I find the complaints by the hypocrites about the so called stalking OF THEM AT THE LEAST PURE BULLSHIT, yet these same complainers have done far worse or condone the acts.
So, what are we talking about here?
First, DETAILED summaries of my PERSONAL life are being put on twitter and smear blogs almost on a daily basis. It is almost like someone is following me around 24/7
Someone by the twitter name of BOOGEROCITY did precisely just that.
She did such a thorough job of creating a photographic road map to my house, that a thief would have an easy time of coming to my house and stealing to their hearts content.
Booger argues she has the right to do this, OH? Well, then, when can we expect photos out of Gig Harbor? How about Goshen? Iron City? Come on, what is fair for me is fair for all.
Instead what will come is an excuse or no answer at all. Booger is so ASHAMED and SCARED OF ARREST she hides behind a gnome and places photos of TOTAL INNOCENTS getting them involved in her foolishness all in a stunt to pretend these woman were her.
Next we have this group putting ALL the details of my life on twitter that as I have found out should NOT have been public information in the first place. This has to do with my FINANCIAL information including loan information and banking information.
Upon doing one of those free credit report things, I found a number of credit requests from the state of Ohio. When I called the reporting agency and asked why these reports done. They reported back to me and I informed them this is a clear fraud since I had no business pending with the merchant number in question and felt this may be a case of id theft.
The credit bureau agency then went and did an audit on several names I gave them and found they had their credit ran as well. The agency is in the process of contacting each one of them.
According to the agency, they feel that the person doing this is someone connected to the credit reporting industry. The methods used by the person are somewhat different than how a merchant would inquire about the credit worthiness of a cliant.
There were codes and practices used in the requests that only someone in the credit REPORTING area would use. This sent up a red flag to them.
The next area of interest to these busy bodies seems to be my social life. Not content to have driven off my former fiance with their foolishness they still continue to smear her and make highly racist and inaccurate reference about her CHILDREN.
Yes, CHILDREN! These SAME woman who gripe about their "children" (falsely I might add) have no problem dragging the children of me and my friends into the smears.
One person had the unmitigated GALL to make detailed sexual reference to one woman's UNDERAGE daughter.
Another person had THIS SAME girl PREGNANT (again underage and NOT married) and has never retracted her statement.
Another person had her college aged daughter "meta tagged" to her as "a supporter of a pedophile."
The list goes on and on and on.
What the readers need to understand here is that this is not so much about the DETAILS of what is being put out there but
THAT THIS INFORMATION IS BEING PUT OUT THERE TO BEGIN WITH.
I HAVE NEVER NOR WILL I EVER PUT SUCH DETAILED MATERIAL ON THE INTERNET. I NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL EVEN LOOK FOR SUCH FOR SUCH MATERIAL.
IT BORDERS ON BEING ILLEGAL AND IT MOST CERTAINLY IS IMMORAL AND UNETHICAL.
THOSE WHO READ WHAT IS BEING PUT OUT THERE SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PEOPLE PUBLISHING THE INFORMATION RATHER THAN THE INFORMATION IT'SELF.

FOLLOW ME: DEBUNKING ANOTHER MICHELLE MCKEE LIE
In her "everyone is out to get me" tirade on twitter in her "block MURT" campaign, Michelle McKee accuses me of going through her follower list and following (stalking) her followers from the Seattle Washington area.
Now Michelle does not seem to know Twitter real well and she must not be vary observant to see the "follow suggestions" that pop up right under her screen name anytime she refreshes her twitter page:
Now EVERYONE who goes on twitter will see these suggestions by their home page. They are put in the upper right hand corner by TWITTER.
Notice that NOWHERE in the suggestions are there any hints as to WHERE the account holder is from. From what I have been able to find out, Twitter uses keywords, such as SEATTLE or GIG HARBOR to give "suggestions" for EVERYONE to follow. Facebook does the same thing.
If I "followed" ANYONE in Michelle's following/follower list, it was by MISTAKE and not to stalk her.
She is NOT that important and following her "friends and fans" would NOT serve any useful purpose.

We have had a wonderful three-year-plus run, however, ICB has become too much of a drain on me personally, professionally, and financially. I truly appreciate all of our readers, fans, and supporters who have stood by us through the years.
There was not a single mention of me or anyone else on In Cold Blog anywhere in the notice. He indicated, in fact, that he would return from time to time.
According to Michelle, I along with Dianne Fanning had the power to persuade a national best selling author to turn tail and shut In Cold Blog down. Michelle then did not say a peep and continued her smears and slander of me, due apparently, in retaliation of her being FIRED.

What the hell is in Texas?? Oh, DIANNE! So Michelle is accusing ME and "my sidekick" of impersonating her and threatening the life of another person? This person being a famous true crime author?

I can almost predict the why Michelle "kept her mouth shut" excuse about the so called impersonator account.

