Whoever started this nonsense over at SBD in regards to the claim that I called one of Mommie's daughters has now involved HER daughter in this mess in a way that perhaps was not thought of.
MOMMIES DAUGHTER IS NOW A MATERIAL WITNESS AND LIKELY A COMPLAINTANT IN A CRIMINAL ACTION.
Two points. First, the Ripoffreport. The author of that report, managed to keep any minor child out of this mess by not mentioning either the name of the adult or minor at the center of the claim of inappropriate contact of a minor child through her Facebook account.
By keeping the information genaric, this kept me or my atty from addressing the parent or child through any legal complaint. Our complaint would have to be strictly with the author of that report.
SECOND POINT:
The article on SBD'S website has now changed that. The claim in that so called e-mail published on the Trash the bus website is prima facia evidence that the ripoffreport is SPECIFIC to one of Mommie's daughters. The ripoffreport also made clear that the daughter was underage. This means the charge in that article is a federal crime.
This means that both Mommies and her daughters are going to be MATERIAL WITNESSES in any civil or criminal complaint regarding that article.
I suggest that MOMMIES retain council for both HER AND HER daughter so that they atty can advise them as best how to handle any civil or criminal actions that may come about as a result of the publication of the information on SBD'S account as well as the publication of the ripoffreport.
It looks like some minor children are going to get an education as to how our legal system works first hand.

What was posted is a serious charge against me and I intend to get to the bottom of it. It appears that now I will have to contact authorities in Arizona about this matter.

TO BE FAIR, HER LETTER CAME AFTER SBD MADE A COMMENT ABOUT HER ON HIS BLOG. IT MUST BE JUDGED ON THAT CONTEXT. SBD IS MORE THAN WELCOME AS IS RL1 TO OFFER THEIR INPUT ON THIS MATTER. I WILL PRINT ANYTHING THEY SAY WITHOUT EDITING.

the "donations" and the crapola that ensued had to do with his BIL. Apparently and as I remember he was broke...his brother (or her brother) dropped children off with them. In any event...they were "fostering". They took donations on the site (and I think, but not positive) that SBD was trying to raise funds to bring the kids from wherever they were to reside with RL1 and his wife. It was quite the talk of the chat.
Then we get to the "puppy thon". Do you know what SBD's BIL did with that or or you interested? That's a hoot. That turned out to be a *TOTAL FAKE*. That puppy-thon was a *fake fund raiser* - RL1 was called out because there were donations to the ASPCA (or whatever the kennel is called in his state). He actually lied online and someone who had donated and called in to the ASPCA caught him. It was quite embarrassing for him. In fact, the mention of "puppy-thon" puts that guy in a tizzy. This was like a marathon fund raiser so that RL1 could raise enough money to adopt this dog from the pound. GO FIGURE. It was all BULLSHIT. Ultimately, I believe, the pics he put up and the bullshit he spewed was bullshit. The dog he was posting was NOT EVEN AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. He, like SBD, is a POS.
NEXT IS THE SECOND LETTER.
Interestingly enough, it WAS SBD who spear-headed it. The reciepient was BIL RL1 - but Tracy Roddy was the one who set it up. See...to begin with, I felt it was a FAKE. This was like a 24 hour deal - and RL1 was supposed to be raising enough $$$ to get this dog his children (& fosters then) from the pound, including getting them food, shots..etc. Allegedly he had already picked out the dog, been approved (signed up, etc) and was just waiting to take it home. Well, some FNuts (actually, I think it was AngelinFL but DON't quote me) sent him the $$$$ to get the dog from the pound, etc.
Somehow, within that day, somebody called the local animal shelter where RL1 was supposedly getting the dog (I think it had been on TV or something as a promo) and they stated that the dog had ALREADY BEEN ADOPTED. Chatter confronted RL1 with that and he denied it but ultimately admitted he did not, in fact, adopt the dog (yet he took marathon donations to do so). That's in a nutshell. I do have some screen caps from that fiasco. RL1 got ugly and defensive but admitted that he lied. The dog he was doing the "puppy-thon" was no longer available at the shelter. Had already been adopted.
THE FINAL PART
OK - I want to try to get more specific on the "puppy thon" and the "donations" that ultimately drove SBD and his BIL into hiding.
As best as I can recollect - there were some BLOGTV hosts doing fundraisers (ie: DFizzy,REV somebody, Whoners)....there were like marathon fund raisers for some charity. This was like a long weekend and lots 'o drama between the few for the 24 hr marathon. that's the only reason I even tapped into blogTV - just to see how each was doing.
DonkeyKong RL1 decided to have a "marathon" ....a puppy/adoption marathon at the time. that's how I remember it. It was like a 24 hour fund raiser. He took alot of *flak* from it...but also had some supporters. I'm guessing more flak than supporters.
End result....he put up a pic of a dog that he said he adopted. OOPS....there was a woman out of state that had sent him money, to whom he had provided the dog pix, docs,etc...and she contacted the local shelter and they told her THAT DOG HAD ALREADY BEEN ADOPTED...and, Oops....BEFORE THE puppy-thon. Verifiable. This was NOT RL1's.
Now, all the ppl that felt sorry for RL1 - wanted to send $$$ and did send $$$ for his new puppy (to help his new neices get adjusted) - they were PISSED. Remember, RL1 told everyone this dog was for his NEW FAMILY and the needs this dog would have.
So much for the puppy-thon!!!!! RL1 is an even bigger bullshitter than SBD.
Now, reader, you can judge for yourself if this is an accurate rendition of the event or the revenge of someone who felt wronged by SBD mentioning her.
I am staying neutral. My only question is that with this SAME accusation about me coming around the exact same time as the accusations made against SBD and RL1, why did SBD go down the road of accusing me of almost the same thing?

