are and copy/paste contents of copyrighted websites and then alter that content...WHAT ELSE HAVE THEY DONE AND WHAT ELSE ARE THEY CAPABLE OF DOING?

Now that I am effectively shut down and even more insignificant than I was before, I am wondering why the detractors keep coming back.
I thought they were for "missing children." You would think that they would go back to that subject and actually try to find some of them.

THE END
I have decided that I am no longer going to cover missing children cases. I will allow those who are in the room to discuss the cases for as long as they wish. It seems that those on the internet are more interested in their little cyber wars than the ever increasing number of children that go missing or are murdered by those who they felt they could trust or depended upon.
I started the broadcasts in order to allow those who did not live in Florida or have access to the markets here, be able to see the points of interest in the cases active here.
When the TES searches came to Orlando and then LP with his searches, I broadcast for hours on end while they were here both times. I covered the searches at JBP for the entire week the searches took place.
At one time I was told I had around 4000 viewers to the broadcast. I had hoped that what I had done would be duplicated elsewhere, as this can be done much cheaper than the approach I used.
This is not going to be the case. Rather than do something constructive, People on the internet would rather play games, punking, hacking, scamming and all the other antics with all the funny names all for the LULZ. They care not for the children but for their own selfish motives.
I have had it. It cost me a lot of money to set the broadcasts up. Gas is not free, the video equipment is not free. It was all a waste of time. Rather than go though this day in and day out, I have decided to drop the coverage of missing children.
Someday, I may find out something else to broadcast. A trip to the beach, a shuttle launch.
Anything but missing and murdered children.

When Passions Go Awry.
I have noticed that missing and murdered child cases have always stirred up passions with the participants of the various blogs, forums and chats about these cases on the internet. I have been just made aware of such an event.
At the center of this event is the highly respected Websleuths.com owned by Ms. Griffith. I began getting e-mails and im's regarding an action by a group of posters on Websleuths. It seems that the Anthony's were scheduled to attend a victims conference ie: the Melanie Ilene Rieger Memorial Conference. Mark Klaas has mentioned this upcoming conference on the Nancy Grace show recently.
As seems to be the case lately when it is heard that the Anthony's are to make an appearence on a tv show or attend an event, there are those who feel it necessary to start some kind of e-mail protest against their appearing at said event.
I have stood idly by in the past when these protests have been organized. This time I cannot. This is one time where it was a big mistake for the members of Websleuths do conduct this protest. This was one of the few times that the Anthony's can do some good.
Whatever we feel about the Anthony's they have lost a Grand daughter and stand to loose a Daughter to either life in prison or be put to death for the murder of their Greand daughter.
I feel that this protest was a mistake and that, in the future, those groups that wish to partake in these protests need to take a wider view of what has been going on with this case before deciding on any actions of this nature.
According to this open letter posted on Websleuths, the owner was not aware that her website was at the center of this protest.

I received a call from Marc Klaas today. It seems members of Websleuths have been sending some angry emails to a wonderful organization based on what Marc said on Nancy the other night. I asked Marc to put his concerns in writing for me to post. Below is from Marc to us.
What bothers me is it seems some members took it upon themselves to use Websleuths to organize an actual email campaign against Sam and Wanda Rieger.
First, any email campaign, any petition, any sort of organized anything, has to be approved by me. That has always been a hard and fast rule here.
Of course what you do off the forum is none of my business but when an organization like the Melanie Rieger Conference receives emails from people saying they are from Websleuths then it becomes my business.
If the people who did this would have followed the rules and contacted me we could have avoided this embarrassing situation.
This is a totally different situation that (sic) Oprah. Even so, when someone posted about an "email campaign" Jbean pulled that thread until I approved it. I made the mistake of not posting a reminder about organizing email campaigns.
Websleuths is a very different forum in that it is privately owned by one person. I take a very active role in setting the rules for Websleuths. I am blessed with a great team of moderators who share my goals and make sure the forum runs smoothly.
I will be sending a letter to everyone involved in the Melanie Rieger Conference explaining that this was not endorsed by Websleuths in any way.
I don't know how many people were involved in this but apparently it was enough people from Websleuths writing some very angry and unfair emails to prompt Marc to contact me.
What I have found is Websleuths is a very respected forum. That has everything to do with you as the poster. With posters like you who post within reason and without name calling. When something like this happens it hurts all of us.
I'll leave the thread open if anyone has any questions or would like to comment.

Melanie Ilene Rieger, a college student, was murdered by her boyfriend on May 24, 1994. The conference was established by her parents Sam and Wanda, in her memory with the hope that others would avoid such tragedy. This year will mark my eleventh appearance at the conference. Not only am I honored and humbled by each and every invitation, but I consider my attendance as one of the high points of my year.
You see, the Melanie Rieger Conference is a serious forum that gathers amazing people with diverse perspectives about violent crime. Victims, service providers, law enforcement representatives, politicians and other advocates gather to find commonality, to discuss issues and to provide solutions to the myriad problems faced by crime victims. Over the course of my attendance I have met a diverse population of individuals who have educated and enlightened me, who have contributed to the body of literature and understanding, and have eased the burden of victimization. To malign these people and this conference based upon a few words or a single reference is unfair.
Anyone who has ever attended the Melanie Rieger Conference understands that it is a respectful forum that refuses to promote itself in an undignified way. The first mention that George and Cindy Anthony had been invited to attend was when I mentioned that fact on the Nancy Grace Show on April 20. Therefore, it is disingenuous to suggest that they are appearing as a way to drum up publicity for the conference. Anyone who would do so speaks from a lack of knowledge.
No single individual establishes the agenda or the guest list for the Melanie Rieger Conference, nor are these considerations made in a vacuum. The Conference Committee invites individual presenters months in advance, without foreknowledge of how events will affect those choices. Everyone invited to present at the Melanie Rieger Conference is considered carefully and chosen because they are either a member of the victim’s community or they are in a position to impact the community of victims. They are not chosen based on popularity or their contribution to pop culture.
I have known Sam and Wanda Rieger for more than a decade. They founded the Melanie Ilene Rieger Memorial Conference as a way to give meaning to their daughter’s murder. They are two of the finest people that I have ever met and two of the most steadfast and dedicated victim’s advocates in the United States.

