I have had a number of people remind me of an incident that was the hot topic of a blog or two last year. In the midst of the debate regarding what I call PUPPYGATE is what has to be the biggest hypocrite of all time and may go a long way towards why I became this person's target. I may, in fact, have  been used as a decoy.

Well, it seems it is time to finish this story. SBD and I have come to an understanding in regards to his son and I had intended to have someone do this article, but in hindsight, I started the story, and I should end it as well as take any heat for it's publication.

Yes, this is old news and in the scheme of things not a big deal. But it is an accusation that was made by someone who claimed to be around when this all went down. 


I am going to change slightly the way I had intended to write this and simply use the e-mail that was my primary source. I am going to print it in it's entirety. 


The accusation regarding this incident comes from the author of that e-mail and not from me. I am more than willing to discuss this with SBD and print whatever he says is his side of the story.


This is how this sort of thing should work. Present the evidence and let people judge that alone along with the rebuttal of the accused. 


No need to add the shit stirring to the mix.

Supersal is someone who is a close second in her hatred of little ol me, or apparently was. She seems to have had a change of mind to say the least. That change of mind may intensify once she learns what SBD has done.
Banned members of Beaconhell and PRIVATE forums and blogs seem to have a habit of storing information.

One can only imagine what some of this "stored information" is. One piece of stored information may be about something one anon calls "THE SBD FIASCO."

I wonder what that FIASCO was? Might be something to consult a "high law enforcement official" about.

A word of caution for anyone who has had "disagreements" with Princess. Rumor has it that she is going through her "enemies list" one by one trying to find out who QB is.

She is alleged to be using some rather nasty tricks in doing so. I have been flooded with anon comments and e-mails regarding this and there seems to be a pattern building.

I suggest you take extreme precautions as  you may be next.

Of course, the members of the "truth" blogs are not on her list. She can trust "them" can't she???

Sometime between Jan,22 and Jan 24th of 2010, Mommies Dollies or Southerncharm_1  as she is also called The Lake County Sheriff's department to find information out regarding a Police report I filed in regard to the Ripoffreport.com post made about me by A STILL UNIDENTIFIED individual,

This information came to my attention a few days ago by someone who goes by the username Queen Bitch. She is the author of a blog at the following link:http://www.thebitchpill.blogspot.com/?zx=477490f5c021bdfd 


Now for those who still cannot get it through their thick heads, I DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS PERSON IS. I CAN ONLY ASSUME SHE IS FEMALE BASED ON COMMENTS SHE HAS MADE ON HER BLOG AND ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH E-MAILS BETWEEN US.


As part of their consistent behavior, those out there who criticize me have NO concern or questions about the individual who posted the false report about me and the irresponsible actions of Mommies regarding the calls to The Lake County Florida  Sheriff's department.


I am quite certain that those in the room where these recordings originated know full well that Mommies was lying and that NONE of what she has said is true about me. This woman wasted MY taxpayer dollars and diverted law enforcement resources AWAY from their duties with this childish nonsense. 


What I will be doing is going over point by point what her actions were on the call and address the claims she makes during these calls. 


The first point that has to be made abundantly clear is my reason for making the report in the first place.


Some idiot thought it would be cute to put up a RIPOFFREPORT.COM complaint against me regarding inappropriate contact with a minor. THE COMPLAINT IS A LIE AND THE PERSON WHO MADE THE COMPLAINT KNOWS IT. This was a deliberate SMEAR by this individual. What is more is that this person ADMITTED IN A CHAT ROOM to making the complaint and the reson why. More than one participant in that chat room has informed me who this individual is and why the complaint was made. I understand there is also documentation of this statement that may be provided to me at a later date.