It appears we are again in this game of "who is it?" or "who did it."
ALL sides of the blog war going on seem to have their pet culprit in mind. SBD wrote me that he has strong feelings about who he feels is behind the involvement of his son in our dispute.
I have asked him to be extremely careful and to be absolutely certain of who it is he feels did this horrible thing. The individual who did this is going to have a lot of anger vented in their direction and I certainly would not like it to be an innocent person who is the recipient of that anger.
I would like to offer this suggestion. Whoever made the comment and brought SBD'S son into the mix needs to come clean. It is better to make amends now than to have it come out later as it will. These things have a way of being found out.
What you did was a mistake of the worst order. Hiding from it will be an even worse mistake. SBD is like me. He will not rest until he finds out who would do such a thing.
I will say this. If you are a supporter of mine, I do not want your support. I do not want anyone in my corner capable of doing such a cuel thing.
The debate has lost focus and have drawn the innocent children of the adults into this and this is wrong.
I hope we have all learned an important lesson here. Let us regain some perspective as to what drew us together in the first place.

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE SHORT BUS DUDE
Sir:
I am writing this to give my appreciation for the statement you made in your Mullet Man Update Video. We both have found common ground as two fathers who have had the bitter experience of outliving their sons. It is a feeling that nobody wants others to experience and hates to experience themselves.
Even though we are foes on the blog battleground we are friends when it comes to respect for the love of our families and the suffering we feel at the loss of our sons.
My heartfelt prayers go out to you and your family. Someday, perhaps, I will be in Clearwater, and we can pray over your son together.

TRUCE
I am declaring a unilateral truce here. If others do not that is their choice. I have been away from the computer, for the most part, for the last few days and will not be back home until tomorrow morning.
This time away and the reason for my absence has given me a lot of time to think and reflect. I began to see this debate going down a dark road and this has made me not only unhappy but quite angry.
There has been a gradual drawing into this debate, the sons and daughters of those who are part of this disagreement and I feel this is quite wrong. There is no reason why the children should be made to suffer for the actions of the adults around them.
This business with SBD was the last straw. I do not know who it was that brought his son into this or why. I have been given documentation as to who is suspected but I have decided not to go into the who or why.
I will say it is an incredibly selfish and mean spirited thing to do. I do not care how angry I am at SBD, the why his son's memory was treated was uncalled for. This has to stop and stop now.
I have decided that some things I had meant to comment about in regards to SBD, I am going to shelve. My quest for the truth is not worth what has happened over this weekend.
This trip has enlightened me as to the true direction I need to be going in and SBD is not part of that.
If he feels like going after me, that is up to him. My concession is the payment of the debt he is owed for being made to suffer the most painful loss a father can suffer, the loss of his son. I know that pain all too well and do not wish to add to it.
Everyone on all sides need to pause and rethink their comments from here on. Let us keep the children and innocent bystanders out of this.
My prayers go out to SBD, his wife and his family. I also add my regrets for my contribution to this episode.