I am not going to criticize Websleuths or MS. Griffith for the actions of her members. This action was clearly taken without her approval.
She operates a large and powerfull message site with a large number of active posters some with deep passionate feelings about what happened to Caylee and have intense feelings toward the Anthony's.
Their passions led to the situation that Websleuths and Ms. Griffith find themselves in today. Already a number of blogs have taken advangage of this situation and have have posted negative articles regarding Ms. Griffith and Websleuths.
I am not going to take that position. Mistakes happen everyday. I have made a few of my own. Events happened at Websleuths that the owner or her administrators were not able to prevent in time to cause some problems.
The best thing everyone can do here is to learn from these mistakes and move on.

MISSING THE POINT
One common trend I have noticed when reading the comments in response to my posts is that everyone seems to be missing the point.
Rather than concentrate on the subject of the posts that are made, the comments drift off into unimportant areas such as how to ship a computer from a remote hamlet to Orlando.
Such nit picking is a distraction and does nothing more than deviate away from the subject at hand. In retrospect, this may be the idea behind the comments in the first place.
Some of those who comment here are not here for the truth but to continue the bashing and smearing that goes on elsewhere.
I did not start this blog to generate numbers or "to gain or generate attention." The fact that it remains a small and obscure blog bears that out.
The blog was started, in part, to address requests by some for me to tell what has been happening to me and why. It is also to point out that what is happening to me is part of a growing trend on the internet. There are a number of cyber-wars going on out there between different groups who cannot seem to debate in a respectful fashion but rather will lie cheat and steal or do whatever it takes to silence those which whom they have issues with.
This blog has been the pain in the ass I expected it to me and the trolls have invaded this blog as they have other sites I have set up. Anyone who thinks I set this blog up for my benefit is simply nuts.
It is time consuming and I make a lot of spelling errors and other mistakes in writing due to the fact there is no built in spell checking.
If someone has a REAL TIME spell check that I can use with this thing, let me know.

OUTINGS
BAD CHEMASTRY: WHEN CHLOROFORM AND "MONOXIDE" CLASH
When I get an e-mail, pm, im, or lately, dvd,s flash memory cards and even hard drives, and they begin with "please do not tell...." I know things are going to be interesting.
Lately, this is exactly what has been happening.
History, in my case, has actually been repeating itself. Around two years ago or so, there was dissent in the ranks of a few that were umm "causing problems." I started to get instant messages and e-mails, most of which would start "please do not tell....who I am.....where you got this, etc. " and would contain the most interesting secrets about the so called trouble maker.
Things progressed rather quickly to the point where I wound up with two pc's and a lap top. the latter being purchased from it's owner.
Needless to say all contained some rather personal and potentaly damaging information about a large number of posters on message boards and presumably PRIVATE forums.
For some strange reason, people are naieve enough to believe that when they log into a PRIVATE message board, forum,chat or blog, that their comments and other information will remain private.
History, over the last two months has repeated itself. Up until a few weeks ago, I was getting mostly e-mails, pm's, the occasional phone call, and even a number of dvd's.
That all changed, however, when I recieved offers of entire pc's either free or for next to nothing. I was a bit startled at these offers until I was able to take the "seller's" offers and began to see just what was on these machines (a total of 9 to date and more to get). It turns out the information contained within these things were more useful and understandable when obtained complete rather than individual files as I had been getting in the past.
I was able to combine my "shopping sprees"with other concerns on my recent travels to pick these devices up.
About now, everyone is scratching their heads and wondering why someone would go to the trouble of:
A: Send me this stuff and offer to give or sell real cheap,their devices.
B: traveling TO where these devices are located and also meet "interested parties" that have to do with some questions I have been trying to get answered for some time.
There is actually more than one answer to A; The primary answer is that for reasons of their own, the individuals have decided it is in their best interest to "come clean" and be rid of the device one way or another.
Another answer to A: Is disention in the ranks. It seems that the leaders of these groups have betrayed the trust of their followers and have made certain threats. The net result has been the leaders sending me information and the followers sending me information.
This progressed from the simple sending of "interesting" e-mails, photos and screenshots to sending me dvd's and memory devices and finally to sending hard drives, portable storage devices, and even complete pc's.
This led me to reason B: having to fly around to pick these things up as well as meeting with the "seller" to get supporting information.
I had not expected more to come of this than the usual e-mail or other standard communication as there was dissent within the ranks of some of these groups and the members contacting me for their own reasons. Something akin to "no honor among theives " being the rule here.
In other cases, the leaders of the vary same groups would send me information on some of their followers that they had issues with or with other groups leaders and members for the same reason.
This was the original reason for the Trust, post which nobody seemed to get.
I had not intended to be forthcoming about what the nature of the information I was getting and how until I recieved the link to a rather interesting video.
The contents of the video was the reason I made the post wanting to know who the two women are that I wrote about.
The person who sent me the link has distributed the video on a certain stream site and is in the process of e-mailing the link of the video to individuals who the sender feels worthy of this material.
The sender also says the video will be on at least youtube.com and perhaps some other "mainstream" streaming sites after the most extreme elements are edited out in order to meet their tos requirements.
When this video is seen, it will not shed a good light on this single mother. I still am not going to say who either of the women are in the video, even though I have recieved absolute and undenialable proof as to who they are.
I also am not going to post the link. It is against the tos of the blog host to link videos of such an explicit nature. You can take that for what it is worth.
I gave this information out so that the subject of the video will know that it is not me that released it but "one of your most trusted friends" who decided to do so after being betrayed.
I leave you all with this simple message:
The private, chat rooms, blogs, forums etc. you are in are not private.
The private, e-mails, personal messages, instant messages and phone calls are not private.
The leaders of your favorite blogs, chats etc, are not as honerable or trustworthy as you may think. If you think otherwise, you may be in for a rude awakening.

