Michelle twisting in the wind..again

The latest odd comment by Michelle over in the faux facebook page has to do with "out of staters" stalking.

She now seems to think it is ok for someone WITHIN a state to go and photograph someone's home but NOT for someone to come from OUT OF STATE to do the same with her.

Hmm, that means to me that if a resident of the state of Washington were to go to Gig Harbor and photograph her house from public property, that would be fine with her.

TO HELL WITH TRENTON DUCKETT

This seems to be the message coming out of the faux Facebook page. NOT ONE comment addressed the fact that SOMEONE used Trenton Duckett's name as a joke in a pornographic laced comment TO ME in an anon post.

I did not post the comment due to it's graphic nature. It seems there is someone in MICHELLE'S camp, perhaps MICHELLE herself that wants to shit stir by saying such things about Trenton.

It would be a sure bet that the person who made the comment is probably the same person who FORGED the PM'S that were eventually turned over to the State Attorney. Perhaps it is the SAME woman who STALKED me by photographing my property and that of my neighbors.

Judging by the LACK of commentary over there, we now know the TRUE motives of those "women" and it is certainly NOT for the good of Trenton, Caylee or Haleigh.

I got the following comment from an anon:

There is just a slight problem. The photo of the woman near the motorcycle MAY NOT be the same woman in the car.


Not that body size is that important (the anon does not understand sarcasm, apparently) it is clear that the photos of the woman in the car and with the "man" do not match the photo of the biker lady. 


Also, the photo of the biker lady is quite poor. This means that either the person who took the shot is a crappy photographer or someone "borrowed" the photo from elsewhere.


Also, the woman wears large sunglasses so as to hide her face. Anyone seeing Lisa would notice that there are general similarities between her and the woman in the car shot. 


Boogerocity should post better quality photos, but somehow I doubt that will be forthcoming. Her guilt keeps her in hiding.

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF POINTS TO BE MADE HERE. FIRST. THE ALTERED VERSION OF THIS SCENE SHOWS THE DEGREE OF MOCKERY THE HATERS WILL GO TO IN ORDER TO HUMILIATE ANYONE WHO DARES FIGHT AGAINST THEM. SECOND, THE STALKER BRAGS ABOUT LIVING IN A GATED COMMUNITY. THIS EXPLAINS HER IGNORANCE OF RURAL LIVING AND NOT UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF AN EASMENT. THE TALL WEEDS IN THE FOREGROUND ARE ON COUNTY LAND. IT IS THE COUNTY THAT CARES FOR THE EASEMENT. THEY USE A HUGE TRACTOR WITH A BRUSH HOG TO GET DOWN INTO THE CULVERT WHICH IS WHERE THE TALL GRASS IS. IF THE STALKER WANTS THE GRASS CUT, SHE SHOULD CALL THE LAKE COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT.

NOW THIS IS INTERESTING FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS. FIRST, THIS SHOWS THAT THE STALKER HAS THE KNOW HOW TO ALTER IMAGES AND TEXT. THIS IS THE SAME ABILITIES THAT WOULD BE NEEDED TO ALTER THE PM'S THAT WERE GIVEN TO THE FL STATE ATTY. SINCE THE STALKER WOULD GO THOUGH SUCH EXTREMES TO GO TO MY HOUSE AND TAKE ALL OF THESE PICTURES, IT IS NOT HARD TO IMAGINE HER SETTING UP THE FAKE PM SESSION AND THEN PASSING ON THE FALSE EVIDENCE TO THE PROSECUTION IN ORDER TO ENSURE CASEY'S ACQUITTAL WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE GOAL OF THIS GROUP. NEXT, WE HAVE THE COMMENTS THAT APPEAR ABOUT THE TRASH CANS. THIS MUST BE A FAIRLY WEALTHY WOMAN WHO DOES NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PUTTING OUT HER TRASH. THE ILLEGALS PROBABLY DO IT FOR HER. WE ALSO DO NOT HAVE ONE OF THOSE FANCY TRASH TRUCKS THAT PICK UP THE CANS, DUMP THE GARBAGE AND THEN PUTS THE CAN BACK DOWN UPRIGHT. WHAT WE HAVE OUT HERE ARE THE OLD FASHIONED MANUAL TRASH TRUCKS WHERE MEN LOAD THE TRASH INTO THE REAR OF THE TRUCK AND THEN, RATHER THAN PLACE THE CANS NEATLY BACK ON THE GRASS, THEY THROW THEM ON THE GROUND. IT IS THIS KIND OF MISREPRESENTATION THAT SHOWS THAT MICHELLE'S CULT CANNOT BE BELIEVED IN THE CHARGES THAT THEY MAKE AGAINST ME. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THEIR SMALL SHELTERED LIVES. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY DO NOT GET OUT IN THE REAL WORLD ONCE IN A WHILE. AT THE LEAST, BOOGEROCITY HAS EFFECTIVELY ENDED THE STALKER CHARGES SINCE I HAVE DONE NOTHING DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I HAVE DEMONSTRATED HERE.