Now that we have this preamble out of the way, let us move on to the recordings.
NOTE: SOON AFTER THESE RECORDINGS WERE UPLOADED, MOMMIESDOLLIES GOT THEM REMOVED FROM YOUTUBE. THE ODD THING IS THAT THESE RECORDINGS WERE OBTAINED FROM THE LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND ARE A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CURIOUS WHY MOMMIESDOLLIES WOULD WANT A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD REMOVED FROM YOUTUBE. OH, COULD IT BE BECAUSE SHE GOT CAUGHT MAKING FALSE REPORTS TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY? SOMETHING TO CONSIDER.

It took less than a minute (00:50) for Mommies to give a false statement to a law enforcement officer (dispatchers are sworn officers of the Lake County Sheriff's office. They are NOT considered civilian employees). Even if the person she was talking to was a civilian, she was talking to a representative of LCSO and giving information to law enforcement that she was citing to be true and correct.

1:20 At this point she was told that the officer who could answer her question would be in the department the next day between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. This should have ended the conversation, but no..... 

3:15 She asks again if it is an investigational report or an informational report. This after being told THE DAY BEFORE that it an INFORMATION REPORT. Had she read my article she would have understood that and WHY I MADE THE REPORT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

1:00 She makes false statement about me in regards to her on the internet. NOBODY has yet to provide a link to back her up.


1:07 She states that I have made threats to contact her family. OH? When how and where?


1:13 She states that I am making threats to other women. Who and what threats?


1:15 Here she makes a SERIOUS charge against me. She is now stating that I claimed to know where a missing child IN AN OPEN CASE is buried (thus stating that I claim he is DEAD, or at one time DID claim) She goes on to state that I wrote a letter to the father of the missing child, Josh Duckett. 


Not only is this not true, but she has now inserted her self into AN OPEN MISSING PERSONS CASE AND CAN NOW BE CONSIDERED A MATERIAL WITNESS IN THAT CASE.


I will be informing the Leesburg Florida City Police Department of her claim as soon as I can.

I think that after she purchases a new hearing aid, she may want to listen to the tv segment again and see WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. 


at 1:43 she now states that I have admitted to wanting to hurt little children. SHE DOES NOT STATE THE SOURCE OF THESE ALLEGED ADMISSIONS NOR DOES SHE POINT OUT MY DISPUTING THE PM'S IN QUESTION. She is claiming first hand knowledge by that omission and thus making herself subject to investigation  by the SA office.


1:54 Here she engages in statements of a demeaning nature. This does not bode well for her in the civil arena. I NEVER said anything about HER being connected to pornography. I said the person  ON THE OTHER SIDE of the conversation in the PM is connected to pornography. Does her statement mean an admission that she is the person on the other side of the PM?


2:10 Another false statement. I have NEVER made any threats against her or her children.


2:47: If you listen close, you will hear the dispatcher catch herself as she starts to giggle when Mommies says she is NOT in Florida but is, in fact in Arizona.


2:53 What is her idea of recently? She states that she RECENTLY moved to Florida. Umm, back in 2008 (this is 2010 remember) that she had been in Arizona for a while. What she was doing was to DELIBERATELY give the dispatcher the FALSE impression that my "stalking" started while she was in FLORIDA. Another false statement on her part.

3:40 At this point she finds out that I filed the report stipulating that the Ripoffreport.com complaint was FALSE. She was told that I WOULD TAKE A POLYGRAPH and that I DID NOT KNOW WHO THE PERSON WAS. All this was in my article btw.

Now at this point, she should have been satisfied with the information, but no......

4:43 AGAIN another false statement. I never said that I included any names on the report. 


4:54 NOW she brings her SISTER into this. She keeps upping the ante, trying to get them to pay attention to her rant. We are now almost 5 minutes into a call that is tying up a law enforcement officer that has other duties to attend to.

During a gap in the recording where Mommies is on hold, the author of the video decided to post some pm's showing what Mommies thinks of those who support me and also of those who are supposed to be her FRIENDS. These are NOT by the way OLD pm's. 