It turns out the information contained within these things were more useful and understandable when obtained complete rather than individual files as I had been getting in the past.
I was able to combine my "shopping sprees"with other concerns on my recent travels to pick these devices up.
About now, everyone is scratching their heads and wondering why someone would go to the trouble of:
A: Send me this stuff and offer to give or sell real cheap,their devices.
B: traveling TO where these devices are located and also meet "interested parties" that have to do with some questions I have been trying to get answered for some time.
There is actually more than one answer to A; The primary answer is that for reasons of their own, the individuals have decided it is in their best interest to "come clean" and be rid of the device one way or another.
Another answer to A: Is disention in the ranks. It seems that the leaders of these groups have betrayed the trust of their followers and have made certain threats. The net result has been the leaders sending me information and the followers sending me information.
This progressed from the simple sending of "interesting" e-mails, photos and screenshots to sending me dvd's and memory devices and finally to sending hard drives, portable storage devices, and even complete pc's.
This led me to reason B: having to fly around to pick these things up as well as meeting with the "seller" to get supporting information.
I had not expected more to come of this than the usual e-mail or other standard communication as there was dissent within the ranks of some of these groups and the members contacting me for their own reasons. Something akin to "no honor among theives " being the rule here.
In other cases, the leaders of the vary same groups would send me information on some of their followers that they had issues with or with other groups leaders and members for the same reason.
This was the original reason for the Trust, post which nobody seemed to get.
I had not intended to be forthcoming about what the nature of the information I was getting and how until I recieved the link to a rather interesting video.
The contents of the video was the reason I made the post wanting to know who the two women are that I wrote about.
The person who sent me the link has distributed the video on a certain stream site and is in the process of e-mailing the link of the video to individuals who the sender feels worthy of this material.
The sender also says the video will be on at least youtube.com and perhaps some other "mainstream" streaming sites after the most extreme elements are edited out in order to meet their tos requirements.
When this video is seen, it will not shed a good light on this single mother. I still am not going to say who either of the women are in the video, even though I have recieved absolute and undenialable proof as to who they are.
I also am not going to post the link. It is against the tos of the blog host to link videos of such an explicit nature. You can take that for what it is worth.
I gave this information out so that the subject of the video will know that it is not me that released it but "one of your most trusted friends" who decided to do so after being betrayed.
I leave you all with this simple message:
The private, chat rooms, blogs, forums etc. you are in are not private.
The private, e-mails, personal messages, instant messages and phone calls are not private.
The leaders of your favorite blogs, chats etc, are not as honerable or trustworthy as you may think. If you think otherwise, you may be in for a rude awakening.

