The Adam Walsh Act

As most of you know, this is Adam Walsh, the son of John Walsh of America's Most Wanted. In memory of him, legislation was passed creating the National Sex Offender Registry. President Bush signed the legislation:

Now to get to the reason for this article. It seems that after President Bush signed this bill into law, there have been problems getting the provisions of the law carried out. I came across this post on another blog:
I ask all of you that read this blog to write to the Pres. asking him to PLEASE make sure that they do not forget about the ADAM WALSH ACT and that you want the mandatory DNA sampling. It is time that we do something good instead of tearing people apart. This act could save a lot of children's lives. The blogger community is huge and world wide. If we all do this the government will know that we WANT this ACT and are tired of hearing about young children being kidnapped and murdered. Here is the link to contacting the Whitehouse:

FROM FBS, AN APOLOGY, PUBLISHED WITH PERMISSION

Over the past several days I have been receiving quite a lot of emails and notifications of what is happening with this new blog... namely The Bitch Pill and some tweets that are being transmitted. I did place a public notice on my blog but I also wanted to write you personally. I am in awe and shock of what has been going on. You may wish to publish this on your blog or not. I will leave it to your own discretion...
I have been out of commission for awhile now due to... I injured my back late January. It is looking like I will need back surgery which I am dreading. But that is besides the point and of course not the reason as to why I am writing.
I am being called out per say... and being thrown under this 'proverbial crashing train' of lies and accusations. Princess had wrote me when this all happened about the call to the police station that Lisa made. Princess pretty much accused me of sending a recording over to whomever... which is untrue. I will not deny that I was present for the call. I was. And yes... I partook in recording the open call that was asked to be recorded. Many people in the room recorded the call. And believe me... there were a few people in there that should not have been. Even Princess knows who I am speaking about... but I am not going to mention their paltalk name. Regardless... I am guilty of participating in the groups actions. This was all over a Rip Off Report that was made on you and you published the name of the Officer and phone number to call on your blog. Many questioned if you made such a report and that was the main reason for the call to the police department. The group was outraged that anyone could have make such a report about you on Rip Off. They stood up for you on that part saying Murt is many things but they did not believe you would have done such an act. Neither do I.
Yesterday I listened to the video/audio calls that are called "MommiesGate" and to all the calls made. I was not present for all of these calls. I was not present for certainty on the call to Officer Dozier. I believe there were 2 other calls made... besides Officer Dozier. To the best of my recollection I was present for one call... and that was not the one where Lisa's children were in the background. I would have remembered such.
Murt I am not condoning my actions for recording a call. In hindsight I look back and realize it was very wrong to do. And now being away from all this drama I am seeing that the actions of many... including myself were and are uncalled for. I do appreciate your heads up on the complaint filed with my hosting company. Even though blogging nowadays is not something I have time for or a desire. I see how much damage it has done. I do apologize to you for my part in the blogging wars. This is no way for an adult to act nor conduct themselves. In addition... I did not have all the facts I do today. Many have given me new information about why this all started with you and Princess. I did not know this prior. I was told about PM's that you allegedly participated in... but have not seen the original RTF file. After speaking to a person in length... who prefers to remain anonymous due to the back lash they will receive if their name is brought out... I can see that you have taken quite a beating. There are some things I do not agree with still on what you did... but I do not have all those facts either. But to be harassed and bullied to the point you have been... is uncalled for. And I am very sorry I was apart of such at one point. I should have done my homework and waited to hear both sides.
Since I have laid low... many think wrong things and accusations are flying. But when I read on twitter someone calling my daughter... even though they have the age wrong... a whore that was enough. Amongst other things... I also saw what they are doing to Kari and her daughters. This is way out of hand and this needs to stop. What I read on Short Bus Dude's chat yesterday threw me under the bus! To talk about little Caylee like that and Trenton Duckett? People have no hearts nor souls.
I wanted to personally say that I am sorry for my part in this. And I pray this will soon end and people start acting like human beings.

PUPPYGATE
Well, it seems it is time to finish this story. SBD and I have come to an understanding in regards to his son and I had intended to have someone do this article, but in hindsight, I started the story, and I should end it as well as take any heat for it's publication.
Yes, this is old news and in the scheme of things not a big deal. But it is an accusation that was made by someone who claimed to be around when this all went down.
I am going to change slightly the way I had intended to write this and simply use the e-mail that was my primary source. I am going to print it in it's entirety.
The accusation regarding this incident comes from the author of that e-mail and not from me. I am more than willing to discuss this with SBD and print whatever he says is his side of the story.
This is how this sort of thing should work. Present the evidence and let people judge that alone along with the rebuttal of the accused.
No need to add the shit stirring to the mix.

Isn't this interesting? SBD is trashing SUPERSAL!!
Supersal is someone who is a close second in her hatred of little ol me, or apparently was. She seems to have had a change of mind to say the least. That change of mind may intensify once she learns what SBD has done.
Banned members of Beaconhell and PRIVATE forums and blogs seem to have a habit of storing information.
One can only imagine what some of this "stored information" is. One piece of stored information may be about something one anon calls "THE SBD FIASCO."
I wonder what that FIASCO was? Might be something to consult a "high law enforcement official" about.
A word of caution for anyone who has had "disagreements" with Princess. Rumor has it that she is going through her "enemies list" one by one trying to find out who QB is.
She is alleged to be using some rather nasty tricks in doing so. I have been flooded with anon comments and e-mails regarding this and there seems to be a pattern building.
I suggest you take extreme precautions as you may be next.
Of course, the members of the "truth" blogs are not on her list. She can trust "them" can't she???
I hope she thinks she can.

In July 2006, then-President George W. Bush signed into law the Adam Walsh Child Safety and Protection Act (H.R. 4472), which had among its sponsors Vice President Joe Biden, who was then the senator from Delaware.
The bill is named after Walsh's son, who was abducted and murdered at the age of 6, more than a quarter-century ago. That event propelled Walsh, a Florida land developer, into the public eye and eventually led to him being named as host of "America's Most Wanted."
According to Walsh, Congress has yet to fund the bill, intended to create a national sex-offender registry and pursue serious sex offenders who are not complying with legal requirements. The act does have its critics, who have concerns about its implementation and constitutionality.
