At first glance, it appears to be someone who is trying to make money off Caylee with rather dark humor.
However, when one clicks on the "petition" link. The point of this site becomes clear. Or does it?

There are only two links on the page.
One is the contact link that will bring up zannythenanny@cayleebears.com. This points out the obvious, ie: that this is a parody site.
The second link makes this whole thing even more confusing:

It is a petition site to, of all things, shut down Cayleebears.com, the vary site on which this link was placed.
What the heck is going on here? Of all the odd things going on in the internet, a site putting up a petition to shut itself down takes the cake. Someone needs to get the author of this mess to explain herself.
