Well, the rats are coming out of the wood work. It seems that a lot of people are getting worried about the contents of the latest two blogs to spring up regarding the antics of a certain resident of the state of Kentucky.
I have always been getting an e-mail here and there and a link occasionally from people who were aware of some questionable activities by certain individuals and groups on the internet. The volume of what I have received as well as the details contained within the messages has increased quite a bit as each new blog is published regarding this individual and his group.
Tonight, when I checked my e-mail accounts, I was astonished at the numbers of e-mails I received and the contents of them.
One e-mail contained a highly detailed list of the members of a certain Blog, with cross-refrences as to their online name, real name, phone numbers, employers or business information, martial status and so on.
Most of the information is highly personal and quite revealing. I am stunned at how much time someone spent on compiling this information. I can also guess the motive for the person doing this.
The nature of the messages and e-mails being passed to me seem to be an attempt to persuade me to "take it easy" on them as they fear that someone else may have "outed" them.
It is fortunate that the information I am getting about specific actions are coming from more than one source as it allows me the ability to cross reference each accusation and event to determine the validity and consistancy of each event.
The impression that I am left with is that a lot of people are running scared for two major reasons among others.
The first is they realize the wrongs that have been done and that they may be in serious trouble.
The second is that they feel betrayed and threatened by the leaders of their groups and are looking to me to assist them to get even or at least help them get out of their individual situations.
The rats are running from the nest.

SILENCE IN THE MIDST OF THE STORM
I find it both strange and interesting that things are strangely quiet on those blogs and chat sites that seemed to have as their mission, to get me off the internet by any means, telling lies about me, accusing me of saying things I did not say, accusing me of crimes I did not commit, posting articles advocating boycotts of my businesses and worst of all, filing false police reports.
The owners of these sites apparently felt it was legitimate for laws to be broken in order to obtain this goal.
Now that the details of the crimes that were committed against me and my businesses are coming to light on various blogs and websites by those who may have participated or at least stood by while these acts are carried out, the so called True Crime Bloggers are strangely quiet.
Why is that? Is it because some of these bloggers may have endorsed or participated themselves? Time will tell.
One thing is for certain. Posting demeaning photos of a crime victim on their site does nothing to bring to justice those who have committed these crimes. It does define the blog as "being guilty by association" since many of the subscribers of the blog have participated in assisting the criminal behavior that has come to light recently.
While I thank the authors of the blogs who are bringing this information to light, I must also ask the question, What the hell took you so long? It has been over 6 months since the worst of the crimes began to be committed and it is just now that a limited amount of this information is coming out.
What has come out so far is only a drop in the bucket. There is much more that is going on and I am waiting for those who have this information to step forward and FINALLY set the record straight.
I wait impatiently for the truth that will set me free.

BEWARE THE EQUAL OPPERTUNITY PREDATOR
The new on line predator is not the dirty old man with a rusty old van who goes into teen chat rooms in order to lure your child to a motel room or in his van. The new age predator is more likely a lonely middle aged housewife who is divorced or otherwise lonely who sees the bright young man as the son she never had or someone "who understands her" and can be used to further whatever concerns or issues she has in her adult life.
The danger with this new kind of predator is not so much one of a sexual nature, although that may soon be the result of their on line interaction, but one of exploitation. The new predator is one who uses her influence as a respected adult or mother figure to persuade the child to use his knowledge to commit crimes that would cause an adult to be jailed for most of their adult life.
The predator does not care the damage she may have done to the future of the child she has exploited. She only cares about her personal agenda, her adult issues and her adult games.
The predator is unaware that she may have taken away the moral compass that would come into play that would guide the child when he becomes an adult.
As I delve deeper into the recent internet smear campaign of which I was the target, I have seen indications that not one but several women have indeed enlisted vunerable, lonely and "misunderstood" teenage males as part of their illicit agenda.
Modern parents have come complacent using the computer and the internet as the new babysitter for the new generation of "latch key kids" in place of the passive television set of the past.
The internet has become the home of "virtual street gangs" who roam websites and chat rooms for the sole purpose of wreaking destruction for the sole purpose of the LULZ,
In my case, these street gangs are likely being paid for their services. Some of these payments or fees for service include the purchase of internet toys such as Ventrillo (something like skype) computer peripherals, auto accessories or cold hard cash.
What is there about a multimedia chatter who owns a news van that would cause someone to pour lavish amounts of money for the sole purpose of casting him off the internet? The answer to that I do not know. I do however, intend to find out. So far the direction of my investigation leads to recent events and high profile cases in Central Florida. I sincerely hope my instincts are wrong.
Considering who some of the people are that are behind these efforts, I am afraid that my instincts may, in fact, be correct. One would hope the the efforts of these predators and their teenaged recruits do not allow the guilty to go unpunished.