STFU....OR ELSE
Something sinister is happening on the internet. It now appears to be accepted practice that, if someone disagrees with your opinion or gets banned from a forum, chat room, or blog, that threats are made that if you do not STFU, and unending campign of cyber bullying, cyber, smearing, prank phones, and other widespread attempts at cyber censorship will take place.
Rather than have a civilized discussion about how I run my broadcasts, and chats. A few out on the internet insist of conducting an investigation almost at a level of law enforcement.
For some odd reason it seems imparitive for some out there to do a thorough background starting from the day I was born up to the present day and then post virtually all of this information on the internet.
Some also feel it imparitive to post the personal information about my fiance and engage in the same kind of cyber terrorism targeted at me.
There has always been the same excuse by those who engage in these tactics which is;"You posted your name address etc. on the internet for all to see."
Yes, that is true, for the simple reason that I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE. I do not feel the need to hide behind anon usernames or e-mail accounts for I have nothing to be ashamed of.
Have I made mistakes? Yes, and I have admitted to those mistakes many times over.
This brings me to this point. MY FIANCE HAS NEVER POSTED ANY OF HER PERSONAL INFORMATION ANYWHERE. I never told ANYONE on the internet her last name.
Yet SOMEONE SOMEWHERE found out her full name and posted it on the internet. They even gleefully posted any and all information about why they THOUGHT was her.
As it turns out they wound up tormenting some poor woman who had the bad luck of having the same name as my fiance.
The question is why such dramatic efforts?
The answer is quite simple. It is intimidation by those out there who want to silence me and others. It is a propaganda tool by those who do not believe in our constitutional rights to freedom of expression, ie: freedom of speech.
It is a campign from others who felt they were onto a money making machine, and when they were rejected they sought to get even because they felt that "If I cannot make any money off of this, well, neither will you." or "If we shut him down, we can make the money ourselves."
Recent events seem to indicate proof that the latter is true.
WHAT DOES NOT GET POSTED is the fact that in all of their thorough searches they did NOT find ANYTHING that would even come close to being even a minute scandal.
They have NOT posted, is that I have NO criminal history OF ANY KIND.
There are NO records ANYWHERE of any civil actions, no lawsuits, nothing.
There are NO records of complaints against ANY of my businesses with any agency that regulates these businesses.
There are no divorce records anywhere.
What does not get posted are the POSITIVE parts of my background, some of which I am happy does not, for at least some portions of my life can remain private.
There are a lot inconvenient truths out there for those with the skills to find them. Those who have found them have elected to remain quiet for the simple reason that it would undo their efforts.
That brings me to this one point. None of these actions are called for and are a serious breech of ethics both on and off the internet.
There is an old saying out there "If you do not like the show, change the channel."
Not only do these people not change the channel, they keep coming back.
Some have even gone so far as to gain unauthorized access to my e-mail accounts, web sites, myspace, photobucket and other sites to steal information contained within these locations or change the content within the accounts and, in some cases, post pornography.
Some have opened paypal accounts using my name in an attempt to raise funds for their own greedy purposes.
In their terrorism, they intimidate those who are subscribers of my chats, and websites, by investing THEIR backgrounds and then publishing THEIR information on public chat sites, forums, and message sites.
Some start blogs where they steal my content and that of other blogs for the specific purpose of conducting their own [ersonal smear campign. They even do a lot of these things IN PRIVATE most likely due to the fact that they realise that they are liable for their actions, and in some cases, may be breaking the law.
Many of these people will go to the various chat and message sites and log in using fake usernames so nobody will know who they truely are for the sole purpose of sabatoging the site.
Some of these people engage in the serious breech of ethics of publishing PRIVATE, instant messaging, PRIVATE messages and e-mails.
The excuse today is that "it is just the internet" or "nothing is private" on the internet anymore.
The problem with that excuse is that it is true. Honesty no longer exists on the internet. You cannot trust someone that when you tell them something that is meant to be private, will stay private.
You cannot trust someone that when you send them a PRIVATE message, that it will stay PRIVATE.
You cannot trust someone that when you send them a PRIVATE e-mail, that it will be private.
When someone contacts you, you cannot trust that they are who they are, believe in what they say they believe in, or keep any promise they make.
In short, you cannot trust anyone to keep their word.
In order to accomplish their goals these people will lie, cheat, break the law, violate the fundamental rules of ethics of society no matter the harm it does to the target of their actions.
Out of all of this comes a fundamental truth. What goes around comes around. In order to carry out some of these activities, a certain level of trust is needed between those involved.
If one of them becomes dissatasfied, feels wronged, has power taken away or is otherwise disenfranchised or disallusioned, that one can start the process against the others.
I made the statement once that I do not trust ANYONE on the internet.
That, sadly,should be true for EVERYONE.
Your closest friend on the internet could be your worst enemy.
THAT closest friend could lie cheat and steal in order to "get you" or "get even."
Rather than the internet being a place to meet new friends and engage in good social interactions, it will become a place for hermits who only log onto the internet to read comic books, watch viral videos, or download music.
I close with this. There will be those who will mock and complain about this entry. They will come here and call me names, and attempt to post their lies about me.
I am here to give this warning. It is not that you may be next, it is that you WILL be next. As others see the power that is to be had by engaging in these tactics, someone somewhere who has an issue with YOU will come after YOU.
Enjoy that which you do on to others as others will enjoy what they do onto you.

CAR WARS
The owner of the brain dead blog is threatening to post another lie, this one about the dealership I own and operate. The dealership is not a charity, it is a retail sales operation that sells vehicles to the public, wholesale to other dealers directly or through dealer auctions as well as leases built to order communication vehicles, primarily news vans.
Their goal as one regular poster over stated is to "make certain that Murt does not make ANY money at all." which means that it is their intent to drive me into poverty and not be able to make a living by any means.
They want me unemployed, pure and simple.
Their efforts has already cost me money in lost sales as well as the expenses I have already had from countering the vast number of lies coming out of her blog by her and her members.
Their biggest gripe seems to be the so called donations they accuse me of raking in off the members of my chat/broadcast site. Up to today those have been lies.

