First, a bit about me for any newcomer who comes here:

I am not a famous writer. I have not published a book or written an article anywhere.

I am not famous in any way.
I am one of the millions in this country that few if anyone has ever heard of.
I make my living, meager as it is, driving a tractor trailer. I am what is known as an owner operator. I own the truck and lease it to larger trucking companies, broker loads from per load carriers or solicit customers for loads.

I also am a used car dealer, a small one. I make a vary small amount of money selling older used cars and leasing out specialty trucks.

I am a little less than a month short of my 60th birthday.
I am a widower and have no children.
There is nothing special about me. I am as ordinary as they come.

Yet, somehow, I have had the bad luck to show up on Michelle L McKee's radar.

This "woman" has been stalking me, for reasons known only to her, for at least the last four years and perhaps longer.

She writes articles and creates blogs and facebook pages for the sole purpose of ruining me both personally and financialy.

She and her group of followers chase me EVERYWHERE I go on the internet AND WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE.

Recently, a member of this group called the dispatcher of a trucking company that leases an office space and parking from the company I lease my truck to. This person made all sorts of threats including the threat to "burn the fucking place down if you do not get rid of Murt." which means, of course, to fire me.

They hide behind fake screen names making it impossible to deal with these people in the legal and civil arenas. Ms. McKee sits back with a smile on her face while these fans of hers do these deeds and other similar ones.
They have called my brother and then played the RECORDING on the internet, highly EDITED I might add.


They have gone through obituaries of my deceased Grandmother, My father, My Son, and My Wife. 


They have all their names, addresses and phone numbers. I have even been threatened to have my sister called in the same manner by the sister of AN UNREGISTERED PEDOPHILE if I do not stop talking about this factual case.

An UNREGISTERED PEDOPHILE that NOBODY would have heard of if PRINCESS had not OUTED her in the first place. The Windchime scandal is an example of how thoroughly this group will go after those they do not like. 

I have no idea how they managed to find out about Windchime. It took someone an awful lot of digging to find out who she was for the crimes are over a decade old and was before the Sexual Predator Registry laws were enacted.

My weakness is that I do not hide. My full name is out there. I have nothing to hide, they do. Thus I provide ammunition for Michelle to exploit in the yellow journalism she employs in her years long stalking of me.

So.. Here we go.

In order to garner more attention A BRAIN DEAD DINGBAT started yet another one of her smear blogs.






In the original verson of this blog, I had assumed that Michelle McKee was the creator of the blog due to her abilities as a professional freelance writer.
That means that I am being tormented by someone with the ability to INVESTIGATE and INTIMIDATE and who is an EXPERT of the many manipulative tools on the internet.

As it turns out, Ms McKee does not want to take credit for a blog that plagerized another blog by stealing it's title thus misleading anyone who found it through Google which has been done before.


Moving on. My primary crime seems to be that I go around and take pictures and offer my OPINIONS on events around where I live. Apparently this is against the law in this country. 


That First Admendment thing being a fiction.


For this I get Princess and then Michelle L McKee stalking, intimidating me and trying every dirty trick in the book to get me to die or go to jail. In a number of now ERASED twitters, Ms McKee has made it crystal clear that she HATES me and wants me DEAD.


When the article appeared on In Cold blog, someone made me aware of the article ( I had not ever made it a point to visit In Cold Blog and had not even heard of it until this article came out of nowhere) about me was published. 


I read, Princess's tirade and sent a POLITE letter stating that I disagreed with the article which I had done when Princess first writing about me MONTHS before.


In return for that I got a profanity laced and rude response from Michelle L McKee.

A short time later, I started a Twitter account and WITHIN HOURS, I started getting followers. When I checked the followers of these followers (you have to understand how twitter works to understand these terms) and lo and behold, these folks were either Beaconhell members or In Cold Blog members as well as In Cold Blog it'self. 

As it turns out, Ms McKee and Princess decided to "keep an eye" on me and follow me EVERYWHERE I GO on the internet.