Those of you who have copies of the Paltalk widget recording of Mommies talking in that room, will be able to get detailed instructions on how to use various online resources to obtain the photos and information that my interest you.

According to Princess, Michelle McKee and the other members of the fake Facebook room, this is NOT considered stalking and is perfectly legal.

Well, Fibber Michelle McKee went and did it. I lost the pool as it took much longer than expected. I am no longer allowed to comment at HER FAKE Facebook page about ME! This is her style. When proven WRONG and backed into a corner, she protects her tweets or blocks dissenting opinions.

THE NAME HOAX

Michelle thinks the people who read her faux facebook page are a bunch of idiots. Judging by their comments, she might be right. Case in point is this hoax (lie )that she and others are griping about regarding the exposing of their "real" names.

First we take Michelle, since she started this nonsense. She claims that somehow, Pat Brown, then me then half the internet found out her REAL name and spread it all over the internet. Well, there is a slight problem. If you visit her Twitter page, her real name and city where she is supposed to be living in is there for all the world to see. 

She seems to want to blame ME for leaking this CIA worthy information but forgets that her so called real and quite common  name was well known before I even heard of her.

Now in her tirade she brings up Princess crybaby and her lie about me calling someone she calls "Aunt Crazy" and asking all sorts of personal questions about her. Sorry, WRONG.

The source of my information (drumroll) is none other than someone from HER blog. You see, someone sent me an article from a link to a Texas newspaper about a case regarding an unidentified murder victim by the name of Princess Blue (note the Princess part) and lo and behold WHO do we see mentioned but Ms. Goddard herself, in print IN A WIDELY READ NEWSPAPER! Not only her name but WHERE SHE LIVES!

Now if Alex or anyone else wants to gripe about HER name being out there, they might want to talk to that newspaper. 

It is also interesting how her name got in the newspaper in the first place, so stay tuned for that gem.
 
Next we come to the piece of work who calls herself (I have been assured it is a she) ZAN/ZAN LAUGHSATYOU AMONG OTHER USERNAMES who gripes that "someone" tied her Beaconhell username to her Facebook account.


If I were Zan/Zanlaughsatyou etc. I would be less concerned about WHO exposed your name and more as to HOW they found out. The only way someone could have found out that tid bit is from ZAN TELLING SOMEONE THAT INFORMATION HERSELF.


 I wonder who that could have been? If I were Zan, I would look at herself in the mirror, first.

Now Michelle must also think her fellow Tardasses are idiots (and she is right on that one) since she FAILS to point out that privacy on the internet HAS BEEN A THING OF THE PAST for more than 2 decades. For a few bucks anyone can find out anything about anybody simply by employing one of those "net detective" services. As of late there SCORES OF NOW FREE SERVICES TO DO THE WORK FOR THEM.

There is no need to call "Aunt Crazy" in Illinois or to spend hours as a mole on a private blog.

Michelle McKee, editor of In Cold Blog, may have provided evidence that SHE is the person behind the HOAX pm's that were recently turned over to the defense attorney in the Casey Anthony case.


One sampling of the hoax pm's were images that had an imbed code for Painshop Pro within the image, according to someone familar with that program.


As it turns out the altered photos that are on the impersonator Facebook page have the exact same code. The alteration styles of the photos are the exact same as on other blogs. In other words the MO matches.


This would indicate that Michelle McKee had a major role in the creation of these PM'S, had a role in SETTING UP the PM sessions, KNOWS WHO THE OTHER PERSON IS in the PM sessions and also knows the content of the pm's that were LEFT OUT.


I wonder if the defense attys know THE TRUE NATURE OF THOSE PMS AND HOW THEY CAME TO BE CREATED?