There has been a gradual drawing into this debate, the sons and daughters of those who are part of this disagreement and I feel this is quite wrong. There is no reason why the children should be made to suffer for the actions of the adults around them.
This business with SBD was the last straw. I do not know who it was that brought his son into this or why. I have been given documentation as to who is suspected but I have decided not to go into the who or why.
I will say it is an incredibly selfish and mean spirited thing to do. I do not care how angry I am at SBD, the why his son's memory was treated was uncalled for. This has to stop and stop now.
I have decided that some things I had meant to comment about in regards to SBD, I am going to shelve. My quest for the truth is not worth what has happened over this weekend.
This trip has enlightened me as to the true direction I need to be going in and SBD is not part of that.
If he feels like going after me, that is up to him. My concession is the payment of the debt he is owed for being made to suffer the most painful loss a father can suffer, the loss of his son. I know that pain all too well and do not wish to add to it.
Everyone on all sides need to pause and rethink their comments from here on. Let us keep the children and innocent bystanders out of this.
My prayers go out to SBD, his wife and his family. I also add my regrets for my contribution to this episode.

Well, folks, you have been sandbagged. It took me a while since this is a weekend and I am out of town, but I was finally able to figure this one out.
I am going to interject something here. I did find out that SBD'S loss was genuine. For that I do send both my apologies and condolences to him and his family. I had made the assumption I did because I could not understand the path SBD was taking if he truly understood the loss of MY son and MY wife by the comments and actions he has undertook for the last 16 months.
With that said, we move on.
IF people were genuinely out for the truth, they would have seen through the little episode that occurred starting this last Thursday.
This episode was little more than a smokescreen, a diversion, by someone in a state of panic. They are hiding something that they are afraid is going to come out.
To try and cover their tracks they came up with an ideal ploy, one that has worked in the past.
Pretending to be one of my supporters and making that post was an all time low and shows the the extent a certain group will go to shut me up.
Well, their little victory is, at best, temporary, short lived.
What this little group did not count on is that someone would snitch and send out some rather interesting information that would show who was behind this little stunt.
Wouldn't you know it was the same person who did this same thing once before? It goes to show just how low someone will go to hide the truth.
The thing that annoys me about all of this is how easily people fell for this. I am now certain that nobody wants the truth. People have made up their minds and no amount of proof is going to change them.
Well, fine. At least I will know the truth. Once I am done out here and publish my findings, the truth will be out there. Nobody will care, I see that now, but at least it will be on the record.

I find the latest drama about SBD and the rants by his brother in law Ringleader1 rather telling. I will repeat that I express my condolences to SBD, for the loss of his son in a most unexpected and tragic way.
I have never mentioned anyone from his family that was NOT part of the drama that has been going on for the last two years. Whoever did that wanted the drama and that is what they got, I hope they are happy as they seem not to give a damn about anybody's family and that includes mine.
I have hours of recordings where someone seems to think that the death of my wife and son is a big joke. This someone goes by the username of Renzoloves Cake. He is the person on the other side of the PM conversation. He is the person who, for some reason, Princess and others seem to want to know NOTHING about and did not bother to tell Det. Casey about. Not to worry, I did that for them.
Add to that the posts by the others regarding MY son and MY family. Add to that the posts about OTHERS children (remember the meta tag threats?)
If you are going to levy your rage about YOUR family, Ringleader1 what about MY family. You seem to be silent in that area. Why is that?