According to the author, any spelling errors were in the pm's and copied verbatim.
The content of the video other than the calls are those of the author and not by the person who provided the information to QB. 

At 3:32 she makes a statement that is a clear indication that someone is listening to the phone call UNKNOWN to the dispatcher. 


3:54 For someone who is concerned and making a SERIOUS call, she sure is giddy. She laughs at this point and makes a comment of some kind.


4:30 She is informed, at this point, she is informed that he is "responding to an alarm." HE IS A COP REMEMBER! Now let us see if she understands this or............

5:00 Nope, she again makes FALSE statements to the dispatcher AFTER BEING TOLD that she needs to talk to the officer that took the report. This call was taken on Jan 23 and there is YET to be anything close to proof of what she is saying.


5:13 Now she claims someone else as part of this big plot. Again, giving false statements to police.


5:20 She states that she has spoken to a lawyer and is doing this in order to consider if she is going to sue. ANY good lawyer would have told her to leave this to HIM and not go around and play DETECTIVE. 


Most lawyers will do an initial consultation for free. 


5:48 The dispatcher AGAIN tries to end the call by REMINDING her that the officer is ON A CALL and is the ONLY ONE that can answer any specific questions about the report.


5:56 Short term memory loss or what? She asks the same question about the informational report AGAIN!


6:19 She admits she already had the answer.

6:25 Mommies has NEVER told me to "leave her alone." nor has there been any contact between her and I after she was BOOTED off admin and eventually BANNED off my chat. She NEVER said squat about the ripoff report to me.

NOW if she posted to me as ANON, that is NOT MY FAULT.  I do NOT track IP'S so I have no way of knowing who ANONS are. She has NEVER identified herself to me in any comment that I am aware of.

1:00 She has now knowingly charged me with being the accessory after the fact in the murder of a missing child in a STILL OPEN CASE. This is A CRIME! I will be informing the Leesburg City Police department of her conversation with Cpl. Dozier. 


To jog everyone's memory, the tv report had to do with the CARETAKER LETTER where I assumed Trenton was still ALIVE!


I have also NEVER had any contact with Josh Duckett and certainly never, ever sent a letter saying that Trenton was dead and I knew where he was buried.


I guess I will have to make an "informational report" to LCPD as well.


1:35: He told her that there was certain information he could not give her and she wondered why? Umm, I seem to remember this discussion regarding Princess and her so called IRS CASE.

1:48 She again LIES to the officer saying that I told her that her name is in the report. NOPE. 


1:59 She asks AGAIN after being told again, is this an investigation or a report?


2:40 This part is interesting and upsets her. The deputy informs her that, yes, this is just a report, but THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE THIS TO THE STATE ATTORNEY AND HAVE THEM LOOK INTO IT! 


Again, I NEVER TOLD MOMMIES THAT I WAS PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST HER!


3:04  She says "I guess I am lost or ignorant." At least we agree on something.

3:55 This is interesting. She said she called the company (located in AZ by the way) and was waiting for a call back. I wonder if she is going to tell me who filed the complaint on there? Is she going to go in the internet and let eveyone know who the author of the ripoff report is.

IS MOMMIES ABOUT TO THROW ONE OF HER BUDDIES UNDER THE BUS???? I CERTAINLY HOPE SO. OR IS SHE GOING TO GO...."OOPS, I HAD BETTER NOT DO THAT?"


I GUESS WE WILL WAIT AND SEE. REMEMBER THAT THIS CALL WOULD HAVE TAKEN PLACE ON JAN, 22, 2010 ALMOST A MONTH AGO. COME ON MOMMIES, FESS UP!

4:14: I like this statement that she claims that I put the report up there. This is the SAME person who CONSTANTLY corrects my poor grammar and spelling. I would advise people to go and look at that report and notice the grammar, spelling and words that are used. 

That is probably why the person who MADE THE REPORT is sighing with relief that she has kept her big trap shut UP TILL NOW.


