THE BUCK STOPS HERE

Over the past few years while trying to determine what caused the problems with the website, people have gotten the mistaken impression that I am shifting the blame elsewhere. I am going to correct that here and now.

The websites and media sites are owned and operated by me. I appointed the admins and delegated to them my policies and the authority to enforce them.

Any mistakes they made or any bannings they made, fair or unfair were my mistakes and mine alone.

I am "the boss" as an admin once told me. Since that is the case, the burden falls on me alone.

Please Murt, you do not give a shit what happens to Websleuths.     I am curious where you came up with this one? I always have and still do have a lot of respect for Websleuths and all who visit there. You are so pissed off when you were banned you trashed her and any associate with her. Another lie. I never trashed The owner of Websleuths. I may have expressed my strong disagreement, but never trashed her.   Also, you were banned because of your claim to know where Trenton Duckett was, the bogus death threat was the last nail.   Again another lie. I never, ever said I knew where Trenton Duckett was. My banning had NOTHING to do with Trenton or even the famous Caretaker Letter. It had to do with me passing a message through Websleuths on behalf of Melinda's adoptive father. I am on record as respecting the ban I received due to this incident.  Do remember that the ban was eventually lifted.   You are also wrong that the ban (the second and final one) had to do with the death threat which, by the way was NOT bogus. There was a death threat and if you dig deep enough the proof is still out there. It seems that Monoxide published a chat where the call was discussed. The TRUE reason for the second and final ban had to do with the so called "fake suicide" incident. The owner of Websleuths had issue over statements made about who was investigating the incident and a bit of a misunderstanding that came about that was caused by someone being over dramatic on the chat while law enforcement was checking into this. AGAIN, I came out and respected her banning me from Websleuths have have gone on record time and again praising Websleuths and continue to recommend it as a site for following true crime cases and as a research tool. The purpose of my post on the issue regarding the mass bannings is to express my hope that someone in Websleuths can do something about the deterioration over there and save this valuable website so members there can continue to enjoy it. At least you are trying to find someone to bitch with, that keeps your ass in that chair and the po po inching ever closer.   I am curious about this one. Umm, what is the "po po" inching closer to? I have had accusations hurled toward me or onwards of FOUR YEARS by hidden TROLLS hiding behind, fake toy names and no basis for these accusations. Everyone is free to call any law enforcement agency and they will get the same answer. NO INVESTIGATION OF ME. NO CRIMINAL CHARGES OR SUSPICIONS. I will never understand how you have used thousands to keep you up and when they refused you just became a burden to my tax dollar.   We have an old lie mixed with a new lie: First There were never any mass donations. Any monies or gift cards sent to me was WITHOUT my asking and did not to amount to more than a minor amount. I have checked with the state AND with the IRS and have been informed that there are NO violations or investigations in either case. All this issue is was a false rumor started by trolls with the SOLE purpose of bringing the chat room down. The TRUTH of the matter is that I have poured THOUSANDS of dollars of my OWN HARD EARNED MONEY into the webcast and do not expect a dime in return. Also I CANNOT DEDUCT A CENT from my taxes as it is NOT a PROFIT MAKING operation.  The second half of your LIE is a new one. How, pray tell have I become a "burden to the taxpayers."  I am self employed, so I cannot obtain unemployment. I am a single white male, I cannot obtain welfare or any other assistance reserved for minorities, women, and single mothers. I make too much money to go on food stamps. So, how am I "a burden" to YOU since you seem to be the who's taxes that would be tapped into for the purpose of supporting me? Are you a resident of Florida or the county I reside in? Now I have to pay for your lazy ass to eat and have a roof over your lazy head. It is just not right.  So then, explain this confusing statement if you can. I would be most curious. I would also like documentation of how I am supposed to be a burden to the taxpayers. Perhaps you know of a program out there that I am not aware of. A footnote here: If you wish me NOT to be a burden to the tax payers, as you put it, why due you support the efforts being made to put me in such a position?   Why deny me a living? Why support those who make false complaints about me? Why support those who have made every effort to ruin my dealership, stalk those who provide me sources of income and force me to not have an income at all? Why not state the TRUTH of what you are really feeling here?  LIAR. You want me DEAD.  You want me to kill myself. Do not deny this since I have all the documentation. The comments here and the twitter posts.  The only reason you can deny that it is YOU to whom I levy these charges is because you HIDE in COWARDACE behind a toy screen name, free from having to account for your actions.   MURT  Note: The odd format of this post is due to a problem when copying and pasting material from another source into this blog. RADIONEWZ VS WEBSLEUTHS, BANNING ON THE BLOGOSPHERE

I have just learned of some strange goings on in world of the forums. It seems that for some strange reason, Tricia Griffith of Websleuths.com is mass banning anyone posting over at Radionewz.net.

Now, I have said again and again that the owners of the various websites are allowed to ban whoever they please. I am banned from Websleuths over the issue regarding the death threat I got during the Blanchard Park coverage and the questions raised by Trica about my statements regarding what was being done about it. 

I accepted the ban and moved on without disputing her actions. 


What is different here is that People are getting banned from Websleuths without being given a reason for the action. Judging by the tone of the debate over at Radionewz, the problem seems to be with people posting on Radionewz while being a member of Websleuths. 


