I have always heard that women are spiteful creatures but this one takes the cake. Before Melinda Marie Eubank committed suicide she filed a domestic no contact order. She used a fake myspace letter to convince the judge that Josh Duckett, the father of missing Trenton Duckett had threatened harm against her and Trenton.

The No Contact Order is just that. If Trenton Duckett were found, Josh Duckett, could not hug him, see him, throw a party for him or go anywhere near him. In addition the order states:
Josh Duckett cannot have ANY contact with ANYONE in the Eubank family.
Josh Duckett cannot own ANY firearm, even for hunting.
Josh Duckett cannot work in ANY law enforcement field.

And the topper? A local judge ruled when he denied a hearing to have the order expunged that MELINDA IS NOT HERE TO REFUTE THE ORDER TO EXPUNGE THE NO CONTACT ORDER!!

If there was an example of "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." This is it.

I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE FORBLOGSAKE BLOGS WERE VIEWABLE BY THE PUBLIC. ACCORDING TO THE LATEST TAG LINE BY THE OWNER OF THE BLOG, VISITING THAT BLOG IS STALKING.

SINCE THAT IS THE CASE AND SHE HAS STILL NOT INDICATED THAT HER BLOGS HAVE BEEN CLEARED OF THE STAT COUNTER PROBLEM, I WOULD ADVISE THAT NOBODY READ THE BLOGS.

THIS WAY YOU WILL NOT GET THE SAME PROBLEM THAT IS SCREWING UP HER STAT COUNTER AND YOU WILL NOT BE ACCUSED OF STALKING HER.

ANNE, YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR BLOGS PRIVATE SO THAT ONLY YOU CAN READ THEM. THEN THE ONLY ONE YOU CAN ACCUSE OF STALKING YOU IS YOURSELF.

For Blog Sake is a fraud.

The owner of a blog Anna Marie professes herself to be against Cyber-Bullying. I was sucked into this claim when I thought she had seen what had been done to me over the last two years. Then, recently, she started obsessing over my writings on this small blog. Her rants became increasingly intense and she was beginning to go down the road she so intensely stated she was against in her blog.

Then her latest article comes out and OH BROTHER did she give up her state role as an anti- cyberbully site with wanton abandon.

What seems to have started Anna Marie down this path was this curious obsession about Kari and Me and this nonsense about if Kari sent me any money through her pay pal account. I wrote the article "Fear in the Air" because my repeated requests to get clear proof of their claim to have recipts posted shown or otherwise provided. For some reason they not only refused to provide the proof, but side stepped the issue entirely.

Anna Marie, outright lied and said that Kari and I were scared and refusing to give a straight answer to this question, so I will clear it for you.

First: KARI did NOT publish the infornation in the imagebeam that shows certain transactions she made using her pay pal account.

The information was published ILLEGALLY by a local TAXI COMPANY. When the company was notified by KARI of THEIR mistake, the link was taken down. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR ANYONE TO POST THE PRIVATE CREDIT INFORMATION OF THEIR CLIENT WHERE UNAUTHORIZED VIEWING OF SAID CONTENT CAN BE ACCESSED. I suggest you read up on the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other FEDERAL requirements involving confidential information. Whoever put that information on the imagebeam site may also be liable for doing that. It is up to Kari what to do about it.

NOWHERE in that report does MY name appear. The PAYMENTS were, in fact, for the Taxi company who transports Kari's mother. This is really NONE OF MY BUSINESS SO I STOP HERE.

One thing to note here. This whole issue is really nobody's business so I do not understand why it is even being discussed. They busy bodies that keep bring this shit up have nothing else better to do. Discussing missing children is certainly out of the question.

Now here is where she really goes off the beam.

She went into my blog and took screen shots of three comments and added "her thought" process to them.
She totally misrepresented what transpired and in the process has shown her to be as much of a cyberbully now as she was back when she was part of the Tainted Evidence hoax.

First we have this screenshot:

In her "aghast moment she comments that I am in a Paltalk room and that is my icon. She is lying and she knows it. That image is not in Paltalk format. The image came off an adult website. Whoever captured the shot CONVENIENTLY LEFT OFF THE LINK SO THAT I AM UNABLE TO BACK TRACE IT.