There is one footnote here. A number of people come forward and stated that the person admitted on the internet to a group that they are the one who made the report and stated WHY. The person also admitted the report was FALSE.


4:35: Is this woman for real? I would suggest that people read what is in there and the resulting posts that came out of it all over the internet. Talking about commiting suicide on the internet!


The poor woman is going to find out that when you make a complaint on Ripoff, you are asked all sorts of PERSONAL information. It is unfortunate that whoever made that report did not understand the reason for them doing that. It might help to understand the business model of the company that owns the website.


5:03 Here we go with this "recently moved from Florida." statement again. Would someone mind telling me what the meaning of RECENT is?


5:15 She makes ANOTHER false statement saying that I again threatened his family and now his sister with BODILY HARM. The first time in the THREE calls THIS TERM came up. Notice that she keeps UPPING THE ANTE to try and get the officer to PAY ATTENTION TO HER.


Note: At least a dozen people VOLUNTARILY gave me their personal information INCLUDING HER. I have EVERY phone call record that shows who I called and WHO CALLED ME. So I can disprove her claims when it becomes necessary.


This also goes for ALL internet e-mails, pm's and so on.


Mommies kept the poor officer tied up for so long it actually exceeded the yotube 10 minute  time limit. QB had to split it into two parts.

0:37 She is given information that should have dawned on her. She lives in ARIZONA, you go to your LOCAL police FIRST. Sheesh! 


Now, in order to get a no contact order against me, she has to show cause. That means she has to sign a statement UNDER OATH that I have done what she has claimed. Now what do you suppose that call that when someone makes a statement UNDER OATH that is NOT TRUE? 


PERJURY comes to mind.


Now, I have the right to go before a judge here in FLORIDA and dispute what she claims in the order and file a counter order for her to cease and desist in any statements or claims about me on the internet and that includes posting as ANONYMOUS.


NOW BEAR IN MIND EVERYONE: if she does file such an order I WILL BE UNABLE TO ANSWER ANY ANON POST OR ALLOW ANON COMMENTS SINCE I WOULD HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW IF IT WAS HER.


2:14 She ups the ante AGAIN stating that I am a trucker and that I travel.


Now, ummm isn't this the SAME woman who stated that all my "trips" were FAKE even calling me out in my own chat? Isn't this the SAME woman who claimed that I did NOT even have a JOB?


Odd how she seems not to be able to make up her mind.

Was her call aired into an audio chat room? (you do not have to name it if you do not want to)

It was aired into a paltalk chat room and she was on open mic, I dont know who's room it was to be honest.  

Were the calls broadcast live into the room or were the calls recorded earlier?
I believe two calls were broadcast live into the room, the one to Cpl. Dozier was sent to me.  But she aired all calls into the chat room.

There is more than one call done over a number of days.  I cannot believe that she went into the same chat room LIVE on each call to let the room listen. SOMEONE had to have recorded them and then aired them into the room.

Do you know how many people heard the call?

There were when I was there, about 12 people.  About 8 the first time and 12 the second.  Like I said the Officer call was sent to me so don't know how many were present for that one.  

Was there any discussion of the calls after she was done?

Oh Mommies and others talked their heads off how you lied it wasnt a complaint and so forth.  I know they were planning on doing something with them but I did not hear that part.

Did ANYONE admit to posting the Ripoff report.?

No, not while I was there.

Did ANYONE say WHY the ripoff report was made?

No actually a few said it was bogus that someone did that to you.

My " article elicited a response from "that other blog." finally. I find one remark quite interesting. According to the author of the piece, the board is NOT owned by the coalition of former "murtards." who have thrown away their self esteem and kissed and made up.

NOBODY wants to claim ownership of that thing which should make people wonder why. In their companion forum they say it is because I am stalking them. Oh brother, that is the lamest excuse out there and one that does not hold water.