A DOUBLE STANDARD
Let me start right off the bat expressing my sympathy to SBD and his family IF IN FACT he has suffered the loss of his son.
I know the feeling of a father outliving his son. This is why I started following the missing child cases to begin with. In fact, Trenton Duckett went missing on the exact date, several years after I buried my only living child, my son John.
As I said in an article I wrote "It all started with Balloons" I was at Gilbert Park, In Mt. Dora, Fl. Around the time Trenton was reported missing.I live what is less than a half hours drive from where he disappeared. My only goal in doing the broadcasts and following these cases is to see that no parent should ever outlive their child.
I have outlived my ONLY child, and my son. This is as much a deeper hurt as any parent who looses a child of the same gender as their. A mother daughter and father son relationship has it's own unique intimacy and that makes the pain of the loss of a same gender child is much stronger as a result.
I do find the instant reaction to HIS loss to be a bit of a suprise and, quite frankly, offensive. SBD himself has made a joke out of the death of my son as well as that of my wife. So have all the others on the side of Princess.
I have seen screen shots of where they have posted about all my financial records (most inaccurate by the way) and other highly personal matters. They have even gone so far as to look up the obituaries of my, son, my wife, my mother and my father and have commented extensively about them.
NONE of this has been done by ANYONE who supports me that I am aware of. Everyone knows I would not stand for such a thing.
In closing I do hope, for the sake of SBD that this is not some kind of hoax. For if it is, he has not only offended the loss of my son, but offended anyone else out there who has outlived their child.

QB OR NOT QB.................
THERE HAS BEEN SPECULATION ABOUT WHO OR WHO IS NOT THE MYSTERIOUS QB.
If anything, this rather interesting episode of "pin the tail on the donkey has livened things up in the blog world for the short while QB appeared on the scene.
Let me state right now that as of this moment, I do not have a clue who QB is. If rumors I hear are true "the great reveal" is due shortly by one or more of the "short on brains" crowd out there that seems most concerned about the identity of QB.
So if you are looking for the "grand announcement of the true identity of the mysterious QB" you might want to venture over to the brain dead world to see what great information they think they have.
The result of the appearance of QB on the scene is that my e-mail count has soared. It seems that there are a number of people out there that object to being named QB and are asking if I had anything to do with putting their name out there.
I have had to answer "nope, not me." Some of the names of those e-mailing are quite interesting. These are people that I had NEVER expected EVER to contact me for ANY reason. I do have that STALKER reputation, you know. But...contact me they did. Princess has done me an unexpected favor. By casting such a wide net in order to try and capture the mysterious QB she has infuriated those who, up until now, have agreed with her assessment of me.
There are others who are infuriated at Princess for naming GOOD FRIENDS of theirs who are a part of her domain as well as them.
Princess's paranoia is causing her little empire to implode. The guess, which I expect to be dead WRONG based on early information is going to cause an unexpected disaster for Princess.
It seems those writers of the e-mails, and pm's have a good idea of three or four "suspects" that Princess intends to name and ALL of them are friends with each of these suspects.
They have indicated that if Princess names any of THEM as well as any of a number of others they think MIGHT be QB, then, in their words "Princess will be the sorriest woman on the planet."
The e-mails were not confined to Princess, by the way. It seems that the antics of SBD has raised some ire among those over at BlogTV and a few other sites.