That is obvious when the ORIGINAL of the file is shown. One can clearly see the header and the url is NOT THERE. This is a DELIBERATE FRAUD on someone's part and the owner of FBS KNOWS IT.

Now we come to the second screen shot:

By using this post she is implying that I was commenting on the link of the porn shot. Not so. She knows full well that a link was given to a screen shot of Kari's credit history. It was in an image beam storage site. Anyone who has gone to a link there (see screenshot) knows that imagebeam files are always long numbers and not text titles.

I had assumed that someone was simply sending the SAME imagebeam link AGAIN, as they had done dozens of times. I was making the point that MY NAME APPEARS NOWHERE ON THE SCREENSHOT OF THE TRANSACTIONS.

I guess she missed this post (ummm hummm)

This comment proves that I WAS TRICKED into putting up a post OF SOMEONE THAT CLEARLY WAS NOT ME!

What people seem to forget is that I DO NOT DELETE COMMENTS PUBLISHED OR NOT that are sent to me in e-mail. I have all the e-mails that show that the link was a fraud.

 When I FINALLY realized what they had done I checked the link and promptly deleted it.

IT is because of FBS and the groups DISHONESTY that I put a guard on the room so that people understand that adult content may be in this blog. Princess and her followers have this thing for porn and this link is just another example of that. FBS has now shown her fascination for porn as well.

Now we move on to the next screenshot:

 THIS DOES RAISE QUESTIONS, BUT NOT OF ME BUT OF THE BLANTANT DEMONSTRATION OF YELLOW JOURNALISM OF ANNE MARIE OF FBS.

SHE HAS SHOWN HERSELF TO BE BOTH A FRAUD AND A LIAR. SHE KNOWS FULL WELL WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WERE THE PAY PAL SCREENSHOTS AND NOT THE LINK THAT I WAS TRICKED INTO POSTING.

WHAT SHE HAS DONE IS A DISGRACE. IF ANYONE DESERVES A RIPOFF REPORT IT IS FBS FOR THIS OUT AND OUT FRAUD.

THIS ONLY REINFORCES WHAT I HAVE SAID ALL ALONG. THE PM'S WERE TAMPERED WITH AND THIS GROUP KNOWS IT. IT SEEMS TO ME,  NOW JUDGING HOW EXPERTLY THIS WAS DONE, THAT ONE OR MORE OF THE MEMBERS OF THEIR GROUP MAY, IN FACT BE THE ONES WHO DID THE TAMPERING.

THIS INCIDENT HAS ALSO SHOWN THAT THE GROUP OUT THERE WHO KEEP PROFESSING MY "LIES" ARE IN FACT THE TRUE LIARS HERE. THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE AND THIS INCIDENT CERTAINLY HAS SET ME FREE.

THE DEATH OF CHAT ROOMS

I have been getting an increasing number of comments and e-mails that have as their core a common theme:
A; I am having the same problem with my chat room.
and
B; Because of the problems you are having I will NOT be starting a chat.
and
C: I will be closing down my chat.

It seems that what is happening to me is more common than I had first thought. A chat used to be a place where people could go, shoot the breeze and then go on with their daily lives.

No more. Now everyone who starts a chat or participates in a chat has to worry about that one disgruntled individual or group who is jealous, angry or just plain mean who will strike out. The entire chat may be recorded. Things in the chat that were told in confidence will be spread all over the internet for all to see.

Lives will be destroyed and feelings will be hurt. And for what? An I gotcha? A "see I can get to you."
The reasons are many and it only takes a few. The days of enjoyment and good cheer on the chats are coming to an end.

The spoilers will win as one way of enjoyment will pass on. A means of friendship and gathering will wither on the vine.

TIME TO RETRACT A CORRECTION

I had posted a comment that Mommies may have been behind the ripoffreport that was recently put up. She then sent me a comment that said that she did not. Well, then someone sent me a rather interesting piece of information.

It seems the blog that she is part of is "group owned." It even states that in their latest article.

In legal terms that is known as "joint and several." Since it is a group owned forum and the "group." placed the article on Ripoff, MOMMIES MADE THE REPORT!
Sorry Mommies, you cannot have it both ways.