TRUST
One last post on the current path before reaching that turning point.
The one thing I have been repeatadly reminded of is that I trust people too much. I suppose it comes from a generation where someone's word meant something. It meant that a handshake or simple "you have my word" was enough for all parties to keep their agreements.
Trust also meant that when someone sent a Personal Message, it was just that. The cardinal rule of the internet since the on line experience began was that ALL personal messages and e-mails were kept private.
That is no longer the case and has not been for quite some time. This is a generational thing apparently. The standard of behavior often referred to as nettiquite apparently has not taken hold with the new subscribers of the internet.
I experienced this breech of trust, first with the many volunteers who came forward with the standard "I want to be a mod" "can I help?" to which requests I had first turned down.
When I started the broadcast streams on the road, I had not intended to have my own chat. I had arranged to use existing chats on Topix and a number of message sites rather than to run and maintain my own chat site.
When I opened the Ustream chat at the urging of the members back then, I did so with me as the sole moderator. This worked out well until the trolls arrived. One thing led to another and I finally gave in to the flood of offers and brought aboard my first group of moderators.
This was the start of a series of problems of one kind or another with these volunteers as it turns out they either came aboard with the single minded purpose of sabatoging the chat or, not having the kind of leadership skills necessary to operate a chat room properly, made policy and ran the chat according to their personal agendas and personality conflicts with other members.
Trust also proved to be my weakness when it involved the transfer from one server to another when the owners and staff , again, volunteered to be the hosts of the chat and administer both the stream and broadcast sites.
This again proved to be a serious error for it turns out there were a group of individuals who liked nothing to do but ruin someone's hard work for the sake of LULZ.
That trust cost me a lot. It has also taught me that the internet is no longer a gathering place for the enlightened and friendly groups who gather in our virtual rooms and persue our interests.
Instead the internet is nothing more than a toy.A place to read comics, listen to music and watch viral videos.
The internet is a place where someone logs into a chat room as someone they are not.
The internet is a place for pranks and threats and "getting even" for being banned or denial of entry into a room.
The internet is a place where a no to a request or the turning down of an idea leads to cyber stalking and personal smears, again, to get even.
The internet is now a place of virtual vandalism, cyber terrorism and cyber bullying.
Before I go on I must take this time to thank all the GOOD Administrators, and moderators that have assisted me in the operation of the broadcast sites, message sites, and chat sites during the 5 months I have operated them. They volunteer their time and effort for nothing but my thanks and I will always appreciate them.
This then brings me to the close of the post with the one incident that has taught me the final lesson regarding Trust.
The administrators and I had a group private chat session where we discussed certain problems that had been ocuring on the board for about 2 weeks or so during the absense of a key admin.
In that session I made the remark to all that "When push comes to shove, in the end I do not trust completely ANYONE but myself." All the participants of the chat understood full well the meaning behind this statement except one.
As it turns out, that one individual proved to be the one person I could not trust as I learned later on what this individual's true motives and actions were.
So, that last lesson that I have learned is this. "I will never, ever, trust anyone on the internet again."
Now for the turning point that is approaching.

A TURNING POINT
In the last few hours have led to some interesting developments have caused me to decide to take a different direction with the blog. I have decided that some efforts from this time forward that need to be done are going do be done without the need for discussion here.
The blog will move in an entirely different direction that is more in line of the way I wanted it to go back when I started broadcasting.

Benched:
One of the old accusations out there stems from the Memorial Bench project. In a repeat of the same lobbying effort that prevented my billboard project from going through a couple of years ago in regards to the Trenton Ducket case, the same thing happened again.
The town I live near had a program where someone could buy a park bench for $500.00 and have a small brass plaque with three or four lines inscribed on it.
Right after Caylee was found, everyone wanted to have some kind of monument in her memory. Remembering the memorial bench program, I brought it to the attention to the room. Everyone decided that, rather than have me fund the bench on my own, that they wanted to participate.

Needless to say the offical I met with was stunned. I was then told that it would take a week or so to get refunded and that the funds would come into a single check to me rather than in the individual payments made by each member who contributed.
After telling the contributers what had transpired, all but one agreed that the funds should go for the search for Haleigh Cummings. After calling the Putnam county Sheriff's office, it was determined that the funds should go to TES as this was the family's wish at that time.
I then went to the vigil tent in Satsuma and personaly made the donation on behalf of the group to a representative of TES.
I was then sent an e-mail followed up by two letters from TES:

Texas EquuSearch from Murt on Saturday, Feb. 14th while TES was in
Satsuma, FL searching for Haleigh Cummings. The check was for $500.
Murt made it very clear that the donation was from his group and not
just from himself. Murt has received a letter of thanks from TES on
letterhead regarding the donation. I am sure he would be happy to
share that letter which even includes the check number with any that
request he do so. I believe he could even offer his cancelled check as proof,if need be. I have received his permission to release any/all
information regarding the donation.
Tim Miller has asked me to convey that TES has been putting in 20 hour
days on searches for the past several days and continues to receive
calls for help from around the country. Taking time to resolve issues
such as the one above takes time away from helping families in need.
TES is grateful for all types of support and we ask that all pray for
those missing and their families.

Rather than accept this explenation, the blog members went on not only to accuse me of forging the letter but incurred their wrath on the representative of TES questioning her judgment.
This is by far, a clear demonstration of the TRUE direction of that blog. They are less about the plight of lost children and the violence against them as they are in cyber bullying and cyber terrorism when it comes to those that they either disagree with or dislike.
The incident has left and indealable mark with TES and the staff there who know realize the kind of problems I had while assisting them in Orlando. I received several apologies by senior staff members of TES over the misunderstandings that ocured when they were in Orlando.
They made it clear that I would be welcome with open arms to any TES search in the future.

