I have placed this article here at the request of the owner of the blog cited in the link.
I do agree with the article to a point. But, as you will see in the comment I made to the Owner's article, there is an area that I disagree.
To some extent feeding into their comments does give them the attention they need and increases their efforts, or at least that is the way it used to be.
There is also another piece of advice that was always given to me when dealing with bullies "stand up to the bullies, do not run away from them."
In the end, bullies are cowards. They thrive on fear and intimidation and will back down quickly when confronted.
As more people, former bullies among them, start to speak out, the bullies are running. They are cowering in their secret places wondering what to do. They are being found out, the truth is coming out, their bad deeds are being exposed.
It is now their reputations that are being tarnished, not by bullying, but by the truth,
Silence is appeasment and will not only not stop bullying but increase it.
It is through protest that the bullying , will someday.....stop.