For their information, a few words on a blog are not enough for me to risk jail time chasing after a bunch of dingbats that do not know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Also, the "storm" of which I speak has NOTHING to do with pm's between these dingbats before they did a kissie face and formed a new bridge club.

This has to do with something far more serious than that.

THE COMING OF THE STORM

It looks like there might be a storm brewing.This is in the form of  a new blog that came unexpected and out of nowhere

I decided to write this article to make clear a few things.

I DID NOT SOLICIT OR ASK FOR ANYONE TO START THE BLOG, WEBSITE AND TWITTER ACCOUNT THAT WAS DONE BY THE OWNER OF BITCH PILL.

As of yet, I do not know who the person is that started this or the specific reason why she did. I am assuming, of course, that it is a she.

I do not dictate what she does, nor will I do so. As long as what is being said is true and accurate, I will endorse what she does down the road.

Nobody is perfect and certainly I am far from it. I make mistakes and do things that cause people to criticize what I say and do.There is nothing wrong with any of that. People learn things from those who have a different perspective on what one says of does and some suggestions may inprove things down the road.

The activities of the haters, however, go to extremes that are generally frowned upon by society.

I hold out hope that QB through her blog and other sites can bring this to light so those who read will see someone other than me address these issues.

I never would have thought that the simple act of having a webcast would have created such a firestorm.

People are funny and people are downright mean.

Why Bother?

A comment by an ANON today brings up this question, why Bother to cover the Anthony Trial and any other case out of central and north Florida?

Anon makes several points:
First, when the trial begins ALL the major media outlets, NBC,ABC,CBS,MSNBC, CNN, HLN, TruTV and so on and so forth will be there. ALL courtroom feeds will be from a pool media outlet, currently WFTV an ABC Orlando affiliate. The content will be streamed for all to see. Several multimedia chat providers such as Paltalk.com and Youstream.tv will provide coverage.

An endless number of talk radio shows will provide audio feeds as well as have podcast archives of the trial on a daily basis.

Next: Discovery evidence: Anon makes the point that all the documentation is put on line by all the media outlets by the time I am able to go down to the SA office (when they do not use bulk file distribution sites) pick up the cd's and return home.

It certainly is a waste of my time and gas to make the 2 hour plus trek to the SA office when it will all be available for free (most of it, at least.)

Next: All the same big media outlets have their own blogs and chats. The authors of these blogs are big name PROFESSIONAL journalists who will give blow by blow accounts of the events of the day and give their expert insight into how they view the trial.

We have Nancy Grace, Jane Valez Mitchell, and Geraldo. With these and the other big time PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED "talking heads" who needs me? Who needs Simon? Who needs Levi? Who Needs Princess? Who needs the countless bloggers out there giving their opinions and insights on the Anthony case and the others out there? Who needs any of them? According to the ANON, we do not need any of them. Not me, not any of them. We have the "Big shots" after all. They are bigger and smarter than we are.

With all of the big time media sponsored chats and forums out there such as InSessions, Topix and so on and so forth, why do we need Websleuths? Why do we need Scared Monkeys? Why do we need FBS? Why do we need Beaconhell? After all the "big shots" with all their power and resources have it all covered for us.

Why waste all of our time wandering around to all the chats, blogs, forums, blogspot radio shows, youstream broadcast sites, livestream broadcast sites? and so on and so on.


The ANON makes point after point about how the "big guys" can do a much better job than us "small fry."
 Well, perhaps we should ALL take ANON'S advice and quit visiting, Art Harris as well (he is already on HLN anyway.)

Anon seems to be saying "let us quit wasting our time on the "small fry" and flock to the "big shots." They have all the money. They have all the connections. They have all the resources. They know it all. We do not count. All we are is the passive audience. We watch. We absorb, We believe.

So why should us "small fry"cover the trial and the case?

OH GOOD GRIEF!!! or ANOTHER DRAMA QUEEN

I have been getting a number of anon posts regarding comments at "that other blog" The author seems to be mixing her facts up as usual.