TO HELL AND BACK
An old pattern is repeating again that I do not quite understand. First I am banned from hell, then let back into hell (even though I did not go there) and then banned again.
I think the gates of hell should be replaced with revolving doors.
The fact the blog owner would go through all of this for an extremely tiney chat site among the tens of thousands of similar sites on the internet speaks for how wierd some people are on the net anymore.
Her members do not fare much better. Her blog numbers are consistantly low ( as measured by the comments section) when she writes articles of a "non-Murt" nature or where her members do not manage to insert a "Murt related" comment in an article that has nothing at all do do with me.
The LP memorial article is a prime example. That entire article and the comments that were added to it were a complete farce and a first rate example of yellow journalism.
This is not the first time that the, "you are banned" trick has been used. She has done this before. The last time this was done was preceded by a rather pecular "This site has been suspended by the host" webpage that went up. As the word spread about this revelation, a good number of pro-Murt posters went over there to see for thenselves.
They soon found out the true purpose of what I call the "suspended by host" webpage.
In a rather odd concidence, within a couple of days, virtualy everyone who viewed that link found themselves getting a "you have been banned" message from the blog owner by means of the same sort of webpage.
Anyone who did not visit the "Suspended by host" page, once it was taken down, was not banned as long as they did not post, or made any favorable posts regarding me.
There seems to be a repeat of this pattern, dispensing with the "suspended by host" webpage or something similar since the blog now seems to be able to read the ip address of anyone even looking around on the site or more likely, another way is being found for the blog owner to obtain ip information of those not welcome to the site for pre-emptive banning.
I can find no other explination how an ip address can be banned if it has never been to the website and the owner of the ip has never been to said website or otherwise been in contact with the blog owner.
Perhaps some hackers have provided the necessary information? It would be nice to know.

PIGEONS
Well, I seemed to have acquired a new gift, quite by accident. I had some homing pigeons (actually they are carrier pigeons)left here a while back. As with all carrier pigeons, they went home after they were given their messages.
An unexpected thing happened. One of them laid eggs and with the help of a friend, the eggs hatched, the pigeons grew up. My friend, an expert on carrier pigeons, taught me all about them.
We did some test releases and they came back to the roost quite promptly.
Needless to say I was hooked. With my experts help, I have acquired a number of them.
I now give them to those who visit to take back to their place. Since these are actually carrier pigeons, they bring back messages.
In order to avoid messy situations, my expert friend made it so that the pigeons do not lay eggs when they are away from the roost.
I have recieved the most interesting messages when they return.
Well, time to feed the birds.

I, for the life of me, cannot figgure out why the heck this even matters. As a matter of fact both me and my wife were called along with just about every person who is eligable for jury duty. We both declined serving and it is a moot point since the venue was changed out of Lake county.
I have always declined jury duty since I frequently travel and cannot take the time off. My wife declined due to not being able to be impartial in hearing the case.

The names most prominent in an odd new trend. Mothers who kill children. One statistic has it that 200 women kill their children each year. I am not sure where Melisa Huckaby fits into this stastic but she might as well have been a second mother to Sandra.
No longer is the predator only a man who kisses a 6 year old, or the man who lures children with ice cream and money or to help him find a lost puppy.
The predator is now the mother of a child's best friend, the mother of your grandchild, the mother of your child or the sunday school teacher where your daughter goes to play with her best friend?
We all know the warnings. Be aware of where your child is at all times. Know who the child is and know all you can about the adults around the friend she plays with.
The question now is, If you cannot trust a female sunday school teacher from your church with whom your daughter plays with her daughter, who can you trust.
The ultimate answer we now await is why Sandra? What is it about her that sealed her face at the hands of yet another alleged female killer?
We now impatiently wait.

The poster cares not about that but rather in continuing yet another scamfest at my cost.

Another pattern emerges from the crowd who insist on coming to and reading the blog of someone who "does not matter" or "is not important" or whatever.
The old tired, "Do as I say or else." thread regarding some idiot sending an e-mail to some mysterious government offical regarding a matter settled a long time ago.
I am not suprised that the so called "sleuthers" did not check the one source out there that would have answered this recently asked question. Or perhaps they did and did not like what they found out.
It should be interesting when someday, someone stumbles onto this little tid bit.
This threat also carries with it another piece of breaking news. Yet another smear site, this time supposedly by former posters to my current chat site.
This ought to be interesting since the chat was public and probably the most archived out there.
It will be also interesting to see to what extent the chat is altered as it has always been on the other smear sits.
It is amazing what one can do with the text and photo editors that are employed by the experts of this craft nowdays.
Unlike the old days, a picture is no longer "worth a thousand words" since most photos that appear on the smear blogs have been altered in some way.
Posts on chats and message boards fall under the same catagory. The latter is rampant as I have found out recently. There was a case that is a prime example how easily this is done. You need only to Google Melinda Duckett and look for the refrences to this subject to see how easily this is done.
This was over two years ago and the ability to do this has become easier and more sophisticated to the point where even the most expert out there are having diffaculty proving "what is real or what is memorex."
But go right ahead. This seems to be what the Internet has come to. One big playground fight fest.

THE WRONG WAY PEACH FUZZIES
I had something pointed out to me. If it is the goal of these morons to get me off the internet or at least have me cut back, then why on earth deprive me of making a living?
The odd thing here is that because of the state of the economy and partly due to the efforts of a few bloggers here, I actually have MORE time to devote to the internet since nothing is going on with my businesses.
When my dealership is at it's peak or the car deliveries are running at full speed, I have no time for any road trips or blogs. I certainly would not have any time for any of this stuff. 100 hour weeks are not unusual when I am running things full time.
If I loose all means of making a living, I will be free to roam around to every missing child site as long as I want when I want were I want, anywhere i want in the country.
Free wi fi is in a lot of places and battery life in laptops is increasing every day.
I already have a number of "murtards" who would be glad to see me so why not?
Beware the unintended consequences folks.