Ms McKee then, as a guest at Beaconhell wrote a lengthy tirade about my brief comment on this situation AGAIN filled with profanity and rants the likes she is famous for.


I had no idea WHO this woman was that came out of NOWHERE. I never met the woman, never heard of her, yet here she was, tracking me down like a bloodhound.

ONE of her many stalking stunts was to install TWO facebook pages up STEALING ALL my usernames and then feeding EVERYTHING I wrote on the internet to the site and then putting her spin on the content. 

Facebook found the violations at the pages so blantent that they took the pages down. It is almost impossible to get Facebook to take ANYTHING down let alone do it WITHOUT complaints from the victim. 


Michelle McKee has started blog after blog and supported others. She has organized the latest trick, a smear twitter campaign where she and others are spamming my twitter followers and those I follow with the same lies she has always spread around.


She tried this stunt at Facebook and was rebuked soundly by people there that I do not even know outside of the facebook games we all play there.


In her article she mentions that I am stalking people who follow her from the Seattle area. There is a bit of a problem for her here. 


First, as anyone knows who uses twitter, "follow" suggestions are sent frequently by twitter and, unless you check first, and click the suggestion, you may not know all there is about the person who you are about to follow and visa versa.


So, somehow, I found myself following ONE OR TWO of the over 5000 followers on her list. Now, all a person has to do to get rid of someone following them is to simply block them. There is no need for theatrics or the smear campaign. Just a simple check of "block" and the job is done. Takes less than a second.


Second, the last I checked, Seattle is not that small of a town so I do not think it is incumbent on me to NOT follow anyone from the City of Seattle or the ENTIRE state of WASHINGTON. 


I have a sister in a town near Seattle, so according to Michelle, If I were to visit the area, I would be stalking her (Michelle).


She makes a big theater with the Twitters on my account concerning the town where she says she lives but leaves out many things.


First, There was a piece of work that goes by Boogerocity who decided she needed to drive over to my house and take MANY photos. This person did this in a way as to provide a photographic ROADMAP to my house and also posted MY FULL NAME AND ADDRESS. Now any CRIMINAL who wants to steal my property or break into my house has a highly detailed road map to get there along with photos of the house to be certain they have the right place. Michelle not only did NOT object to the stunt, but praised Boogerocity for doing it.

Now look at the outcry she has made regarding me "talking" about her purported area.


Second, this is a major tourist attraction drawing thousands of people there.

Third. Michelle and others have made it clear that they do NOT believe I go ANYWHERE outside of my house, so the stalking charge it'self is a lie. If anything my tweets could be labled as sarcasm or parodies.


I have done NOTHING EVEN CLOSE  what the others have done to me with Ms. McKee yet she leaves THAT LITTLE FACT OUT. 

Speaking of Stalking,  the twitter user Boogerocity  has this down to a science.

 Not only does this person take photos of people's houses and put them on the internet, but she also manipulates the images with photobucket. She checks DEEPLY into personal records and publishes items on the internet that are of concern to NOBODY. 


This woman takes images of gnomes (similar to the Travelocity gnome) and puts a FUCK YOU sign in images she has taken as well as images she has STOLEN off my photobucket and twitter pages.


This SAME boogerocity has also put images of MALE GENETALIA on twitter where any CHILD can see it. To me that makes her a pedophile since she hopes children can see it and the issue with the school bus stops. She made it clear in her tweets she knew the places she took photos of were school bus stops or places where children hang out.


In fact Michelle leaves OUT the fact that this Boogerocity person went around and photographed EVERY school bus stop and hang out of SCHOOL CHILDREN and also posted these on the internet.


Michelle leaves OUT that people THAT SHE KNOWS are going all over the internet calling me a PEDOPHILE. This in spite of the fact that I have NO CRIMINAL RECORD OF ANY KIND.


MY FAMILY HAS BEEN CONTACTED BY PERSONS MICHELLE KNOWS yet she does not object to this highly unethical practice.


I DO NOT DO ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS AND MICHELLE KNOWS IT.