I find this policy rather odd. I see nothing in how Radio runs the site and it's content that should be of concern to Trish or her staff. Radionewz is a fair minded even handed site that brings a lot of scattered resources into one area for everyone to share. Her links on twitter are a big help to to those following the various blogs, forums, streams sites and so on that are covering the cases we are all interested in keeping track of.


The actions of Websleuths are most unfortunate. People who are members over there form strong friendships and a sense of community. To be banned without cause is both an insult and hurtful. It makes it difficult for friends to keep in contact and disrupts the continuity that the groups have formed over time.


Websleuths needs to re examine their policy and look at Radionewz and how she is running her site. She keeps administration to a minimum and allows the free flow of ideas without undue interference. 

If  Websleuths keeps going down the current path of deterioration, Radionewz will be the place to go and Websleuths will be left in the dust.


It would be most unfortunate if that were to happen.

SEQUEL

We have a sequel! Someone somewhere decided to do a sequel, so. here we go again. It seems that there had been a plan for a sequel to this little epic based on the mistakrn impression that the original was a success.


At this point, I detect a bit of confusion. I certainly hope that is the case since that is the whole idea behind what is at hand here. I hope to keep you all scratching your collective heads wondering what the hell I am up to now.


I do have a way to measure that confusion along with the perceptions of all who visit here and more importantlt, those who do not!


Now we begin: 


To start off, I wanted to address those whom I call "the outsiders."


You folks know why you are here. I thank you for visiting and your continued support. Some of you know what this is about but a lot of you do not. Please be patient as it will become clear soon enough.

Confusion

oOver the past few days there have been some interesting goings on over on twitter. At first, it seemed that STCB, Stop The Cyberbullying, had returned due to the accusations swirling around regarding the unauthorized use of "resources" for the purposes of obtaining highly personal information on each other and "cough, cough" of course Princess Crybaby who thinks she is the most important person on the planet!

Friends and foes alike were entertained as the three of us, me, Annie and  "STCB battled out on twitter with tweets, direct messages,phone calls and e-mails.

Toward the end of this little "bitch fest" I began to get a bit confused as the content of an e-mail exchange did not match the content of the tweets and.  visa versa.

Needless to say, I was getting a bit confused.

As it turns out, this was the intended outcome;

Now in response to that tweet is this answer by SheWolfRocks" LOL... oh my...he must be really confused!...LOL"

Yes, there is confusion, but it is not by me. the confision lies with the outsideer who are trying to sort out who is real and who isn't.

these two tweets are proof positive that nothing on the internet can be faked.

Hell, how certain are all of you that it is me writing this blog?

There She Lies Again

I did a bit of a "HUH?????" when someone sent me this gem:

I was thinking about this last night and had talked to Michelle about it.  I get really angry that I cannot discuss my past or share stories about my family with online friends because of these sick bitches and that they might tear apart every word to glean personal information and use it to harass me or to cause harm to my family.  This shit has gone TOO far and those who don’t see what is going on, then you are just plain fucking stupid.
When is this going to stop?  When one of us is dead?  Is that what everyone is waiting for?

This tid bit from Alax Goddard aka Princess struck me as a bit odd as well as hypocritical since that is exactly what has happened to me.

Have you, Ms Goddard had your BROTHER (or sister) called by a TOTAL STRANGER and told things that simply were not true?

Have you, Ms Goddard had total strangers go on the internet and FALSELY accuse you of being a PEDOPHILE based on WRITTEN PM'S that are incomplete and who's author KNOWN TO YOU remains hidden?

Have you Ms. Goddard had every personal detail and dispute, having nothing to do with any missing child case posted DAILY on any number of Blogs, Forums (some YOU partake in) and Twitter??? 

No. I think not. 

The problem here is Ms Goddard AND Ms. McKee do not want THEIR information out there but think NOTHING of my information being out there.

I doubt that either of these two clowns have had their parents, grand parents, siblings names address and in those cases, OBITUARIES spread all over the internet along with UNLISTED landline and cellphone numbers and even driving records.
 Ms. Goddard AGAIN LIES about the donation issue which was her excuse for going after me in the first place. 

The now defunct Beaconhell.com is proof of her actions. In the almost 2 years of her chasing after me, she has yet to produce recipts or other viable documentation that indicated that I scammed anyone. Not one.

As it turns out, by checking with the state, I could easily set up my site for donations for an annual cost of around $25.00 by setting my self up to solicit donations as a  FOR PROFIT company . 

Since the company would be for profit, there would NOT be the requirements that are in place for non-profit or even not for profit, the latter, another way I could set up funding for the broadcasts.

The single post attributed for solicitation of funds was a HOAX THAT ALL MY ADMINS WERE IN ON, INCLUDING THOSE ACCUSING ME OF USING THAT POST TO SOLICIT FUNDS.


Since princess and her cohorts captured every word both text and audio of my chat sessions, she is fully aware of this fact as well as the truth behind all the lies being spread about me.


What I do not understand is why this spoiled brat of the internet still keeps this shit up? Her and her cohorts has managed to shut the whole thing down.

I also do not understand (until recently ) why Princess and her cohorts are protecting a CONVICTED PEDOPHILE.

This FEMALE pedophile has been convicted of TWO acts on a child under the age of  12!!!!!


Absorb that one, haters. One of your most loyal followers had SEX with kids UNDER 12 AT LEAST TWICE THAT SHE GOT CAUGHT FOR.


WHAT ABOUT THE TIMES SHE DID NOT GET CAUGHT.