A SAMPLE FROM THE MIDST
In one of the blogs that deals with a rather warped individual who seems to get his LULZ from wasting taxpayers money has to do with what is often referred to as "the second suicide."
This came as a result of the same pm session that would wind up being published on a smear blog with the owner apparently having full knowledge of the context of the session and the result.
Somewhere near the end of the pm session, Renzolovescake said that he was going to call the police and report that I was going to off myself. Within an hour I had at least 5 marked cruisers come storming into my driveway. After talking to the deputies I learned that a female who said she was my daughter (I have no living children and never had a daughter) called 911 and reported that I had beat her up and was threatening violance.
They called back the number given (as the caller had hung up) and got a police station in pennsylvania. Needless to say neither agency was amused.
I also took one of the deputys into my room and showed him the pm that had caused the call to be made in the first place. Again he was not amused.
They reminded me that they had better things to do then chase around at the behest of internet jokesters. I wonder if any lives were lost that night with a good portion of the county going on this wild goose chase. Nobody seems to care about that.
Now this brings me to this interesting piece of a post on a blog that has been generating some interest lately:

THE CRUISE CONNECTION-THE ALMOST MISADVENTURE ON THE LOVE BOAT
One of the worst offenders in the smear campaign against me is also one of the most hypocritical.
To start our little cruise we need to go back to my days on the Ustream and "foreign server" chats using IRC.
As was was common in those days, someone would come out of the woodwork and offer their services. This woman turned out to be a real piece of work. She became increasingly active on the chats and soon worked her way up the "chat ladder" as one of those who chatted almost non stop and became something of a regular.
I am not sure what came first, "the proposal or the offer of admin services." She did, against my better judgment did become a moderator. She also succeeded in pissing just about everyone off, from regular users to the other moderators.
Things finally came to a head and I was given the ultimatum that either she goes, or I leave the server, for not only was she pissing off the moderators, she was making life miserable for the owners of the IRC servers I was on. She was finally banned from the servers.
In the middle of all of this came a rather odd "proposal. Or, actually, number of proposals.
The first had to do with any future coverage of the trial from the courthouse. She wanted to act as a reporter, going into the courtroom when I explained that I could not take a camera in there, and also do on scene reporting before the hearings, during breaks and after the proceedings.
She became increasingly aggressive and controlling constantly giving me advice (some rather good at times) and hounding me like a mother. At one point when a website was selling items at cafepress at their cost, she railed me for not requiring them to obtain a license and charge a percentage (make money off Caylee) which I never did.
Then things got more interesting. She came up with the book idea. She said she knew ( and introduced me to by phone) a professional ghost writer that could write a book about the case (thus making money off Caylee) and that a split arrangement would be made between the two of us in the way of royalties.
The topper was the 30 day cruise. This was the last straw. She apparently has this thing about going on cruises and did her damndest to get me to go on a cruise with her, alone, just the two of us, IN THE SAME CABIN.
Now, of course, there was to be no hankey pankey and that we would both be able to come and go as we pleased and if I found any "companionship" on the cruise, there would be no problems.
Understand here that this woman has some kind of "significant other" that has absolutely no problem with someone he has never met ( a meeting was to be arranged where I was to go down there to meet him) going off on a 30 day cruise with his wife/girlfriend/whatever.
As all of this sank in, I decided it was time to get out of this situation. As politely as I could I told her that we need to go our seperate ways. That decision came at the heavy price I continue to pay to this day.
In retrospect it probably would have been in my best interests to take my chances on the "love boat." and screw the moral consequences and my relationship with Sherri.
The axim "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." certainly applies here.

One of the oddest posts from the oddest poster
I thought, for the heck of it that I would take a sample of some of the accusations that get repeated ad nausium on that blog with absolutely no documentation to back them up. Notice as well how irrelevant and mundane some of these "accusations" are.
Murt told the family of a missing baby he knew where their baby was.
This is a bald faced lie. First, I have not had any contact with any member of the Duckett family.
Second: I never said I knew where Trenton was. I was contacted by someone on the Team Trenton staff and I told them that I had no idea where Trenton was.
Murt is NOT a deputy sheriff.

People need to use a little common sense here. This child disappeared AFTER 9-11. Someone falsely claiming to be a federal agent or any kind Federal officer would find themselves talking face to face with a Secret Service Agent and hooked up to a polygraph machine.
I live about 20 minutes from the lead agency investing a nationaly prominent missing child case and WL is telling everyone I told the wife of a retired policeman that I was a government agent, etc etc.? Give me a break.

I PAID FOR THE REPAIRS OUT OF MY FUNDS.

This is the kind of crap I have to deal with. The vast majority of the accusations are just as irrelevant and just plain stupid. The poster made no refrence as to the reason these points were even made. Just one example of the vast number of sensless rants by these people on the various blogs.
This sampling of the hundreds of other posts of this nature point how off the wall these people are in bring up things that have absolutely nothing with a missing child case and how far they are going in order to stifle my freedom of speech. I have yet to hear what the relavence any of the oddest of these accusations have to do with anything.
The post is absolute and positive proof of a small portion of the smear campign that continues to be waged against me.