A STORM APPROACHES
There have been some interesting events on the internet over the month or so. It seems that some of the guilt ridden are coming out of the woodwork and starting to write in blogs as a means of a confessional.
I thank those who have seen the errors of their ways and have decided to come forth with the truth about what has been going on all of these months. I only hope that the owners of the larger websites who abandoned me at the peak of these efforts take note and help expose the crimes of the mastermind of the internet smear campaign that I was a victim of.

IT STARTED WITH BALLOONS
I have often been asked "Why did you start following missing children cases?"
In August of 2000, My son John, 25, died of complications of Juvenile diabetes. Two days later we buried him.
The next year, My wife and I went to Grantham park in Mt. Dora, Florida to watch the sunset and to release three balloons. Red, for me, Yellow for my wife, and blue for John. We would go to in front of the lighthouse and watch the sunset over the lake. When the sun touched the lake, we would release the balloons which represented our spirits together in the heavens.
This tradition continued every year around the same weekend of my son's passing.
The release of the balloons on August, 27th, 2006 would mark a turning point that would change my life forever.
We arrived at the part shortly before sunset on that hot and humid August evening. We sat silently on the ledge that went around the lighthouse and watched the sun as it slowly set.
The moment soon arrived where we would release the balloons. After the release, we watched as the gentle breeze carried the balloons off into the evening sky, westward toward nearby Eustis, and perhaps, toward Leesburg, 20 miles farther west. We lingered a bit, watching the stars come out as the sun set, remembering our long ago departed son and the life and times we had with him.
We soon arrived home after the 10 minute drive from the light house. I turned on my tv in time to hear the local breaking news casts that a 2 year old child by the name of Trenton Duckett was missing from his mother's apartment in Leesburg, Florida.
For a week, I followed the news about Trenton and wondered along with the rest of the country, what had happened to him and if he would be found, alive or not.
Soon I began to go onto chat sites on the internet and join in on the discussions about Trenton and what could have happened to him.
As time went on with no answers, I became more and more interested in the case. I noticed that the mainstream media was starting to cut back on their coverage of Trenton as more current news events devloped.
I also noticed that some internet posters were uploading pictures and other materials, mostly from already available sources in the commercial media sites. Since I lived within a short distance of Leesburg, I felt that perhaps those who lived outside of the area would be interested in a video perspective of the places significant in the case. It was out of this that my photobucket site was created.

In retrospect, if I had confined my efforts to just taking pictures of people and places of interest, I may not have the problems I am now having with the haters and professional hackers.
Hindsight is 20/20 and foresight is blind. The truth of the matter, however, is whatever missteps or mistake I made from then on was for one reason and one reason only.
It is my belief that no parent should outlive their child. To out live your ONLY child is a bitter experience that never goes away.
The remarkable coincidence of this case is forever engraved in my mind.
On August 24th, 2000, my son and only child, John died on his way to surgery to repair damage to his heart caused by a heart attack a week earlier. We buried our son on August, 26th, 2000.

This last year, I released the four balloons again, this time alone. My wife of 36 years passed away the previous January of a heart attack brought on from complications of adult Diabetes.
As I end this entry, I sit and wonder the fate of yet another child Haleigh Cummings, and the countless other missing children who do not receive national media coverage.
May god speed their return to those they love and who love them so that another loved one does not have to outlive their child.

A NEW BEGINNING.
Hello Murtards and others. I finally got around to creating a blog. I had planned on putting the blog into my website at Murtwitnessonelive.com but have decided on this location. As time goes on, I will see how this site works out.
There are a number of reasons for creating this blog. The main reason is as an extension to my broadcasts on Paltalk and Ustream. There will be times when I want to expand on an event that I am covering and this will be the location for doing that for now.
Another reason is to address the ongoing internet smear campign by a number of people out there that seem to have a problem with me and my rather small broadcast and chat site.
Rather than generate revenue for the Blog that supports the criminal behavior of some of some of her posters engage in, I choose to address the issues regarding their smear campign here.
Please bear with any typographical errors and other mistakes I may make in the writing of this blog. I am in no way a professional writer, so my errors will abound.
