There are rumblings around town that there may be some breaking news coming out of the Orange County Courthouse regarding recent actions by the Defense team recently.
The key to this brewing storm may come in the release of transcripts of depositions that have been going on over the past few days.
It is hard to know what direction this storm is going to take, but when things come to a head, the defense may find itself in quicksand. Could a bar complaint be far off?

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL
A HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO THOSE WHO ARE MY FRIENDS AND THOSE WHO ARE NOT.
THIS IS A DAY FOR ALL TO GIVE THANKS FOR WHAT THEY HAVE THIS DAY AND TO SURROUND THEMSELVES WITH THE LOVE OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

There she goes again
Well, when I am right, I am right big time. On Sept. 18th of this year I quit writing about the attention gnomes who had nothing better to do than to smear those who choose to exercise their rights under the laws of this country and their favorite target...me.
I said little to none about any of these morons and in going back through my blog archives, rarely if ever mentioned anyone BY NAME.
When I published the last article "The Gift" on this subject. It was a signal to these bottom feeders that I was through with THEIR drama and had moved on.
THEY on the other hand HAVE NOT. One person of note seems to have hit bottom with her two KNOWN blogs as she is now back to writing and LYING about who else but ME.
She is calling me a stalker yet again. This after claiming time after time, along with her gullible followers that I HAVE NOT MADE ANY AIRPLANE trips and so on. SO, unless I am a master of teleportation or some other mad science trick, she must be ummm, lying???
And how is she spewing this repeat of her nonsense? By secret PASSWORD protected BLOGS of course. She has to hide her accusations as she has done in the beginning because she knows they are LIES.
That is how she works. She accuses those who DISAGREES with her or who SHE DOES NOT LIKE or who she feels has "REJECTED HER OR DID HER WRONG."
She creates secret, password protected blogs where only those TRUSTED fools who will go along with her rants and not cross her for fear of the ramifications they will suffer are given access to her delusional writings.
"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" as one sorry example of womanhood pointed out. I can garner from her statement that a certain type of "scorned woman" will lie cheat steal and commit unspeakable immoral acts against the target of her "scorn."
She does this in spite of writing in her blogs and on Twitter about others who do the exact same thing.
She probably thinks by starting HER drama again and having someone send me an "anonymous screenshot" of the password protected article along with a screen shot of the article itself (by someone claiming to be a mole of course) is going to draw me back into her drama again and allow her and her gullible followers to "load up" their dead twitter feeds and blogs so that their yet again boring lives will have some meaning and the reader counts at those dead sites will go up again.
I have to wonder about this new person who seems to have appeared out of nowhere, umm seeking the "truth??"
All I have seen so far is a lot of questions being asked by her and no answers. I wonder if this is some kind of game by one of the bottom feeders again. Something along the lines of the "German Pornstar" hoax we are all familar with?
Is my family going to be subjected to another set of phone calls again? Are we going to have more false reports to the SA or law enforcement?
This seems to be their thing. Rather than put these resources to work to find lost and missing children and bring this subject to the forefront as the mainstream media steers away from the plight of missing and abused children toward such important subjects as Ms. Pailin's being on the dancing show because of votes of the tea party movment, they would rather create smear blogs about people who do nothing more than write an occasional blog or, in my case, write an occasional tweet and play Farmtown.
Well, this is going to be the only blog I make about this new devlopment. I am fed up. I am done with all of this. The bottom feeders and the gullible can enjoy the latest rants of the nutcase who seems to have nothing constructive to contribute to society and therefore has to resort to her smears yet again.
So enjoy HER drama folks. I am off to Farmville, I have crops to harvest.

CNN LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT REACHED
settlement has been reached between The Eubanks of New York state, parents of Melinda Marie Eubank and CNN/Nancy Grace.
Part of the settlement consists of a trust in the amount of $200,00 to be used to search for Trenton Duckett.
If Trenton Duckett is not found by his 13th birthday, the $200,000 is slated to go to The Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
According to court filings, if Trenton Duckett is found alive before he turns 13, he would be given the remaining funds

THE GIFT
Less than an hour ago I was given a gift. It is a gift I have been waiting for for years. It is a gift that may, or may not, help me with the situation that I have been blogging about here for the last year or so.
There is a problem, however, in that it would be indecent of me to use it. Herein lies the problem. Do I use what I have been given to free me from the turmoil of the last few years, or do I hide this gift to protect another and continue on?
What I have at my disposal is a powerful weapon. It could be used to solve the problems of not only me, but a number of others.
In doing so, however, I may cause a lot more damage than gets repaired, not to the victims, mind you, but to the subject of this gift.
So, I choose to put the gift in the closet unused. I move on, knowing that In some small way I may help one who is not seeking help.
That someone has another, who has the love and compassion and somehow the knowledge to give me the gift that I cannot and will not use.
It is to that person this blog is directed. I know that person reads here and this blog was the cause for this person's actions.
I give this person my thanks, my hope and my prayers. You have a tough road ahead of you. The best of luck be with you.

THE NO GNOME ZONE
In a few moments I am going to leave the Booger Gnomes in the dust. This little group of mindless women who have nothing better to do than to stalk me over the internet will have to find another place to read twitters, chats and so on.
WE have been watching the little Booger Gnomes as they have been snotting around, drawing them out with their bag of tricks so that we can thwart their efforts. We are confident on this next go around that the chat portion of our No Gnome Zone will be clear of these little boogers. They MIGHT be able to read this blog and one or two of the others, they MIGHT be able to watch the streams and so on, but they will be BORED if they do.
From here on out, the Booger Gnomes are ignored, they are the nothing that they are. They can talk about US among each other, but as always, it will have to be their lies since we will no longer provide them sources to lie about.

THE FRAUD THAT IS @STOPCYBERABUSE
Someone portending to be AGAINST cyber abuse actually have proven herself a CYBER ABUSER by using a deceptive method of misdirecting people on Twitter to yet another smear site regarding me. (they cannot seem to get enough of doing this)
As anyone knows, you can search Twitter for either a member there or a mention.
Under normal circumstances on Twitter when you do the search, say MURTWITNESSONELIVE, you would get the name or word in the mention or listed as a username. It should NOT be hidden where you cannot see it. This is the deception that is occurring at that site as of this time.
for example you type in the little window, murtwitnessonelive:
In the results on twitter, under normal circumstances, you would get directed to any public mention of my broadcast name. Instead you get this:
Notice that the @ is missing of the user name. There is a reason for this. The material is being TAMPERED WITH from OUTSIDE Twitter. It is known how this was done.
One good thing that did come out of this is that this is clear cut proof THAT THE PM'S COULD HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH EASILY AND IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
Unless the owner of @stopcyberabuse, catches this article and prevents it from getting onto her twitter account, the link will go straight to her twitter account through automatic feed.
It is becoming clearer everyday, based on people contacting me, that on line content is getting less reliable every day. More sophisticated methods of tampering with content is becoming available every day and as more people start using these methods, they are seeing how content such as the PM'S and other on line postings attributed to me and others can be FORGED AND FAKED.
So, the old saying of "pictures do not lie." is obsolete. Pictures CAN lie and most times DO.
Rethink anything you see on the internet. Seeing is no longer believing.