Now, she brings up the porn star comment. What she does NOT bring up is this.


First the comments the woman makes about ME. Odd how she leaves that OUT.


Second. SHE DOES NOT COMMENT ON THE FACT THAT PRINCESS STARTED THE PORN STAR HOAX HERSELF.


PRINCESS pretended to be someone who sent me a link to a video purporting to be HER masturbating herself on video. Since it is rare for a photo of Princess (and Michelle, by the way) to appear on the internet, there is NO WAY for anyone to know for CERTAIN it was or was NOT her in the video.


As for the stalking charges, it turns out that Michelle is in fact the stalker. Michelle let it slip that she had been "contacted" by the Leesburg City Police department regarding the Trenton Duckett case around 4 years ago. 

This means that she had been "watching" me for at LEAST that long and perhaps longer, all from THOUSANDS of miles away.


Why? Well it seems that Michelle had contacted THEM (or so she says) with a tip about ME and a female blogger she had an issue with. She even stated the detective she spoke to regarding this so called tip.


Well, I went to the Police Department which is less than a half hour from here and met with ALL the officers assigned to this case.


There was no such contact and NONE of the officers have even heard of Michelle McKee.


The Detective IN CHARGE of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Leesburg Florida City Police department also made it clear that I am not a suspect, I am not under investigation and I am NOT going to be investigated.


Upon hearing about this  impending meeting, Ms McKee called them and went into a tirarade about the purported things I am said to have done. Unfortunately for her, the detective she was talking to was on speakerphone with the CIC detective while I was sitting there. 


After she was done, the commander asked the detective what she said and he said "The same old shit." the two of them shared a giggle before they both hung up. The commander then made the above statement and assured me that there is no reason for LCPD to contact me regarding this case.


Now I am not the only person who is being STALKED by Michelle McKee.


You might want to talk to profiler PAT BROWN who could give you an earful about Michelle's antics with her.

Why then does she pick on me? Simple, I am an easy target, a fish in a barrel. I am someone who does not have the POWER or INFLUENCE the others have to put Michelle in her place.


This is how she works. She goes after ordinary individuals who lack the power to fight back. She beats everyone into submission and then moves on to her next victim.


Who knows why she does this. Perhaps it is a side effect of her purported victimization in her past and her ptsd. It is hard to say. All that is clear here is that she needs to find something to preoccupy herself with other than stalking people trying to carve out a meager living during our brief stay on this planet.


I have asked Michelle to leave me alone for years and she has made it clear that she will NOT. Now if that is not stalking, I do not know what is.

Now again as a reminder, Michelle McKee has stated that she is not the creator of this blog. My refrences to her within the blog are based on the interactions between us over the last four years and now cannot be construed as Michelle McKee having anything to do with the creation for the blog.

So there is an anonymous author out there stalking me yet again with another smear blog. A coward of an author so ashamed of her work that she refuses to back it up with her name and reputation.

This is actually a rewind. This is our FIRST Rebecca relocated to New Haven Conn.

Now, what is the point of this little exercise? To point out that YOU CANNOT KNOW FOR CERTAIN WHO YOUR BFF REALLY IS.

I keep hearing from a certain group of people that they KNOW for CERTAIN who their on line BFF'S are.... Sure they do. 

Have they met their BFF in person?

Have they checked their BFF'S background?

What if their BFF is an UNREGISTERED female sex offender? Then what?

I met one IN PERSON and never knew her background which means you can never be ABSOLUTELY certain.

So all of you women out there chatting away in Twitter, on Paltalk or ANYWHERE, do not be so certain who is on the other side of that screen of yours when you start confiding about your little ones, your grand kids and so on, keep this little list in the back of your mind. This is only a small sample from one state with one name. Believe me there are THOUSANDS of female sex offenders out there with hundreds of different names and variants of those names.

Screws up the old confidence level doesn't it?

MEET REBECCA

Our friend Rebecca here has an interesting history. This 20 something from the state of Michigan looks like any young lady you would meet anywhere. On a college campus, in a hospital, perhaps as a new teacher in an elementary school, and.....perhaps, on a crime blog on the internet.