From THOSE e-mails and those pertaining to Princes, I have picked up an interconnect between the four of us, yes, I said FOUR.
Me, Princess, SBD and MONOXIDEMMAC.
Each one of us had sites that dealt with a unique theme was the missing children cases, SBD with his comedic skits Princess with her true crime blog and Monoxide with his Mixed Martial Arts forum and blog.
What we ALL did wrong was get off message and thus turn off our audiance. My error was to continue to defend myself on my broadcast which was due to my lack of experience. What I should have done then, as I am doing now, for the most part, is to deal with this situation IN PRIVATE and using ONLY THIS BLOG to comment on a SMALL part of what is going on.
SBD is someone who had a good thing going. He has a talent for coming up with humerous videos and can be entertaining. For whatever strange reason, and I will be discussing one shortly, he decided to get mean. It was a short term gain. In the long term, it hurt him and will continue to do so as more of what he has been doing comes out. He is destroying what could have been something good and that is a shame.
Princess, is the one who started all of this and continues to egg people on. Her strange and erratic behavior has ruined yet another perfectly good Blog. Yes, Beaconhell is NOT her first blog. She is repeating the same mistakes that caused the other one to implode. She did not learn her lesson from that mistake and is making even worse ones now.
Monoxide not only has ruined an interesting website about a little known sport, but has managed to get himself into a situation that may well put him in jail for at least a decade. His lack of maturity and his youth had a lot to do with that.
So there we are, the interconnect between all of us and here we are today, at the brink of a great reveal.
Will we discover the identity of the mysterious QB or is an innocent bystander about to fall victim to those who hate and have lost their direction.
All indications is that it will be the latter. It seems that Princess and co have made some common assumptions that may be in error.
I know I made one assumption and am now paying the price.
First: Princess thinks that there is at least one person she can trust (other than herself). I found out the hard way that you cannot trust ANYONE on the internet. I had someone I trusted AS A TRUE AND CLOSE FRIEND. ONE WHO I THOUGHT WAS A PERSON OF HONESTY AND THEIR WORDThat trust even extended to having my PERSONAL log in information for Paltalk as well as the room password.
It is a mistake I will never make again and one that Princess is making that she will pay dearly for. Not even a "loyalty oath" will insure that she has those she still THINKS she trust are true to that "oath."
Her overconfidence and big ego will lead to her self destruction.
Next: Do not assume gender. There was a demonstration of a voice changer in my room a short time back. Someone who claimed to be QB came into my room and played around with it. Weeel, do not be too sure about that. First of all, that may have been someone PRETENDING to be QB.
Also, there are far more sophisticated voice changer software offerings out there. If you want to believe that the person in my room was THE REAL QB, then be my guest. You might be right, you also may not.
NEXT: Do not assume that QB is ONE person. QB may be one person or a dozen. Remember the username KFCFAN? Something I learned about this username. It is a GROUP, not a single individual. It is a honorarium, actually. KFC was a noted hacker in the "world of the chans" and hackers will use the name adding the fan moniker, hence KFCFAN.
Could be the same here, hmmmm?
Next: Do NOT assume it is someone banned from Princess:
Rumor has it that one or more suspects are within her inner circle. There are a number of reasons including Princess of befriending a certain number of people who are STILL disliked intensely within the bh camp and a lot of people are not happy with the direction Princess is going. Remember that "off messsage" thing?