I can gurentee that Michelle did NOT tell the defense atty THE WHOLE story.


That is called TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE and is also obstruction of justice since she is providing false evidence in an ongoing case.

It seems that Ms. McKee has found a group of lemmings that do not have a clue as to how things work in the real world.

First, let us tackle the stalking fiction. Ms. McKee is ranting and raving about everyone wanting to know where she lives and who her followers on twitter are.

Besides the obvious question of  WHO CARES? one also has to ask why go through the convoluted and complicated processes she claims all of her enemies (and there are many) have gone through to get her "personal information."

First, she claims that Pat Brown got all of her personal information and in turn gave it to me.

Then she claims that I gave Pat Brown her personal information.

Then she claims that Anne R got her "dead relatives" information off Nexis Lexis." which, by far, has to be the silliest claim of this loon.

Ms. McKee clearly demonstrates that she was crappy at whatever job she held at NICB based on her rants.

To start off, let us look at just what LexisNexis is.

They are two DIFFERENT database services owned by the same company.

Lexis: This is the legal division. As noted on their webpage YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A LAW FIRM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SERVICE.

The only criteria you need is a fat wallet to pay for the service. It is not FREE

Lexis concentrates on the database and software services dealing with LEGAL matters and information.


Nexis is more of a general information database. In the old days this used to be a database of published articles found in various media sources.

There is nothing super secret or confidential in any of these databases. The information is readily available through free or much less expensive sources if you know the questions to ask and where to look.


The rant over someone using a "legal firms" access is silly at best. Nothing prosecutable occured (if it did at all, not likely) other than unauthorized access through the use of  log in information carelessly left behind by someone.


If everyone was prosecuted for "borrowing" their employers internet access, the prisons would be overstuffed and there would be nobody around to read the blogs.


Next we deal with the twitter fiasco. Why the hell would I be interested in reading that nitwits twitter rants or wanting her followers?

Most of her rants deal with Pat Brown or some other victim or, in most cases, her day to day activities regarding In Cold Blog. 

Any information on that twitter account is useless. The same goes for her followers. No reason to follow them. Just another illogical rant by the Fibber Queen.

Last but not least comes this bs about her residence in Gig Harbor.

This one is short and sweet. Why go through all the complicated bother of going through Twitter searches of cross streets and so on when all one has to do is "let their fingers do the walking."

The lemmings that follow her certainly are dumb.

"POOR CASEY"

Between the antics of the Bloggers for Casey and the misguided move to have Casey declared indigent, the case is all but lost.

The last point first. By declaring her self poor and asking for the state to pick up the tab, the "dream team" defense tactic went out the window. 

Before being granted indigent status, Casey had an unlimited budget with which to hire all sorts of expert witnesses and investigators to explore all sorts of ways to get out of the mess she got herself into. 

Now with Florida picking up the tab, all of that comes to a screeching halt. The judge has made it clear that he is going to reign in the cash flow and the attys are going to have to live with a tight budget. This brings us to the first point.

The Bloggers for Casey seem to think they have a strong argument over the audio clip of me talking about the car way back when. They claimed to have turned this over to the Defense along with some rather bad information. 

The Bloggers for Casey must NOT have listened to the recording or paid attention to an article written in Beaconhell.com on this subject.

No matter. If Baez is foolish enough to chase down this lead and burn up the limited funds at his disposal, he will wind up handing Casey's head to the prosecution on a silver platter.

I am not going to go into specifics, but I can assure you that because of the inept "arm chair detective work" done by the Bloggers for Casey, the prosecution will have almost a sure win when the case goes to trial. 

Baez needs to save his limited resources to chase down more substantive issues dealing with the case. If he gets into the habit of chasing down dud leads, the case is all but lost.

A REPLY TO AN ANON

I decided to blog a response to this anon since it is an example of how people get things wrong when reading:

Caylee went missing in June 2008. I don't find it a "lie" to equate the time Princess has spent investigating you to 2 years - 2008 to 2010 - it's figurative or an estimate.


You missed the point on two counts:
First, the "lie" had to do with the statement Princess made when she closed down Beaconhell.com. By her own admission in the current blog, it had nothing to do with "threats" but, rather, a situation having to do with the host of the domain.

Second: Yes, Caylee went MISSING around June 17th, but IT WAS NOT PUBLICLY KNOWN UNTIL NEAR THE END OF JULY WHEN THE 911 CALLS WENT PUBLIC. 
   