First: regarding IP tracking. She seems to think that it is an automatic process where the owners of EVERY blog, forum, chat etc. has built in abilities to use ip trackers on their sites.

Well, ok, I offer this challange. This is a blogger blog. I see nothng in here to turn on any built in IP tracker. Someone please enlighten me where to find it.

Second: Regarding the other sites.
If people want to bug the owners of those sites that still exist, be my guest. They might find in their research that my claims are in fact VALID.

Usleuth, for instance has an ENTIRE forum dedicated to hacks and other problems that were rampant on their service and on others such as Courttv.com which is now Insessions.com,

Be certain to ask about the Fake Myspace pages that were the problem back then. Courttv.com had a HUGE problem regarding name impersonation.

Third: The author LEFT OUT TOPIX. Good luck valadating those posts. I personally tried to track down posts that people claimed were mine to no avail. The service has poor oversight at best. Getting posts reguladed on that service is pure and absolute hell.

Fourth: Not that I care,but I was informed almost at the beginning who the owner(s) are of the other blogs and forum sites. They are owned by those who have been banned or otherwise are unwelcome on any of my sites. These folks are not mature enough to say "I do not like or agree with Murt so I will go elsewhere and go on with life."

She/they instead create those nutty sites to make mountains out of molehills and prove to everyone just how screwed up they are.

They claim I stir up drama with what has to be the smallest blog on the internet. It is they who do so by setting up countless blogs, forums, chats and youtube sites to say little more than busybody gossip.

These COWARDS also stir up the drama by using IMPERSONATOR usernames. They are so ASHAMED at their writings or creations that they HIDE behind USERNAMES AND SITE NAMES used my ME and others.

They then SIDETRACK the argument with all of the TRADEMARK and COPYRIGHT nonsense.

If they are so PROUD of their creations then WHY HIDE BEHIND FALSE USERNAMES? Put your REAL USERNAMES up there, not these FAKE ones.

The same goes for the media sites such as YOUTUBE.COM. IF you BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU PUT THERE, then USE YOUR KNOWN USERNAME!

Don't hold your breath folks. The impersonations are their for THEIR DRAMA and out of pure MEANNESS from those who have had their toys taken away from them and are now throwing TANTRUMS. I doubt we will be seeing any TRUTH in USERNAMES out of them any time soon.

They are so ashamed of their work that they need to keep HIDING.

.This group continues to stalk this one site and then distort what is posted here. Again I do not see what is so important about what has to be the smallest blog among MILLIONS on the internet that they have to keep pouring through it's contents to make a huge mountain out of a molehill, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING.

It is nothing more than pure childish name calling by those who cannot take no for an answer.

HYPOCRITES AGAIN

The hypocrites are at it again. This time over my mild "name calling" and expressions. The biggest complaint seems to be the term, "Out to lunch bunch." or GASP! The brain dead, or the oh so shocking "panties in a wad."

One even remarked that she doesn't wear panties, PHEW!!!! Must be easy to know she is around.

Of,course when it comes to calling ME names. anything goes.And of course the names they call the WOMEN who support me??

Imagine if I started calling one of more of them COWS! Or the famous "C" word or the "T" word. I would be scaleded for that one.

I guess the best name to call them is pansies, since even these mild terms are enough to incur their wrath.

Or more succinct, wussies.

False Assumptions

A lot of dissenters from the brain dead crowd made a lot of false assumptions and statements regarding my untitled comment on Feb 3rd.

All I did was put up a tag line. Nowhere did I make any kind of announcement that I was going to quit or not post anymore. The tagline did make my point, however. People took the tag line and try and translate it's meaning.

Was I done with blogging? Was I done with Streaming? Am I off the internet? What does it mean?

It means, folks, exactly what it says. By remaining silent, for 6 days on my blog and 2 days elsewhere, since someone ASSUMED that the tag line meant that Iwas not going to comment, chat or post ANYWHERE.