Michelle stated, that in that phone call WE discussed Michelle at length. We discussed Michelle briefly and NOT for the reason she thinks.
I would direct folks to MY BLOG and an article I wrote actually AGREEING (my mistake) with a point Michelle made regarding Pat Brown's qualifications as a Criminal Profiler.
After Ms. Brown sent me an e-mail regarding my blog ( I never imagined that Pat Brown would have taken the time to read my insignificant blog) and I decided to call her to discuss the issue.
To my shock and disbelief, Pat Brown POLITELY spent two hours with me on the phone explaining at length why she started being a Criminal Profiler and why she felt my take in my article was wrong. The subsequent article was based on that telephone conversation.
Pat finds Michelle an annoyance and nothing more. If Michelle would just go away and quit stalking people, the world would be a much better and SAFER place.
I do not know what the hell happened in her life that caused Michelle to go on these rampages and I do not care. I just want her to leave me the FUCK alone.
It is SHE that has been STALKING me for FOUR YEARS. She has written about me and my dealership calling it an illegal charity( I still do not know where the hell she came up with that one) a con artist, a child murderer, pedophile and whatever she can come up in that twisted mind of hers.
I have YEARS of archived material generated by her about me.
The latest tirade Michelle is going on about on twitter is for one simple reason:
SHE GOT CAUGHT IN A LIE AND WILL NOT OWN UP TO IT!
She just will not own up to it and move on. She cannot be wrong, it is not her style. She also, it seems, will not take credit for less than ethical acts that MAY have her as part of them.
This is the problem with anonymous screen names, you cannot pin anything on a ghost.

TWITTER MCKEE AND DODGE BALL.
EDITING NOTICE:
I had to re edit the blog to clear up the obvious mistake of inserting Red Dog Media instead of Mad Dog Media, which was the company that owns the ORIGINAL trade name and business model that Michelle is not using.
While I was driving home from the airport today, I got into yet another session of Dodge Ball with Michelle L McKee.
Among other things that I will cover in other blogs, was Ms. McKee's REFUSAL to answer one simple question.
To get how this went, we go to my Twitter account to understand what transpired, how, and when.
First came this twitter regarding Mad Dog Media.
She starts to use #stalker, #cyberabuser In order to frame the debate.
Now, unfortunately for the both of us, I did not have the information on my blackberry. I had it on THIS pc.
Anyhow, we go to the next screen shot. This comes after 3 hours of her bobbing and weaving away from the subject to every other subject on the books.
I had made a guess from memory as to the name of the town where the mailing address (po box) was
The "you got secret info" defense starts here. She wants to be set with the accusation that I have info that I should not be entitled to.
Now the set up continues. She is preparing the "why are you even looking into my records? Defense. She forgets she did the same to me. From 2006 on.
Now comes the "you are going to get sued (or arrested)" threat.
At this point she is probably confident that I have NO proof and am trying to back away. Also probably setting up a "just in case" defense that also is apparent as the tweet fest continues.
Now here, she starts to qualify her claim because she senses that I must have SOMETHING since I seem confident and am not backing down. She had REMOVED the link from her twitter page to prevent people from going there and seeing the proof of my claim.
One important thing to note is that she did not comment on my TYPO. We had gone on for HOURS and not once did she point out I had the name of the company WRONG. Interesting that she let this ride. It was probably a way for her to frame any future comment calling me a liar of something. Simple typo, same point. It could be grounds for deceptive business practice charges if the owner of the original trade name decided to take action.
This next tweet is interesting as she is trying to involve a "third party." I wonder who she had in mind?
For someone who lives in Wa. She does not have a clue as to how FOIA works up there.
Well, here we go with the censorship thing. This is a direct threat to affect my means of income. She is getting scared now.
She is going to be real busy. This is proof of HER harassment and INTIMIDATION since she is now claiming to extort me either to quit the debate or she is going to "ruin" me.
Now the excuse and justification starts.
What Michelle does not seem NOT to understand is that they are called PUBLIC RECORDS for a reason. ANYONE can look at them, BOTH MINE and hers. Now, it is what she DOES with the information that matters.
My purpose was explained in my blog. Hers is pure retaliation for me revealing the truth about what was in my blog.
It took her 7 hours to come up with this one.
Umm, actually it IS my business as well as the business of ANYONE who might want to be a customer of hers. The reason? If she is so sloppy that she cannot check to see if another company has the same business name AND business MODEL, then how can they be assured that she will not be as SLOPPY when they contract her for her services?
The states require this information for a reason and the state allows ANYONE to access this information AT ANY TIME. She knows this because it is on the website when she applies for her license.
I have saved the best for last, here we go:

The problem with that is that I would be promoting my auto dealership through Murtwitnessone.com and that gets into certain requirements that I would have to fill with the state of Florida when doing that. By making a SEPARATE registration, Murtwitnessone.com is a stand alone company and not subject to requirements entwined with an auto dealership.
In short, Michelle was Promoting Mad Dog Media THROUGH
Gig Harbor E-Brands as a division of the registered business.
Now, this does bring us back to the original issue of Mad Dog Media.
Michelle brought this on herself because she chose to make a comment to me. The link was in her profile and I linked it to see what it contained. She was promoting her site on a PUBLIC twitter account so accessing the link was not stalking.
The account is NOT protected and I am STILL not BLOCKED from it, so poof goes the stalking argument.