If anything, this rather interesting episode of "pin the tail on the donkey has livened things up in the blog world for the short while QB appeared on the scene.
Let me state right now that as of this moment, I do not have a clue who QB is. If rumors I hear are true "the great reveal" is due shortly by one or more of the "short on brains" crowd out there that seems most concerned about the identity of QB.
So if you are looking for the "grand announcement of the true identity of the mysterious QB" you might want to venture over to the brain dead world to see what great information they think they have.
The result of the appearance of QB on the scene is that my e-mail count has soared. It seems that there are a number of people out there that object to being named QB and are asking if I had anything to do with putting their name out there.
I have had to answer "nope, not me." Some of the names of those e-mailing are quite interesting. These are people that I had NEVER expected EVER to contact me for ANY reason. I do have that STALKER reputation, you know. But...contact me they did. Princess has done me an unexpected favor. By casting such a wide net in order to try and capture the mysterious QB she has infuriated those who, up until now, have agreed with her assessment of me.
There are others who are infuriated at Princess for naming GOOD FRIENDS of theirs who are a part of her domain as well as them.
Princess's paranoia is causing her little empire to implode. The guess, which I expect to be dead WRONG based on early information is going to cause an unexpected disaster for Princess.
It seems those writers of the e-mails, and pm's have a good idea of three or four "suspects" that Princess intends to name and ALL of them are friends with each of these suspects.
They have indicated that if Princess names any of THEM as well as any of a number of others they think MIGHT be QB, then, in their words "Princess will be the sorriest woman on the planet."
The e-mails were not confined to Princess, by the way. It seems that the antics of SBD has raised some ire among those over at BlogTV and a few other sites.
From THOSE e-mails and those pertaining to Princes, I have picked up an interconnect between the four of us, yes, I said FOUR.
Me, Princess, SBD and MONOXIDEMMAC.
Each one of us had sites that dealt with a unique theme was the missing children cases, SBD with his comedic skits Princess with her true crime blog and Monoxide with his Mixed Martial Arts forum and blog.
What we ALL did wrong was get off message and thus turn off our audiance. My error was to continue to defend myself on my broadcast which was due to my lack of experience. What I should have done then, as I am doing now, for the most part, is to deal with this situation IN PRIVATE and using ONLY THIS BLOG to comment on a SMALL part of what is going on.
SBD is someone who had a good thing going. He has a talent for coming up with humerous videos and can be entertaining. For whatever strange reason, and I will be discussing one shortly, he decided to get mean. It was a short term gain. In the long term, it hurt him and will continue to do so as more of what he has been doing comes out. He is destroying what could have been something good and that is a shame.
Princess, is the one who started all of this and continues to egg people on. Her strange and erratic behavior has ruined yet another perfectly good Blog. Yes, Beaconhell is NOT her first blog. She is repeating the same mistakes that caused the other one to implode. She did not learn her lesson from that mistake and is making even worse ones now.
Monoxide not only has ruined an interesting website about a little known sport, but has managed to get himself into a situation that may well put him in jail for at least a decade. His lack of maturity and his youth had a lot to do with that.
So there we are, the interconnect between all of us and here we are today, at the brink of a great reveal.
Will we discover the identity of the mysterious QB or is an innocent bystander about to fall victim to those who hate and have lost their direction.
All indications is that it will be the latter. It seems that Princess and co have made some common assumptions that may be in error.
I know I made one assumption and am now paying the price.
First: Princess thinks that there is at least one person she can trust (other than herself). I found out the hard way that you cannot trust ANYONE on the internet. I had someone I trusted AS A TRUE AND CLOSE FRIEND. ONE WHO I THOUGHT WAS A PERSON OF HONESTY AND THEIR WORDThat trust even extended to having my PERSONAL log in information for Paltalk as well as the room password.
It is a mistake I will never make again and one that Princess is making that she will pay dearly for. Not even a "loyalty oath" will insure that she has those she still THINKS she trust are true to that "oath."
Her overconfidence and big ego will lead to her self destruction.
Next: Do not assume gender. There was a demonstration of a voice changer in my room a short time back. Someone who claimed to be QB came into my room and played around with it. Weeel, do not be too sure about that. First of all, that may have been someone PRETENDING to be QB.
Also, there are far more sophisticated voice changer software offerings out there. If you want to believe that the person in my room was THE REAL QB, then be my guest. You might be right, you also may not.
NEXT: Do not assume that QB is ONE person. QB may be one person or a dozen. Remember the username KFCFAN? Something I learned about this username. It is a GROUP, not a single individual. It is a honorarium, actually. KFC was a noted hacker in the "world of the chans" and hackers will use the name adding the fan moniker, hence KFCFAN.
Could be the same here, hmmmm?
Next: Do NOT assume it is someone banned from Princess:
Rumor has it that one or more suspects are within her inner circle. There are a number of reasons including Princess of befriending a certain number of people who are STILL disliked intensely within the bh camp and a lot of people are not happy with the direction Princess is going. Remember that "off messsage" thing?