The public did not come WIDELY aware of the case for a short while and the case did not get widespread following on the blogs and forums for about a week.

Murt, you are SO playing right into peoples' hands. If you would just IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE the "other blogs", they would probably get bored and move along.

You are quite wrong. The facebook faux page is a case in point. McFraud had been planning that page for quite some time. It took a while to set up and make the arrangements necessary to promote it. It was created during a time when my mention of her and the other blogs was nil.

ALSO, she, by her own admission, created that page DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF OTHERS AND NOT ME.

She claimed someone attacked her grandchildren on a chat. This has turned out to be another lie on her part according to a large number of comments sent to me. 
 

Blog about other things other than your alleged persecution.

I would not agree with that choice of wording. Defamation, misrepresentation is more accurate. Also, McFraud and the others seem not to care about the criminal actions that have been directed towards me by those I call "the hackers" as well as by her "skirts."

I know ignoring is hard to do, but it sure beats a blog filled with constant whining/complaining about these "other people." We ALL get it - you feel you are a victim. End of story. Ignore them and move on. There are hardly ever any comments on your blog - get a clue - people are bored with this. (no offense intended - just offering an opinion of the situation.)


Anon, again I feel it necessary to remind you and others that the purpose of THIS blog is not to gather large numbers of readers nor generate a lot of comments. It's purpose is something else entirely. What I do not understand is why, if you and other people find this blog to be such a problem, why do you continue to read it? 

This blog is not about "the case" nor any other "mainstream topic" and I thought I made that quite clear a long time ago. Thus this is a reminder of that fact.

I intend to restart my other blog at my main website soon. I have a lot of time restraints that have kept me from doing so right now.

I would suggest that if you find this blog not to your liking, that you hit the red x in the upper right hand corner and move on. No offense intended, it is just that there are many other good blogs out there for you to to take the time with rather than wasting your time here.

I do not think she has bothered to explain to her fellow skirts just exactly what this Not for Profit outfit is or what it is that they do.

The second she mentioned this org. I knew exactly what it was and what it is that they do. I have had information sent to me by this org for years.

You see, theNCIB.ORG is a Not For Profit org set up for the investigation, prevention and prosecution OF AUTOMOBILE RELATED  INSURANCE FRAUDS AND CRIMES.

While there are other departments within the NICB that deals with other insurance related issues, AUTOMOBILE related issues remain their main focus.

From what I have been able to gather from talking to local insurance agents and others in the field of accident investigation, what Michelle REALLY did was akin to a data entry clerk or, at best, an insurance adjuster. She way over inflated her resume beyond what even I thought she was capable of. 

She, in other words, was nothing more than a minion, or low level clerk for a large non-profit trade org.

HMM, OVER TWO YEARS, EH? LET'S SEE, THE CASE OF CAYLEE'S DISAPPEARANCE DID NOT OCCUR UNTIL AROUND JULY 25TH WHEN THE FIRST 911 CALL BY CINDY ANTHONY WAS MADE. 

THE SECOND AND THIRD CALLS AFTERWORD. I DID NOT START TO FOLLOW THE CASE UNTIL AT LEAST THE SECOND WEEK IN SEPT, OR AROUND THE TIME OF LEE ANTHONY'S FIRST PRESSER AT THE HOUSE.

IF WE WERE TO TAKE HER WORDS LITERALLY, THAT WOULD PLACE HER STALKING WELL BEFORE CAYLEE EVEN VANISHED, SAY MARCH OR APRIL OF 2008?

AT THAT TIME I WAS HARDLY ACTIVE ON ANY FORUM  AND I CERTAINLY DID NOT HAVE ANY BLOGS OR FORUMS OF MY OWN THAT DEALT WITH ANY CRIME TOPIC LET ALONE MISSING AND MURDERED CHILDREN. 

IT NOW SEEMS THAT PRINCESS/PRINNIE STALKER HAS BEEN ON MY CASE FOR LONGER THAN SHE FIRST CLAIMED. I SEEM TO REMEMBER WHEN THE DEBATE ABOUT HER STALKING ME FIRST CAME UP, SHE CLAIMED NOT TO HAVE EVEN HEARD OF ME UNTIL AFTER I STARTED STREAMING WHILE MAKING THE "ROAD TRIPS."
