FRIEND

THROUGHOUT THIS ORDEAL THERE HAVE BEEN THOSE I CALL FRIEND WHO HAVE STOOD WITH ME NO MATTER HOW BAD IT GOT FOR ME, AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW BAD IT GOT FOR THEM.

IN SPITE OF WHAT HAS BEEN SAID AND DONE TO THOSE I CALL FRIEND, THEY HAVE STOOD BY ME.

THERE IS THE RECENT FRIEND QB. SOMEONE UNKNOWN WHO FOR REASONS ONLY QB KNOWS, CHOSE TO SACRIFICE AND ENDURE THE CONSEQUENCES OF BEING MY FRIEND AND ALLY.

FOR THAT, QB, I GIVE YOU MY THANKS.

TO KARI. SOMEONE WHO WAS ONE OF THE 'ROOMIES' FROM DAY ONE, WHO HERSELF EMERGED TO COME TO THE AID OF A FRIEND. SHE ALSO HAS ENDURED THE STIFF PRICE TO BE ON MY SIDE AS A FRIEND.

TO LOVES, OUR FAVORITE MASCOTT WHO HAS HAD TO ENDURE THE WORST, YET SHOWS US HER STRENGTH BY ENDURING AND BEING THERE FOR ALL OF US.

THE STALKER CHRONICLES

WELL I HEARD THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE (ANON E-MAIL) THAT A CERTAIN FORMER ADMIN AND HER SISTER MIGHT TAKE A PHOTO TOUR OF MY PROPERTY WHILE ON VACATION IN ORLANDO EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THEIR VISIT TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS.

WELL, EARLY THIS MORNING I MADE TWO CALLS. ONE TO THE LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND ONE TO THE CARETAKER, THE GUY WHO WATCHES MY PROPERTY WHEN I AM AWAY.

I ASKED OCSO IF THEY WOULD BE SO KIND AS TO MAKE A "VACATION PROPERTY CHECK" AROUND MY HOUSE WHILE I AM GONE AND BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PICTURED IN THE DOCUMENT FAXED TO THEM ALONG WITH THE CASE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THAT INDIVIDUAL AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF HER CASE.

MY CARETAKER THEN WENT ONE STEP FURTHER. SHOWING A BIT OF AMBITION, HE WENT AND MADE SEVERAL SETS OF THE CASE FILES I HAD OF THE CASE OF THE ONE YOUNG LADY AND TOOK THESE TO THE PARENTS OF THE CHILDREN WHO WERE WAITING AT THE  TWO SCHOOL BUS STOPS NEAR MY PROPERTY.

AFTER READING THE CASE FILES, THE PARENTS MADE SOME RATHER INTERESTING REMARKS IN REACTION TO THEM AND SAID THEY WOULD BE CERTAIN TO GIVE THESE WOMEN THE RECEPTION THEY DESERVED IF THEY CHOSE TO VISIT THE AREA.

MY FRIEND ALSO POSTED SEVERAL PICTURES OF "WINDY" FROM THE CASE RECORDS ALONG WITH AN INTERESTING CAPTION IN SEVERAL PROMINENT PLACES ALONG THE ROAD LEADING TO MY PROPERTY.

IT SEEMS MY FORMER ADMIN AND HER SISTER ARE NOW QUITE FAMOUS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

BEWARE THE LAW OF UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES, AGAIN

Whoever started this nonsense over at SBD in regards to the claim that I called one of Mommie's daughters has now involved HER daughter in this mess in a way that perhaps was not thought of.

MOMMIES DAUGHTER IS NOW A MATERIAL WITNESS AND LIKELY A COMPLAINTANT IN A CRIMINAL ACTION.

Two points. First, the Ripoffreport. The author of that report, managed to keep any minor child out of this mess by not mentioning either the name of the adult or minor at the center of the claim of inappropriate contact of a minor child through her Facebook account. 

By keeping the information genaric, this kept me or my atty from addressing the parent or child through any legal complaint. Our complaint would have to be strictly with the author of that report.

 SECOND POINT:

The article on SBD'S website has now changed that. The claim in that so called e-mail published on the Trash the bus website is prima facia evidence that the ripoffreport is SPECIFIC to one of Mommie's daughters. The ripoffreport also made clear that the daughter was underage. This means the charge in that article is a federal crime.

This means that both Mommies and her daughters are going to be MATERIAL WITNESSES in any civil or criminal complaint regarding that article.


I suggest that MOMMIES retain council for both HER AND HER daughter so that they atty can advise them as best how to handle any civil or criminal actions that may come about as a result of the publication of the information on SBD'S account as well as the publication of the ripoffreport.

It looks like some minor children are going to get an education as to how our legal system works first hand.

WHERE IS YOUR ANSWER SBD?

ALMOST 24 HOURS AGO I SENT SBD A LETTER. IT HAS GONE UNANSWERED. RATHER INTERESTING. WELL, A REMINDER, DUDE. A COPY OF THAT LETTER WAS SENT TO MY ATTY SO HE HAS THE TIME STAMP OF WHEN IT WAS SENT TO YOU.

HONESTY LOST

Well, it looks like any attempt at people being honest in the recent matter of SBD'S son is gone. Someone seems to be intent of framing me and others for things that are not true.

First: I had nothing to do with the mention of SBD'S son. I did not even know he had a son or had been divorced.

Second:
I have never, ever, talked to Mommies family let alone her children. The only contact with Mommies was when she was "on staff." and around the time Caylee was found. 

What was posted is a serious charge against me and I intend to get to the bottom of it. It appears that now I will have to contact authorities in Arizona about this matter.

I see someone AGAIN insists on bringing the families into this nonsense.


Third:

All of this came immediately after someone threatened me on my blog. It was "either allow me to comment here or else"

Well, we see the "or else"

Well, I have an "or else" of my own. 

Someone needs to come clean as to what is going on here or there will be an "or else." soon.

And no, this is not a threat, but a promise. What actions I will take will be done either through law enforcement or my atty.

HEY THERE SHORT BUS, IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON.......AGAIN!

THE CULPRIT, IF YOU ARE CORRECT, IS NOT SOMEBODY FROM "MY SIDE." THE CULPRIT IS NOT SOMEBODY FROM "THE OTHER SIDE."

THE CULPRIT IS A TOTAL OUTSIDER FROM YOUR SIDE OF THE FENCE. IT SEEMS THE CULPRIT IS A WOMAN SCORNED FROM ONE OF  YOUR PAST CHATS:

It seems we both have the same problem, big guy. We are the targets of "scorned women" who in this case, are either banned, booted, or otherwise shown the door.

They cannot take no for an answer, they cannot just walk away. Their ego bruised, they have to show their "stuff" and get even.

THE CALL CONTINUED

THERE IS A REASON SOMEONE DOES NOT WANT TO DISCLOSE THE PERSON OR PERSONS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FAMOUS PM CONVERSATION. 

I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED WHY THE PM'S WERE ALTERED.

THIS IS A POLICE REPORT FILED AFTER THE PERSON WHO CREATED THE PM CALLED THE LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

 IT SEEMS THAT THE FACT THAT SOMEONE MADE A PRANK CALL THAT TIED UP 6 LAKE COUNTY UNITS DOES NOT SEEM TO MATTER TO ANYONE.

I ASSURE YOU IT MATTERS TO BOTH THE LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND THE STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE.

IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION AS TO WHO ANY OF THESE PEOPLE ARE, THEY ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND CITE THE REPORT NUMBER IN THE LEFT HAND CORNER.

THEY ARE MOST INTERESTED IN SPEAKING WITH THE FEMALE MENTIONED IN THE REPORT.