I have placed this article here at the request of the owner of the blog cited in the link.
I do agree with the article to a point. But, as you will see in the comment I made to the Owner's article, there is an area that I disagree.
To some extent feeding into their comments does give them the attention they need and increases their efforts, or at least that is the way it used to be.
There is also another piece of advice that was always given to me when dealing with bullies "stand up to the bullies, do not run away from them."
In the end, bullies are cowards. They thrive on fear and intimidation and will back down quickly when confronted.
As more people, former bullies among them, start to speak out, the bullies are running. They are cowering in their secret places wondering what to do. They are being found out, the truth is coming out, their bad deeds are being exposed.
It is now their reputations that are being tarnished, not by bullying, but by the truth,
Silence is appeasment and will not only not stop bullying but increase it.
It is through protest that the bullying , will someday.....stop.

The Adam Walsh Act

As most of you know, this is Adam Walsh, the son of John Walsh of America's Most Wanted. In memory of him, legislation was passed creating the National Sex Offender Registry. President Bush signed the legislation:

Now to get to the reason for this article. It seems that after President Bush signed this bill into law, there have been problems getting the provisions of the law carried out. I came across this post on another blog:
I ask all of you that read this blog to write to the Pres. asking him to PLEASE make sure that they do not forget about the ADAM WALSH ACT and that you want the mandatory DNA sampling. It is time that we do something good instead of tearing people apart. This act could save a lot of children's lives. The blogger community is huge and world wide. FROM FBS, AN APOLOGY, PUBLISHED WITH PERMISSION

Over the past several days I have been receiving quite a lot of emails and notifications of what is happening with this new blog... namely The Bitch Pill and some tweets that are being transmitted. I did place a public notice on my blog but I also wanted to write you personally. I am in awe and shock of what has been going on. You may wish to publish this on your blog or not. I will leave it to your own discretion...
I have been out of commission for awhile now due to... I injured my back late January. It is looking like I will need back surgery which I am dreading. But that is besides the point and of course not the reason as to why I am writing.
I am being called out per say... and being thrown under this 'proverbial crashing train' of lies and accusations. Princess had wrote me when this all happened about the call to the police station that Lisa made. Princess pretty much accused me of sending a recording over to whomever... which is untrue. I will not deny that I was present for the call. I was. And yes... I partook in recording the open call that was asked to be recorded. Many people in the room recorded the call. And believe me... there were a few people in there that should not have been. Even Princess knows who I am speaking about... but I am not going to mention their paltalk name. Regardless... I am guilty of participating in the groups actions. This was all over a Rip Off Report that was made on you and you published the name of the Officer and phone number to call on your blog. Many questioned if you made such a report and that was the main reason for the call to the police department. The group was outraged that anyone could have make such a report about you on Rip Off. They stood up for you on that part saying Murt is many things but they did not believe you would have done such an act. Neither do I.
Yesterday I listened to the video/audio calls that are called "MommiesGate" and to all the calls made. I was not present for all of these calls. I was not present for certainty on the call to Officer Dozier. I believe there were 2 other calls made... besides Officer Dozier. To the best of my recollection I was present for one call... and that was not the one where Lisa's children were in the background. I would have remembered such.
Murt I am not condoning my actions for recording a call. In hindsight I look back and realize it was very wrong to do. And now being away from all this drama I am seeing that the actions of many... including myself were and are uncalled for. I do appreciate your heads up on the complaint filed with my hosting company. Even though blogging nowadays is not something I have time for or a desire. I see how much damage it has done. I do apologize to you for my part in the blogging wars. This is no way for an adult to act nor conduct themselves. In addition... I did not have all the facts I do today. Many have given me new information about why this all started with you and Princess. I did not know this prior. I was told about PM's that you allegedly participated in... but have not seen the original RTF file. After speaking to a person in length... who prefers to remain anonymous due to the back lash they will receive if their name is brought out... I can see that you have taken quite a beating. There are some things I do not agree with still on what you did... but I do not have all those facts either. But to be harassed and bullied to the point you have been... is uncalled for. And I am very sorry I was apart of such at one point. I should have done my homework and waited to hear both sides.
Since I have laid low... many think wrong things and accusations are flying. But when I read on twitter someone calling my daughter... even though they have the age wrong... a whore that was enough. Amongst other things... I also saw what they are doing to Kari and her daughters. This is way out of hand and this needs to stop. What I read on Short Bus Dude's chat yesterday threw me under the bus! To talk about little Caylee like that and Trenton Duckett? People have no hearts nor souls.
I wanted to personally say that I am sorry for my part in this. And I pray this will soon end and people start acting like human beings.

In July 2006, then-President George W. Bush signed into law the Adam Walsh Child Safety and Protection Act (H.R. 4472), which had among its sponsors Vice President Joe Biden, who was then the senator from Delaware.
The bill is named after Walsh's son, who was abducted and murdered at the age of 6, more than a quarter-century ago. That event propelled Walsh, a Florida land developer, into the public eye and eventually led to him being named as host of "America's Most Wanted."
According to Walsh, Congress has yet to fund the bill, intended to create a national sex-offender registry and pursue serious sex offenders who are not complying with legal requirements. The act does have its critics, who have concerns about its implementation and constitutionality.