THE TURNCOATS ARE COMING
Well, the rats are coming out of the wood work. It seems that a lot of people are getting worried about the contents of the latest two blogs to spring up regarding the antics of a certain resident of the state of Kentucky.
I have always been getting an e-mail here and there and a link occasionally from people who were aware of some questionable activities by certain individuals and groups on the internet. The volume of what I have received as well as the details contained within the messages has increased quite a bit as each new blog is published regarding this individual and his group.
Tonight, when I checked my e-mail accounts, I was astonished at the numbers of e-mails I received and the contents of them.
One e-mail contained a highly detailed list of the members of a certain Blog, with cross-refrences as to their online name, real name, phone numbers, employers or business information, martial status and so on.
Most of the information is highly personal and quite revealing. I am stunned at how much time someone spent on compiling this information. I can also guess the motive for the person doing this.
The nature of the messages and e-mails being passed to me seem to be an attempt to persuade me to "take it easy" on them as they fear that someone else may have "outed" them.
It is fortunate that the information I am getting about specific actions are coming from more than one source as it allows me the ability to cross reference each accusation and event to determine the validity and consistancy of each event.
The impression that I am left with is that a lot of people are running scared for two major reasons among others.
The first is they realize the wrongs that have been done and that they may be in serious trouble.
The second is that they feel betrayed and threatened by the leaders of their groups and are looking to me to assist them to get even or at least help them get out of their individual situations.
The rats are running from the nest.

SILENCE IN THE MIDST OF THE STORM
I find it both strange and interesting that things are strangely quiet on those blogs and chat sites that seemed to have as their mission, to get me off the internet by any means, telling lies about me, accusing me of saying things I did not say, accusing me of crimes I did not commit, posting articles advocating boycotts of my businesses and worst of all, filing false police reports.
The owners of these sites apparently felt it was legitimate for laws to be broken in order to obtain this goal.
Now that the details of the crimes that were committed against me and my businesses are coming to light on various blogs and websites by those who may have participated or at least stood by while these acts are carried out, the so called True Crime Bloggers are strangely quiet.
Why is that? Is it because some of these bloggers may have endorsed or participated themselves? Time will tell.
One thing is for certain. Posting demeaning photos of a crime victim on their site does nothing to bring to justice those who have committed these crimes. It does define the blog as "being guilty by association" since many of the subscribers of the blog have participated in assisting the criminal behavior that has come to light recently.
While I thank the authors of the blogs who are bringing this information to light, I must also ask the question, What the hell took you so long? It has been over 6 months since the worst of the crimes began to be committed and it is just now that a limited amount of this information is coming out.
What has come out so far is only a drop in the bucket. There is much more that is going on and I am waiting for those who have this information to step forward and FINALLY set the record straight.
I wait impatiently for the truth that will set me free.

BEWARE THE EQUAL OPPERTUNITY PREDATOR
The new on line predator is not the dirty old man with a rusty old van who goes into teen chat rooms in order to lure your child to a motel room or in his van. The new age predator is more likely a lonely middle aged housewife who is divorced or otherwise lonely who sees the bright young man as the son she never had or someone "who understands her" and can be used to further whatever concerns or issues she has in her adult life.
The danger with this new kind of predator is not so much one of a sexual nature, although that may soon be the result of their on line interaction, but one of exploitation. The new predator is one who uses her influence as a respected adult or mother figure to persuade the child to use his knowledge to commit crimes that would cause an adult to be jailed for most of their adult life.
The predator does not care the damage she may have done to the future of the child she has exploited. She only cares about her personal agenda, her adult issues and her adult games.
The predator is unaware that she may have taken away the moral compass that would come into play that would guide the child when he becomes an adult.
As I delve deeper into the recent internet smear campaign of which I was the target, I have seen indications that not one but several women have indeed enlisted vunerable, lonely and "misunderstood" teenage males as part of their illicit agenda.
Modern parents have come complacent using the computer and the internet as the new babysitter for the new generation of "latch key kids" in place of the passive television set of the past.
The internet has become the home of "virtual street gangs" who roam websites and chat rooms for the sole purpose of wreaking destruction for the sole purpose of the LULZ,
In my case, these street gangs are likely being paid for their services. Some of these payments or fees for service include the purchase of internet toys such as Ventrillo (something like skype) computer peripherals, auto accessories or cold hard cash.
What is there about a multimedia chatter who owns a news van that would cause someone to pour lavish amounts of money for the sole purpose of casting him off the internet? The answer to that I do not know. I do however, intend to find out. So far the direction of my investigation leads to recent events and high profile cases in Central Florida. I sincerely hope my instincts are wrong.
Considering who some of the people are that are behind these efforts, I am afraid that my instincts may, in fact, be correct. One would hope the the efforts of these predators and their teenaged recruits do not allow the guilty to go unpunished.

In my case, these street gangs are likely being paid for their services. Some of these payments or fees for service include the purchase of internet toys such as Ventrillo (something like skype) computer peripherals, auto accessories or cold hard cash.
What is there about a multimedia chatter who owns a news van that would cause someone to pour lavish amounts of money for the sole purpose of casting him off the internet? The answer to that I do not know. I do however, intend to find out. So far the direction of my investigation leads to recent events and high profile cases in Central Florida. I sincerely hope my instincts are wrong.
Considering who some of the people are that are behind these efforts, I am afraid that my instincts may, in fact, be correct. One would hope the the efforts of these predators and their teenaged recruits do not allow the guilty to go unpunished.