Now, pray tell, why have I put this young lady's photo up here? Well, you see this is NOT a yearbook photo but a MUG SHOT.

This is one of the few times where I have seen someone actually look good in a mug shot and that is the problem here.

Few people if anyone would know this woman was CONVICTED of TWO COUNTS of having sex with a minor under 13.

How would you know Rebecca was a registered sex offender if you met her on a college campus?

How would you know if Rebecca if she was a registered sex offender if you met her at a check out counter?

How would you know if Rebecca was a registered sex offender if you were to have her as a BFF in a forum in a true crime blog?

Even if you had Rebecca's FULL NAME to check a sex offender regestry, how certain could you be that she is NOT a sex offender since there are no rules for a registered sex offender NOT to use an alias on line, making the registry useless to a concerned mother or grandmother that may have befriended her.

The answers is that you would NOT. Not many people would think to do background checks on an attractive young women under these circumstances, and most certainly NOT a single mother of two young children for example. 

It is important to remember that crimes against children BY WOMEN are becoming increasingly more common in the news and ON THE INTERNET. Many of these crimes are committed by the child's mother or female guardian.

There is one example of this right in our own internet community where it was found that a staff member of a prominent true crime forum, was an UNREGISTERED sex offender, guilty of a crime similar to Rebecca's.

While certain people go around accusing MALES on the internet of being PEDOPHILES due the the presence of questionable PM content, they IGNORE the possibility that the person on the other end of those PM's, may, in fact be a registered sex offender HERSELF.

This may be the reason why PROOF of who was on the other side of the PM's that seemed to have garnered so much attention over the past two years, has not been offered by anyone who may have that knowledge. 

The ONLY reason someone was able to find out about the criminal background the former member of the true crime blog was because SHE DID NOT CHANGE HER REAL NAME WHILE ON LINE. 

IF SHE HAD THOUGHT NOT TO USE HER REAL NAME ON LINE SHE NEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED!

SO, one more question? How well do you REALLY know that on line BFF that you share your most intimate details with?

Do as I say, Not as I do

In the article I cited where the author had scolded two other bloggers for looking up personal information on other people. 

Well, that author, Princess, the owner of the now defunct Beaconhell.com seems unwilling to heed her own advice.

Her bullying continues as well as that of Boogerocity and the other members of her Klan.

She keeps professing her innocence and as that of being the victim when she is, in fact, the tormenter. She simply will not stop.

I have done nothing to incur her wrath other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time. 

As those who see her for what she is and abandons her, she intensifies her actions in an attempt to garner that attention that she has lost.

It is unknown what she may do next. Her actions are getting increasingly erratic and bizzare. 

Why this woman just does not move on to more productive projects is beyond me.

Unfortunately, her past history indicates that normal behavior does not seem in the cards for this individual.

I want nothing to do with this woman or Klan nor would I ever. She seems to think otherwise and continues to barge into my life and that of my family. 

Unfortunatly, there seems that there is nothing can be done. This woman and her klan will continue their bizzare actions until someone in authority has the will do do something about them.

Until then all the internet will suffer from their actions.

God help us all.

GUESS WHO SAID THIS?

I was more than a little stunned when I saw this quote that was brought to my attention. Someone listed all my personal information as well as where my dealership locations are and someone called the place where my Trucks are stored, threatening the dispatch service that rents an office there.

This person did not voice not wit of objection to the incident yet this person says this in a recent article:

SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!  I don’t give a crap who you are!  John Goede, commentator;  Trinity_00, twitter sleuther; Joe Dumbass, internet shit heel..IT IS WRONG and posting where someone works is WRONG!  What is wrong with you people?  Just because someone disagrees with you does not give you the right to start investigating their real lives.

Now, the follower of this person who made the call to the dispatcher and the followers who keep prying into my personal life, take heed. Your Klan leader has spoken. She says this is WRONG (or does this apply ONLY those she does not agree with) so take heed BOOGEROCITY etc....