People ASSUMED a lot of things. This is human nature. People do not take the time to think.They read something, They hear something. They see a video. They ASSUME that it is true.

Case in point. I had a comment a short time ago by someone over the use of the word EMBARGO. Now, yes, I did use the word in a comment or two, but this person ASSUMED that I INVENTED the term, somehow, or used it, to describe my absence from this blog for a few days.

That person ASSUMED wrong. The EMBARGO term was used by another blogger in her blog. She ASSUMED, as she does on a lot of things, that my tag line was an announcement that I was going to shut up and go away. She proudly announced that "his EMBARGO did not last." and added a "see I told you so." to her boast.

It was an empty boast since I made no such announcement. All I did was post a tag line. SHE ASSUMED......

Someone in the comments section made a comment that I was "kicked of a chat" by them, this having to do with my being on a chat of a blogtalk radio show.

FALSE ASSUMPTION again (this one actually a LIE) and everyone ASSUMED it was the truth.
The FACT of the matter is that I LEFT the chat because the trolls there insisted on DISRUPTING the chat, supposadly about missing and murdered children, AND SMEAR ME. A total lack of respect for the talk show host who had to insist that one individual change their offensive username and remind everyone of what the show is about.

But, lack of respect is something these people do not have.OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE HOST OF THE SHOW, I left the chat. I was NOT kicked off.

So there you have it. I will decide when where and how I will be on the internet. Not a bunch of washed up self centered women who do nothing but ASSUME all day long rather than engage in something constructive.

I would suggest you find something else to ASSUME about, one being how you all have lost direction on what brought you to the internet to begin with. In case you forgot, their names are Caylee and Haleigh.

For almost two years, I have been getting comment after comment telling me to get of the internet, to shut up, to go away.

I TRIED TO GO AWAY BUT THEY WILL NOT LET ME.

Short bus has proven again, that he is nothing unless he keeps at me. He makes videos, and then asks his fellow women to post tag lines and blogs begging me to confront him.

The answer is no. I have told him twice by e-mail and on his youtube video site.

The poor young man cannot take no for an answer.

 The variant in the link above is the use of the double lower case i. Only someone looking CLOSE would spot the difference. IN THIS WAY SUPPORTERS WOULD BE DECEIVED INTO GOING TO THAT BLOG. NOTICE THE TAMPERED IMAGES. REMEMBER THAT THE FILES PERTAINING TO THE PM'S ARE NOT TEXT FILES OR EVEN PDF FILES. THEY ARE SCREENSHOTS, IE PHOTOGRAPHS. THEY WERE PROBABLY MANIPULATED USING A PHOTO EDITOR.

MORE THAN LIKELY BY THE SAME PERSON WHO MANIPULATED THESE IMAGES AND MANY MORE THAT USED TO BE ON A PRIVATE BLOG.

In this example, even though the username MURTWITNESSONE was used, turned out not to be my blog but a different one entirely. As it turns out, it is one created by SBD, no less. It is interesting that he demonstrates his skills at how easy it is to impersonate others and change the content of a blog site quickly yet can argue that he is NOT a hacker nor is he behind any of the other antics that have taken place over the past two years.


The links above and the blogs they are directed to is proof positive that the pm's were easily tampered with and since the username that appears in those pms closely resemble the author of one of the blogs, he may be the person on the "other side" of the conversation and one that Law enforcement should talk to to be certain.

It seems real odd that all of the geographical  points attributed to me in the alleged PM'S have to do with locations NEAR WHERE HE LIVES and NOT ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE I LIVE.

Something those who are not on either side to consider.

Well, one good thing has come out of this username issue.
I NOW HAVE CLEAR CUT PROOF THAT MY USERNAMES ARE WIDELY IMPERSONATED MAKING ANY CONTENTION OF SO CALLED  "INCRIMINATING  POSTS" USELESS.

THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE WHICH POSTS ARE MINE OR AN IMPERSONATOR.

WHAT'S IN A NAME?

The recent debate regarding usernames and website names prompted a phone call from a rancher friend of mine from California.

It seems the tradition of naming homesteads started back around the time the country was founded. In those days NOBODY CONSIDERED THE NEED TO TRADEMARK THE NAME OF A FARM OR A RANCH.

In those days of honor, honesty and tradition, it was widely understood that when someone placed a name on a Farm, Ranch or homestead, it was theirs and nobody elses.

Such as the name MURTHAVEN and subsequently MURTHAVENFLORIDA.

When My ancestors first settled in the Southern Tier of New York state, they named their farm MURTHAVEN.

Over the 125 years of it's existance, everyone in Chemung County knew of Murthaven and where it was located. Soon after my father's death, my mother sold the Farm and thus it was renamed by the new owners.

What is interesting is that after 20 years of owning the property, the new owners still tell those looking for the place to ask the locals where MURTHAVEN is. Thus is the heritage  and tradition of naming family homesteads, Farms and Ranches.

In 1975, when I came to Florida, I named my first property MURTHAVEN FLORIDA.

When I built the house in which I currently reside, it was named THE MURTHAVEN FLORIDA RANCH as it is agricultural property.

Did I trademark it? No. Did I copyright it/ No.

In this era of liars, decievers and charlitans, I should have.

IMPERSONATOR BLOG MISC COMMENTS

I do not know why people insist on sending me comments that are on the impersonator blog. I will, however address some of the recent material sent to me.

In regards to the Marlena situation. I never directed her to do anything. She did so on her own.

Second. I did give Mommies some slack and allowed her to stay as a chatter. This turned out to be a mistake as well since she proved to be untrustworthy even as a chatter.

Third, this constant discussion about my truck driving. This is how petty these people are. SOMEONE is OBSESSED to the point of STALKING me by CONSTANTLY CHECKING PUBLIC RECORDS OF EVEN MY DRIVER'S records.

THIS GOES AGAIN TO THOSE WHO FELT IT NECESSARY TO GO THROUGH MY FAMILY'S OBITUARIES! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO THAT????

IT SEEMS THAT THESE WOMEN ARE TOO SCARED OR ASHAMED TO USE THEIR OWN NAMES WHEN CREATING THEIR BLOGS AND LINKS.


EITHER THAT OR THEY NEED TO DECIEVE PEOPLE INTO READING THEIR BLOGS AND VIEWING THEIR YOUTUBE SITES RATHER THAN DRAW PEOPLE TO THEM ON THEIR OWN MERIT.

SAYS A LOT FOR THE SITES.

I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINT AFTER COMPLAINT ABOUT GOING TO THE MURTHAVEN SITE AT YOUTUBE ONLY TO SEE THE DRAMA CRAP.

THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. AS LONG AS THE PERSON CONTINUES TO LIE ABOUT WHO THEY ARE WITH THEIR IMPERSONATOR NAME, I CANNOT USE YOUTUBE.COM. I WILL CONFINE MY MULTIMEDIA  ARCHIVES TO THE BROADCAST SITES I ALREADY HAVE IN PLACE.

FBS OWNERSHIP

Two posts led to a comment reply by me that FBS had been owned by someone else and passed on to it's current owner.

The first was the introductory article by the CURRENT owner on July, 4,2009 where she states that "a friend turned over her blog to "her."

Oddly enough, ALL the entries for the ORIGINAL For Blog Sake prior to July,4 are gone.

The second was a comment by someone who stated that the current FBS owner is not the original one.

There is, of course, the message I received from the person who claimed to be the "person who turned over the blog" (the exact words) who stated her DISATISFACTION at the course of the current FBS and was kind enough to send me the reference to the comment that indicates that FBS was handed over to the "Current Owner."

Personally I do not care who owns FBS now. It's stated mission is a fraud that never existed.