THE BUCK STOPS HERE

Over the past few years while trying to determine what caused the problems with the website, people have gotten the mistaken impression that I am shifting the blame elsewhere. I am going to correct that here and now.

The websites and media sites are owned and operated by me. I appointed the admins and delegated to them my policies and the authority to enforce them.

Any mistakes they made or any bannings they made, fair or unfair were my mistakes and mine alone.

I am "the boss" as an admin once told me. Since that is the case, the burden falls on me alone.

Please Murt, you do not give a shit what happens to Websleuths.     I am curious where you came up with this one? I always have and still do have a lot of respect for Websleuths and all who visit there. You are so pissed off when you were banned you trashed her and any associate with her. Another lie. I never trashed The owner of Websleuths. I may have expressed my strong disagreement, but never trashed her.   Also, you were banned because of your claim to know where Trenton Duckett was, the bogus death threat was the last nail.   Again another lie. It had to do with me passing a message through Websleuths on behalf of Melinda's adoptive father. I am on record as respecting the ban I received due to this incident.  Do remember that the ban was eventually lifted.   You are also wrong that the ban (the second and final one) had to do with the death threat which, by the way was NOT bogus. There was a death threat and if you dig deep enough the proof is still out there. It seems that Monoxide published a chat where the call was discussed. The TRUE reason for the second and final ban had to do with the so called "fake suicide" incident. The owner of Websleuths had issue over statements made about who was investigating the incident and a bit of a misunderstanding that came about that was caused by someone being over dramatic on the chat while law enforcement was checking into this. AGAIN, I came out and respected her banning me from Websleuths have have gone on record time and again praising Websleuths and continue to recommend it as a site for following true crime cases and as a research tool. The purpose of my post on the issue regarding the mass bannings is to express my hope that someone in Websleuths can do something about the deterioration over there and save this valuable website so members there can continue to enjoy it. At least you are trying to find someone to bitch with, that keeps your ass in that chair and the po po inching ever closer.   I am curious about this one. Umm, what is the "po po" inching closer to? I have had accusations hurled toward me or onwards of FOUR YEARS by hidden TROLLS hiding behind, fake toy names and no basis for these accusations. Everyone is free to call any law enforcement agency and they will get the same answer. NO INVESTIGATION OF ME. NO CRIMINAL CHARGES OR SUSPICIONS. I will never understand how you have used thousands to keep you up and when they refused you just became a burden to my tax dollar.   We have an old lie mixed with a new lie: First There were never any mass donations. I have checked with the state AND with the IRS and have been informed that there are NO violations or investigations in either case. The TRUTH of the matter is that I have poured THOUSANDS of dollars of my OWN HARD EARNED MONEY into the webcast and do not expect a dime in return. Also I CANNOT DEDUCT A CENT from my taxes as it is NOT a PROFIT MAKING operation.  The second half of your LIE is a new one. How, pray tell have I become a "burden to the taxpayers."  I am self employed, so I cannot obtain unemployment. I am a single white male, I cannot obtain welfare or any other assistance reserved for minorities, women, and single mothers. I make too much money to go on food stamps. So, how am I "a burden" to YOU since you seem to be the who's taxes that would be tapped into for the purpose of supporting me? Are you a resident of Florida or the county I reside in? Now I have to pay for your lazy ass to eat and have a roof over your lazy head. It is just not right.  So then, explain this confusing statement if you can. I would be most curious. I would also like documentation of how I am supposed to be a burden to the taxpayers. Perhaps you know of a program out there that I am not aware of. A footnote here: If you wish me NOT to be a burden to the tax payers, as you put it, why due you support the efforts being made to put me in such a position?   Why deny me a living? Why support those who make false complaints about me? Why support those who have made every effort to ruin my dealership, stalk those who provide me sources of income and force me to not have an income at all? Why not state the TRUTH of what you are really feeling here?  LIAR. You want me DEAD.  You want me to kill myself. Do not deny this since I have all the documentation.
